I went today which was July 28/21…. anyways I loved the employee there his name was Hunter I believe. He was very helpful and funny because I had told him I never skateboarded before and wanted to learn but needed help for what’s the best board for beginners and he told me long board . ANYWAYS I just wanted to show some appreciation to him . Thanks Hunter !!

Ive only ever needed to go to this one shop, RTX Concord Mills, for all my skating needs. Many of the other skate shops around Charlotte focus too much (in my opinion) on traditional-kingpin-truck skateboards like for street or vert skating. But RTX always has plenty of hardware solutions for a downhill skater/longboarder like myself.. They dont ever disappoint. Most of the employees Ive met there have first hand knowledge and experience to share with anyone who needs a little help. Theyve gone as far as to throw in something extra, like a free set of risers, or some stickers. The first time I ever stepped foot in RTX, the guy who runs the place gave me something of a 30 - 40 percent discount on a Hollowtech Stratus deck. I hadnt asked for anything but a price check..Always friendly, always knowledgeable, always helpful ~ RTX has something for every kind of skater. Just go there. :) And bring your friends.

They have great options for skateboards but terrible customer service. Ive never been to a place where the employees can be so rude.

The owner, David is honestly one of the coolest people you can meet -- he hooked me up with a sweet deal on a new Landyachtz Drop Hammer. The other employees are super knowledgeable and can help you find the perfect board. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10.

I got some wheel bearings for my long board tonight and the lady behind the counter was super helpful. She explained the differences and told me how to do them without buying a specialized tool. After that, I asked her about helmet fit and she was glad to assist and give pointers. Prices are good for the bearings. The price I got in store is the same on Amazon.

Hey of you are reading this they had a great selection of decks and they had some rare boards like the naruto decks cause i got the last one their was awesome freaking customer service and that wad my first ever deck they helped me pick my wheels and trucks and bearings and grip tape it was the best

Nice shop and the people working are cool. I picked up a Landyachtz Rally Cat complete for $199, which is a really good price, and got 25% off some pads. Ill definitely be returning to this shop regularly and would recommend checking them out if ur looking for a new longboard.
