Where do it start with this awful experience!!!! I worked with a salesperson that was very nice. I advised him of the type of vehicle and price range that I wanted. I was excited because they found a vehicle at the auction,it was even the color I wanted! I agreed to finance through them because it was so much going on during beginning stage of quarantine in April. April 4 to be exact. And he said I would get a good interest rate. I agreed to allow them to run my credit but I was hesitant. The sales manager Kevin Smith assured me that it would only be one inquiry on my credit report but it was 3! He said that it wouldn’t hurt my credit score, which i knew wasn’t true. I didn’t say too much because he was getting me the car I wanted! The car came in on April 9th. The car was in the back being inspected and I was disgusted at what I saw. The entire bottom of the car was RUSTED. Had I not came there to see the vehicle I would have never known. I spoke to Kevin about the rust and he down played it by saying people up north buy cars with rust all the time. And said they drive vehicles with rust all the time. I felt like he didn’t care about me or my hard earned money that he wanted me to spend on a rusted vehicle. He said that it looked good on the outside and that he would spray some type of black coating to cover or seal the rust which normally lasts about a year. I told him to find me another vehicle that was not from up north and what does he do , show me 2 more vehicles from up north and one had an accident. This guy! Not only did you run my credit you did not produce a vehicle to meet my needs. He said I needed to go up on my budget. I told him that would be fine if the deal made sense and the vehicle was good. He said he couldn’t find anything else. So after almost 2 weeks of waiting I walked away with no car because he said that was it. -We the people-do not want rusted cars from up north!

Had to have some warranty service work performed on my new truck. Ben Mynatts service team were very professional and took care of the issue like I was their #1 customer even though I had purchased the truck at another dealership in SC because of an availability issue.

This review is ALL about Antonio Alvarado, Sales Consultant. Antonio was great. I had to make 5 calls to get follow-up on selling my fathers car and spoke to 4 different people. Finally, when I got to Antonio he promised me he would be the last person I needed to talk to and he would take care of everything. He did just that. He went over and above to make sure everything was taken care of. He even had the finance person come up to his office so my father didnt have to walk to another office. THEN, when it was all handle perfectly we realized my father gave the wrong second set of key to him. He assured me it was no problem and mailed the keys back to me. When in the market for buying or selling a car, I will go to Ben Mynatt as long as Antonio is there!!!

Deborah WrightI had the worst experience of my life at this dealership. I believe I was scammed out of thousands of dollars purposely by the salesman and his manager. The figures I was quoted for a vehicle on my first trip to the dealership was quoted to me before I told them I would trade my 2015. I considered giving it to my son. The initial paperwork had a different price on it so when I questioned the salesman and manager they told me that the price would go down at the end. I believed them. 3 weeks later I made the decision to purchase and trade after many calls from them. They advised me that someone else was looking at the vehicle with such a great price and I should hurry and come in. They then manipulated figures to make it look like they were giving me the vehicle for the price that they initially quoted me. I had just lost my grandson, my mother-in-law and another family member in a 3 week period and didnt notice the figure difference. After all the funeral services I questioned the salesman and his manager. The salesman admitted the price he quoted me but the manager lied about it. Immediately the manager stepped between me and the salesman. He told the salesman to come with him to get the window tag. They both left and when they returned the salesman stated he couldnt remember the price he quoted me. Totally dishonest. I thought this dealership was a business of integrity. I was wrong.

Buying a car can be a stressful thing, least it is to me... I was very fortunate to have picked the group at Ben Mynatt- Buick to help me thru this process. I had gone to a couple other places and didnt receiver anything near the customer service that I did at Ben Mynatt.I think most people are on their guard when it comes to car salesmen... I know I was! Dion, one of the salesmen there, was the absolute best. He never once made me feel like I needed to be on guard. Instead, he was straight up and honest. His sincere, polite, and friendly personality just added to making a potentially stressful situation a pleasant one.From the voice that greets you on the phone to the guys back in finance... They all make you feel like they care and that youre not just another sale of the day.I highly recommend Ben Mynatt-Buick if you want the BEST.. And if you want one of the best salesmen, then for sure ask for Dion! 3 days of text messages to confirm I am coming to look at a suv on a Monday. Take the day off from 2nd job to look at car.... told Car in the shop on the lift... after I am sitting in lobby waiting on 930 appointment. Drove 60 miles one way. Wow !

I had my first oil change scheduled today. They got me right in. Rotated the tires and did my inspection!! (Which I had no idea was about to expire).Pleasant waiting room. Free WiFi. Television. Place to charge your phone or tablet. Hot coffee. Water in a bottle or canned soda.Vending machine. Soda machine.Clean restrooms.Very friendly staff!!!!

I purchased a used vehicle from them in January. It was the type of visit that you have nightmares about. I was there for hours. I had to provide them with the price that I found for the vehicle online (with proof - twice) because apparently they had it listed as something much more in person. They did honor the price that I found online or I wouldnt have purchased from them. The salesperson was very nice and professional. No problems with him at all. The manager I spoke to was your typical pushy, talk over you non-stop used car salesman. The F&I person was nice, but of course tried to sell me every extra and all types of insurance that was not wanted nor needed. (I was pretty clear I wasnt purchasing any extras). When I was finally leaving - they then let me know they didnt have both keys. ($250 to buy a new key and have programmed at my local dealership btw). To top it off, my 30 day tag was about to expire. I spoke with everyone from the assistant general manager to the same manager who talks over you non-stop. They pretty much thought I was crazy for being upset about no communication from them and no tag. Turns out - they didnt have the title before they sold it to me and were having a hard time getting the replacement. They also told me if I got a ticket (my major concern) - that they would pay the ticket. Guess what??? That is not reassuring!!! I dont need that on my record or my insurance! Finally got my tag today and pray that I never have to have any contact with them ever again. I hardly ever leave bad reviews!!! But this experience is the worst I have had at a business in many, many moons. As someone who tries very hard to look into reviews before making a major purchase - I thought others may need this information as well.

Almosr every car has an added sticker for items, why? If the customer did not request. If when I decide to buy a vehicle, negotiations on price start after its removed or Ill travel to another dealer, seems to be common amongst certain dealers to add frivolous things at a huge markup on new cars.
