Horrible service at this store. Lady at register around 5pm and the manager next to her gave unjustified service. Before reaching register, I asked the manager if a pair of shoes (different size) could be ordered & sent home, manager said no, they are a special design that cant be ordered sorry. They continued displaying an arrogant & unprofessional attitude when answering my questions. I went to another Off Broadway Shoe store by Northlake Mall, right after, and funny how they all of the sudden could order those same shoes. Also, they had bad attitude, I asked two other ladies to help & those other employees were professional & nice. Off-Broadway Shoe company, this could affect your sales & reputation.

I stopped by the store on Thursday 9/9/2021 at 7:35 PM. As soon as I walked in, they turned all the lights off. When I asked if they are closed, one employee said they close at 8 pm and that they are dimming the lights in preparation to close. The lights were not dimmed, they were practically off. You could barely see the merchandise so it was really pointless to go in. I asked the same employee again, and she said management wants them to do so. 25 minutes to close and the lights are already off. Here is a suggestion to management, save your money and let them out early as you will not have anyone trying to buy anything in the dark.Furthermore you may want to suggest that a little more courtesy is practiced when talking to customers.

Wow. Off Broadway Shoes has the worst customer service. I ordered two pairs of shoes online, one pair didnt fit (which were $59.99) and decided to keep the 2nd pair ($29.99) as they are listed on my receipt. I went to return the 59.99 pair, not because they were the more expensive pair but they simply did not fit my foot correctly. The manager Changes the price for my 59.99 pair to 29.99 because of the bogo?! I dont care if the pair I decided to keep happen to be the 59.99 price if that was listed on the receipt but how can you completely go against what the receipt has printed out for you? Such a greedy company. I called customer service and they were not understanding of the reason why I was confused at all. I dont understand why I cant get the slightest deal on the One pair. Not completely fair in my opinion. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The attendant was friendly, polite, and generous in giving me a discount despite it being slightly expired. Clean store and lots of options. Come planning on buying two pairs, because the second one is always 50% off.

The staff wants us to put away the shoes which we tried on. We had infact put all the shoes in respective boxes. There were more than two people working and about 4 customers inside. Nobody in the check our counter and the lady comes to the checkout counter later with an attitude and says I was clearing the mess. This is the kind of customer service they provide.
