What a nice selection of socks,puzzles and many knick knacks.

This is based off of a first impression, I thought it was for paper products but its surely not. Theres so much to look at! Clothes, shoes and little gifts strewn about. It seems very female oriented, majority of the items are sweet light and cute things. I liked thier jewelry selection and Christmas ornaments.

I walked into the Concord Paper store this evening. I forgot a mask. I realized I was.wrong . Before I could turn around a middle aged sales clerk told me I needed a.mask. I said I forgot.mine and I understood. She offered me a disposable and I accepted. I told.her I work in a grocery store and I understood. She then TOLD ME I SHOULD KNOW BETTER. How rude. I cannot believe I was reprimanded by am employee. I have been in retail management for 30 years. I cannot believe this has happened. No other Paper Store has treated me this way.

The store has a wide variety of merchandise with no lack of things to look at. It can actually be overwhelming at times. I am consistently disappointed when looking in the clothing department for items featured in the flyer as it seems they are always out of my size. They do not offer a free ship to store option either and the prices are already too high so Im not willing to pay for shipping.

Absolutely will NEVER shop here again. I was in the store Friday 5/7/21, and their card readers were having trouble (timing out) so they had me (and every other customer) keep re-trying their cards. What they DIDNT tell ANYONE was that the funds may go through but then clear usually in 24 hours. So when you make a $100 purchase, and they run your card 3 times but it doesnt work - theyre STILL holding $300 from your account. We waited their 24+ hours, and one charge has cleared our account - but they unfortunately cant do anything about it so we had to open a claim with our bank. Unbelievable practices - to not even tell people that this could happen (although they apparently knew).

Good selection of Hallmark cards, as well as many gift options. Not crowded on a Thursday afternoon. Staff friendly and helpful.

I love looking around at all the diff stuff they have. So much cute hand made items. There is literly something in there for everyone. It makes shopping for gifts easy.

I Hate going to the CONCORD NEW HAMPSHIRE PAPER STORE Every time I ALWAYS Come out of there Crying There so rude to me. I think its because I when there one time and I felt one of the ladys were following me I spend a lot of money in that store. so I told her if she was doing her job She wouldnt be watching me. She would make sure ALL the Items had price tags on them. She said she was doing her job. Then I said if the people that work here would stop socializing so loud with each other and keep their personal stuff quiet. now when I go in its NOT GOOD AT ALL I LEAVE CRYING. I thought to myself as I was reading this it doesnt even matter because The response is always the same where sorry and nothing ever gets done As Im Writing this right now Im crying And thinking about the Rochester store an how much different the Sales people are at that store compared to the Concord store. And this is not the first time either ITS ALL THE TIME I GO IN.

They are to interested in their points card you cant get your purse open but they have asked you 3 xs for it. If you dont get it then they hound you for your phone number.

Out buying gifts and cards for my daughters birthday and found the help very unfriendly and discourteous probably because I had been working and had work clothes on. Spent my $200 elsewhere. I highly recommend staying away from this location and using sbops down on Main Street.

Customer service is amazing! The staff knows the products and the store. I went in with my Christmas list and left with $125.00 of extra gifts. The store on Fort Eddy Rd. Concord, NH is always neat. Its the only location I go to now when I travel back to NH. Thank you for great service.

I havent been in a store by this company in years. I have to say I wasnt impressed. I guess time changes everything.

I often have difficulty finding the price on things in the store. On a different note, the sales people arent as pesty as they used to be. I do like this store.

A great place for last minute gifts and cards. Great jewelry. Very cute clothes but, a tad overpriced. Some really fun items that I dont see everywhere. Excellent place to look for sticking stuffers.

If you are looking for jewelry or a gift for someone special this is my FAVORITE store around!! I would have easily given them Five Stars except they arent doing a very good job at carrying larger sizes .... even though I have put in multiple requests. If you havent been there yet stop in....I am sure you will be able to find something unique!

I just went to the store to make a return and was informed that they have a policy of not accepting holiday themed returns after December 24th. I purchased the item on 12/19/17 yet they won’t allow a return. I have never heard of a store doing this. I could understand if I was trying to return something in February but give me a break. They have lost a customer.

Great store to browse and find a special card or gift. Sign up for their notifications of sales to get coupons not otherwise available.
