Big shout out to Sherri Delapp, from day one Sherri, was so helpful in narrowing my choices, getting me good items that are both on sale and in stock. She provided options, real-time quotes, and delivery dates.I got a full house engineered wood product that was really hard to find. also, I bought a set of bathroom tiles and the final product looked amazing. also, they ship tiles to the store so it is much easier for me to pick them up.Id like to thank Curtis for his welcoming smile every time I enter the store, I have more projects in my house and Im planning to show up again shortly.

I have had a bad experience buying tiles from this store.I bought tiles, tincet, and grout from this store. At the time of purchase they said the tiles were non-returnable. But they didnt say anything about tincet and grout. I have had a very hard time returning my extra tincet bags (three calls and two visits to the store). But they wont take the grout back. Furthermore, they charged me an extra $159.11 to my credit card without any authorization or explanation. My repeated calls to explain this have been unsuccessful. They said they would call me back; they havent.Beware, they can charge your credit card without any authorization.PS: After posting this review, the store owner promptly contacted me and has resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff member. Stephanie listened to my requests and showed me various flooring materials that would meet my needs. Provided a quote on the two different patterns I selected.Would definitely recommend the Concord store.

If I could give NO STARS I would. The men came unprepaired and didnt move the furniture as I paid for. It took 4 days for a small job. And my kitchen appliances were left outside for two days and my toliets. Very unprofessional.e and my 72 year old mother had to move the furniture. Go to ANOTHER FLOOR PLACE!

I give 5 stars to the service and selection of The Floor Store. My sales rep, Alex Cruise, was very helpful, professional and courteous. He made the transaction a breeze from start to finish! The selection in the store was far better than I had seen elsewhere (and I did shop around). Their prices are much better than I expected. The installers were on time and did a beautiful job. By the way, I was referred to The Floor Store by my contractor friend who remodels luxury homes. I am in love with my floor and have recommended this company to all of my friends. 5 stars easily!

I normally never take the time to write a review unless the product or service is real bad or really good.Well the service and product is really good. We remodeled the whole house with 1700sq. ft Engineered Hardwood flooring, and 260 sq ft of carpet.The crew had to demo 560 sq ft of tile and what a mess but they kept the place as clean as possible.We had the two bedrooms carpeted first so we had a place to live while the rest of the project went on.The crew leader Angel Cordon did a meticulous job on the project. He kept use informed, answered any questions and kept the place almost spotless during the install.I have been in construction over 30 years as a contractor and a project manager and I have never seen a floor guy do such a stellar job. Can you say happy.. happy. I would recommend the Floor Store and highly recommend asking for Angel for the install.Regards,Wayne

I found the first representative I met named Reggie, to be extremely helpful. The store wasnt very busy at that time midday but he took several minutes and showed me different tile selections. I checked two out for a few days. I brought them back and will be choosing some others when we get further into the project. Very large store with excellent selection. Easy parking.

I read the reviews and chose this place to go looking for flooring and am glad I did. Sherry was super helpful and I liked the informative no pressure environment. I will definitely be back.

Can use improvements

Laminate flooring is the most popular when its almost all you carry. Bring back American made sold wood please. Yes, I know it costs more but we must support American jobs

I cannot say enough about the excellent service and the integrity of the folks who run the Floor Store in Concord. Stephanie, our sales person, made the experience a pleasure. Unexpectedly I had a hypersensitive reaction to the normal off-gassing of the carpet. From the very beginning there was no question from anyone that the carpet be removed and replaced with alternative flooring. The money spent on the carpet was automatically credited toward the new flooring and Stephanie help me find hardwood that would blend with the other hardwood in the house.Had we used a big box store to recarpet our bedrooms I know it would not have gone the way it did. I was not interrogated as to whether or not my reaction to the carpet was true or false. The Floor Store management and Stephanie were 100% focused on our satisfaction with my health and finding new flooring for our home. It felt as if I was dealing with an old-fashioned family business whos success was always based on excellent customer service.

I recommend The Floor Store in Concord CA. Working with Reggie was a pleasure. He knows his inventory very well. Ordering and delivery in a timely fashion. Great looking laminate floors fhrough out my home. Use them!

Dealing with Reggie, was a pleasure, very helpful and accommodating! The person installing the tile was very good, unfortunately the wood floor installation left a lot to be desired! If I ever do this again, Ill hire a contractor to do the floor installation.

We just put in brand new baseboards which looked beautiful and they installed carpet and absolutely destroyed the baseboards. Will never ever be a floor store customer again.

I have always had great service from The Floor Store. The installed new hardwood floors throughout my house and did an excellent job. They also contracted with a company to do my refinishing of some existing floors. I had a problems with the refinishers. They are coming next week to fix a problem. It has been over a year. However I would still recommend The Floor Store.

I went into the Concord store to look for vinyl sheet flooring options for my mother. I walked around for about 10 minutes with no one offering to help me. I finally asked a salesman sitting at a desk where to look and he pointed to the other end of the store. I found some samples which were very difficult to look at because they were stacked in a pile and heavy to lift and move to see the ones not on top. I did my best and looked for about 15 minutes, still no one offered to help me. I left and found Sun Valley Carpet right across the street where the owner immediately helped me, and at my request left me to browse through the samples which were arranged in a manner easy to look through them all. I was allowed to take all the samples I wanted home to show my mother which I did and we will be doing our business with him. Would never go back to The Floor Store.
