I cant recommend Kevin enough! We needed to have floating bamboo hardwood floors installed in our basement, along with Dricore sub-flooring (not an easy job). He was the first installer to reach out to me, and set up an appointment for an estimate right away. Before I even heard back from the other installers, hed already come out and given a fair estimate. He and Vale came out on time everyday and were very respectful of our house. The floors came out beautifully! If youre thinking about hiring Kevin for you floors, dont hesitate.

Kevin and his install team are great. They put down LVT in my basement. The job was over 1200 square feet and should have taken a few days. They finished the whole job in 1 day and it was perfect. Great team!

It was the first response after searching via online. Kevin immediately came and explained everything throughly and kindly, and he also made all of my needs met including schedule and how its done. The crew members were also very nice and did a great job, even extra things I asked, and everything was done on time. I am Japanese, a picky customer from a place where services are heavenly for consumers, and I would say I have never seen any professional whose service is this perfect in the US. I scheduled a consult with Floor Coverings International - Concord MA for 9 AM on a Saturday. Nobody showed up. I contacted the company several times between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM, and each time I was given a runaround about how somebody was on their way. Nobody ever showed up, nobody even gave me the courtesy of a phone call. This is not a company I could do business with.
