Concord Carpet and Hardwood did an amazing job on our flooring and baseboards! I posted pictures on Yelp. Mark was very professional and so were his workers! We picked LVP flooring and the craftsmanship of his workers is outstanding! We get compliments a lot from friends and family. We had some delays with covid but Mark worked with us and was always informing us of what was happening. We felt well taken care of and they offered fair cost of labor and installation.

Competitive price and got job done on time. After they replaced my bathroom floor, one of door trims was damaged, not sure it was from the painting or their floor Installation. I called then and they came to fix it after the job was done.

We had all of our floors replaced with hardwood in two stages - downstairs and a few months later upstairs. Great product selection that is competitively priced. Price for installation was one of the best we were quoted. Quality of service was excellent. We would definitely work with this team again!

I had a home that needed old carpet removed and the 66 year old original hardwood floors redone throughout the house. The work also had to be completed within a particular time window. The estimate received was very fair and the floors turned out beautifully! Mark is an awesome easy going guy to work with, very knowledgeable. He hooked my wife and I up with great laminate floors and awesome comfortable carpet. I would definitely do business with this guy again and highly recommend him to anyone considering doing their floors.

I highly recommend Concord Carpet & Hardwood for your flooring needs. Mark is an amazing person to work with from start to finish.We wanted brand new laminate, tile, and new carpet to replace our blue carpet filled 3500sq ft home. I called around for price quotes - 3 last year (Aug 2015 - 1 local, Empire floors and Costco), to give us an idea of how much we would need to save, and 4 local contractors this April 2016.Mark was the quickest to return our emails/texts with a price quote, and his price was the best out of all the companies we’ve contacted. Concord Carpet & Hardwood’s showroom is located in Concord by highway 4 near the Kinders. His company was able to move big furniture, remove/replace our baseboards (saving us money), and remove and reinstall all toilets during the renovation. His company also noticed our bathroom baseboards were deteriorating and was able to send us new baseboards to paint ourselves (to match our existing baseboards), and they installed them for a good price. During the renovation process, our whole house got very dirty/dusty with all the demo of the old carpeting, etc, and after all the dust settled, Mark sent a professional cleaning company to clean our home! They cleaned my home from top to bottom. I was very grateful for this extra service! Mark also gave us a free cleaning mop/spray set to care for our new floors.Mark visited our home on April 13 to measure, and provided samples, and to discuss any questions we had. Out of all the contractors we’ve met, my husband had the best “feeling” from Mark. What makes him stand out from the other contractors is his communication skills. He answered all our questions, and would always take the time to explain how the process works and would even draw out figures to better explain our questions. He understood that we were very price conscious and recommended the laminate brand that he works with in order to give us a better deal. He even convinced us to get a better carpeting than we originally wanted at no extra cost. He installed really good padding underneath the laminate and carpet so the laminate feels solid, and the carpeting feels very plush under foot. Mark was always available for texts (which I prefer over phone calls) and always responded in a timely manner.The actual renovation process took about 10 days over the span of 2.5 weeks. Mark would occasionally drop in to check on everything. The whole process was from April 13 to May 9 with professional cleaners/final payment on May 13. We are very satisfied with our floors, and would not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone.

The WORST customer service Ive ever dealt with in my entire life!!! I ordered 5 boxes of tile on a wednesday with the manager Tyler Lau who said that the product would be in on Friday... I asked him if he wanted the credit card to pay for it and he said NO, just call back Friday when it comes in... So I called Friday to check on the order and he said that he never ordered the material because we didnt order enough product from him and that he didnt have time to order 5 boxes. Are you serious!!??.... HE was SOOO RUDE on the phone I couldnt believe my ears. Luckily the job got pushed back a few days so I was able to order from another supplier.It is pitiful as a owner/manager of a business to be that disrespectful to a customer, and if you didnt want to place the order or didnt have time then you should of stated that from the get go instead of a few days later! Thanks Tyler!!

They scheduled a 9 am recarpeting on our apartment on a Saturday. 5 hours later, still no word from them as for when they will come. No one will answer calls or return messages. This is extremely unprofessional behavior.
