This store definitely has a lot of home decor and other furnishings. The store was neat and organized and I liked how everything had a specific place. The store associates were also very friendly.The price point for some items are a bit pricey, but its always good to compare with other retailers.I ended up browsing just about every aisle. I brought a floor decor giraffe which was about 5ft tall. I absolutely love it.They had out a lot of seasonal home decor items showcased (Halloween & Christmas) which Im not a seasonal buyer of these particular items, but I know alot of people are.The restrooms were definitely in need of attention, but overall the store was pleasant.

This is a great place to shop! We were able to find Christmas trees for our parents graves and a few other things to decorate for the holidays. We found blow ups for my wifes sister who wanted huge this year. Prices arent bad. Very reasonable and within our budget. Love it!!!

This place reminds me of HomeGoods except bigger. Super spacious, the building has ample parking space and curbside pickup. You can find all sorts of stuff here at a reasonable price and it seems to be pet friendly! Their outdoor selection is the best, you can find so many pots and gardening decor.

Found what we were looking for. Price was good. Only saw a few staff, but I didnt need any assistance. The lady at the register did initially redirect us. I cant wait to get back and browse.

I normally love this store, but today I wasnt impressed with dirty floors, unorganized displays-items just thrown everywhere (must have been after the weekend), and most of all there was zero regard for the mask mandate. I dont feel comfortable taking my child into a store where they dont take this seriously. Out cashier was a gem though.

I just love this particular At Home. They have everything you can possibly think of for your home. A lot of items are organized by color and I love it! Especially Christmas items. You will spend a lot of time in here because you will want to go down each and every aisle!

Oh my gosh I love this place! I cat believe how many beautiful and unique things they have. We could have stayed in there all day. We are getting prepared for Christmas early.

I went early on a Saturday so it wasnt crowded and there was no line at checkout yet. I signed up online so I had a coupon also!They have a huge selection of everything you could want to decorate your home. Prices are ok, a little more than HomeGoods.

I will not be returning to this store. My sister was visiting from Philly over Xmas. We visited the store and noticed an employee was not wearing a mask. She very discreetly told a cashier while we were checking out, stating that she absolutely loved the store, that the authorities were closing stores up north over this, and she’d hate to see that happen to this store. While we were loading our car, that employee came out to our car and confronted us over the issue. We explained what we had said, but he was still very angry. After we were safely in the car, I called the store and found out he is a manager there!I spent the next two months trying to get the store and district managers to contact me, but no one ever did.No matter how you feel about the mask mandate, it is NEVER okay for an employee to confront a customer at their car. My sister and I were both very uncomfortable and did not feel safe. I am even more disgusted that management did not feel this issue needed to be addressed.

This place is my drug of choice, coincidentally there located near the hotel qw we staying in. Stopped in only to kill time as we were waiting for someone. 3 hours later back seat and trunk full of all kinds of goodies.Wide and diverse collections to choose from, the staff was extremely friendly and the savings are DEAL- licious🤑.

Love this store for home decor. I got a comforter once and it got destroyed on the first wash, so I’ve been sticking to smaller decor and it always works out!

First time. Huge selection. Larger selection than the Home Goods I visited. Unique items. Was disappointed/confused by their sales items. Apparently, when an isle has a sign that says 50% or 75% off it doesnt apply to everything in that isle. I didnt know I had to inspect price tags. Ended up returning some items. Thank goodness I checked my receipt before I left the parking lot. Lesson learned.

This is a really nice store to get ideas, to try a bunch of different ideas without going all across town. I will be back after we close on our house. My only is somethings are broken and damaged because you get to try thing. You have to have time to inspect your items to ensure no flaws or damage. Below are some favorites on my list to come back for by end of month.

4/29/21 @ 11 am. I was visiting the store and needed some assistance therefore I called the store while in the store for help. Long story short Caleb answers the call and cut me off as I was speaking which prompted a call back and he hung up on me again. I asked him to come on the floor and help me with the attitude he was giving but he would not. I have never had a bad experience for all the years I have shopped here. Caleb which I believe is a director needs to find another profession. He has a piss poor attitude and clearly he has personal internal issues that he needs to resolve and not work with the public at all.

I love this place. Huge warehouse style, trendy and super affordable, nicer quality items for home. Rather clean and organized,, especially considering the season and health crisis. Employees were very nice and visible. Much more variety and inventory than anywhere else I am aware of. I was able to find so many things that are out of stock in nearly every home decor store metro CLT.

At store itself is good , but when my wife and I went to checkout this is where the problem began. When we got in line it was quite long but we just thought a lot of people were checking out at the same time. Oh were we wrong. There were at least 20 people in line before us . As we waited without the line moving for 20 minutes we noticed there was only 1 cashier working. Another customer in front of us decided to leave and as they passed us they stated they had been waiting in line for over 45 minutes themselves. We looked behind us and the line grew with another 10 to 15 customers. At this time we decided ourselves to leave . I will not be taking my business to the store or any other At Home store again.

Was there for over an hour and then sat in line behind one customer for over 10 minutes. No more than one cashier to take customers and customer at register his wife continued to shop while he was standing at the register on his phone and instead of asking him to step aside he held up the rest of us. I walked out.

I love At Home! I can spend hours there (and usually do)... they have great prices and a huge variety of everything you need from rugs, to pots, and frames or furniture. I actually go here over marshals / home goods a lot of the time.

Really cheap items that were incredibly over priced. Mostly bare shelves with clearance signs but scant merchandise. No personnel to ask any questions and long lines and dirty store.

Went to store looking for Valentines day front door/outdoor decorations. No Valentines day outdoor items, I did find a door wreath (shades of pink/no red)... and picked one up for St. Patricks day too. There was a large selection of Easter decorations, so I got a few items now.

So many wonderful items that I just kept going down aisle after aisle.

DEFECTIVE merchandise.‼️‼️ Today, I was so excited that I found what I was looking for I seen it and just got excited without thinking to inspect the item. I bought it for 300 dollars, got home and no sooner then I sat the item down I seen the whole bottom of the ottoman was coming apart. I didn’t even bother to take it back because for one, I don’t own a truck big enough to fit an item of that size into my car. I had to call someone to help me get it to my home in the first place so not only did I NOT have the option to take it back, I had a feeling that because the customer service is almost always bad they wouldn’t of did anything about it. I didn’t feel the need to argue with the rude cashiers because they are almost ALWAYS rude. It’s unfortunate that I spent so much money on something that is unusable I could cry. This also happened months ago when I purchased a chair, the chair was filthy and I had to cover the stains with a pillow... Please inspect your items ‼️

Im not someone who writes bad reviews ever. That said, today I had a really awful experience at this At Home store - its not the first bad experience but its certainly my last since I will never shop there again. I went in to do a return, had the receipt but didnt have the actual credit card used for the purchase. The cashier said bc of that, I would only get a store credit for the sale price (half the amount that was paid). I said I didnt understand why, since the receipt clearly showed we paid the full amount. Cashier called the manager, Thomas, over and he said the bc I didnt have the credit card itself, they would give me sale price. So I pulled up my receipt on my phone and was saying how the email clearly showed we paid the full price. The manager grabbed MY PERSONAL cell phone and started scrolling thru my email - he didnt ask if he could see it, nothing. MOST IMPORTANTLY, neither he nor the cashier or other store employees were wearing masks. At all. And hes grabbing all over my phone. I got angry of course bc this is not only rude, but a SERIOUS HEALTH RISK TO ME. Ive been very careful during the quarantine and I was wearing a mask. I just got negative results from my COVID test last week so I now I was healthy up to now. However, Ill know exactly where to go if God Forbid I get sick.This stores customer service has always been AWFUL and I dont recommend anyone shop here. Now, theyre not following Health Guidelines and grabbing customer phones without permission.I GIVE IT ZERO STARS but had to do 1 star in order to post this.

Today was our last trip to this store ever. Not only was it a complete disaster, but social distancing and direction was not enforced. When it was time for checkout there were three people at register one (one of them being the store manager)and no one else in line. We waited for a bit at the start of the line and ended up walking up to register one where we were still ignored. It wasnt until the lady that was sorting through returns walked up behind us and told us she would take care of us on two.Its not that hard to say hello or I will be with you in a second.

Poor customer service. Item we wanted to purchase had slight wear. I inquired about a discount for the item as the other items on the shelf were soiled. I was told they would take % off, but they only applied the coupon. When asked about the discount I was then told I had infact received it with my coupon. The manager, near by then rolled her eyes and said there were others on the shelf. Being a $400+ purchase I expected better customer service. I canceled the purchase.

I placed an order online, for curbside pick up, and I was totally disappointed in the services. I waited outside in my car for approximately 20 minutes, after texting the number on the store front for pick up. In my frustration, I left my car and walked into the store to ask for help. The male sales person at the cash register, kept brushing me off each time I asked the status of the pick up. He kept saying they will be up soon. He had an expression on his face, like I was bothering him with my question. I told him I was on my lunch hour, but he didnt care. The female sales person was a little more helpful, she kept communicating with her walkie talkie, with the person getting the items. Eventually, I asked if I could just pick the items off the shelf and check out. So much for curbside pick up! Would have done better with my time, if I had just pushed my cart in the store and checked out like everyone else. Customer service was terrible!

Worst online shopping experience and terrible customer service ever. We ordered 3 different times in last couple of months for our items to be picked up from At Home, Concord, NC. Every single time we got an email after a day or two from the order date saying We are unable to fulfill your order. These items are no longer available in the store you selected when these items were clearly in stock at this location at the time we placed the orders. We called and tried to talk to customer service, first they didnt answer the phone and when they finally answered after multiple attempts, they answered saying, can you hold for a second and never returned. We are done with at home. Never again!!!

Massive store with relatively inexpensive medium quality home goods of every conceivable shape, size and color. Its definitely not Walmart, but does have a Target vibe, only At Home does not sell electronic kitchen gear. The inventory in the store is a significantly depleted from a year ago.

Great inventory of evrything you need for your home a wide selection . I went in for a pair of barstools and they had 4 long aisles of them . My only complaint was only 2 cashiers were working so that made the wait in line to checkout very long.

It is a great place to find decor for your home. The biggest issue I have is how small the isles are. You can sit and look for what you want because you have to move out of other peoples way. Also the way the rug area is a joke. There is no way you can find what you need

Variety of home decor and furnishings.. easy to get lost and spend a while in the store. Had quite a few aisles that were in disarray with merchandise on the ground blocking the walkway. Things falling off shelves and turned over.. worth a visit for sure. Lampshades for days

Although this store has a large inventory...the store is a mess and very hard to shop. Every department was topsy turvy and merchandise is damaged because of the poor merchandising upkeep. Customers are rude to treat this store in such a way. The store needs employees that will be able to keep on top of the mess and make sure customers are respectful.

Good prices, my girlfriend spent 3 hours there and I still have money in my account. Hahhaa.. truly good price for the items you buy.

These guys have the largest selection of art work Ive seen lately. From small to very large pieces. Not bad on pricing either.

I absolutely LOVE AT HOME STORE. They have so many beautiful items for the house to decorate. BUT... they really need to organize the mark down selections and the aisles like they do with there Christmas Aisles. More staff is needed for a large store like this most definitely.

Found everything I was looking for plus more! Lots of walking, however, enjoyed looking at all the useful items. Prices were not overpriced on most items. Hard to find someone to help for reaching items up high or to ask questions.

Have shopped at “at homes” in the past, but this last experience was tainted by an awful smell of “old grandma perfume” throughout the entire store. No. It did NOT smell Christmasy at all. As a matter of fact I couldn’t wait make my purchase and get out. A tree skirt & cloth tot bag that I normally would not have washed initially, had to be tossed in the washer to remove the store scent. The other items needed to be wiped down and the bag thrown out to curbside for pick up.☹️😷

If you can find it , it will be priced great !!

Best place to find EVERYTHING you need for your home. Seriously, this place is huge so wear comfortable shoes but you will want to buy everything. They have the best paintings, comforter sets, bathroom sets, Christmas decorations, patio furniture, and more. They usually have a great sale going on too. Ive always experienced nothing but great customer service and that definitely keeps me going back.
