They lived up to their name, getting our banners done much quicker than required. I was concerned that their product was more expensive than online. Then we received the banners, and the quality was much better, justifying the price. We had a slight glitch in communication, which Jason also handled in a professional manner. So, as the owner of a 35 year business, I can recommend this Under new management business.

Very friendly and helpful. Felt like I was at home while discussing what I needed and getting everything measured and exact placement. From design to making my decals and picking them up it didnt take long. Great products and service. Price was very good. Anyone needing signs or decals I highly recommend fast signs in Concord. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process. Everybody I worked with from Jason Ramsey, Crystal Canipe and the installer (sorry did not get his name) were great. Jason was very patient explaining the process as I have never looked to get a window graphic previously. Crystal was very patient and helpful in getting me the perfect graphic. Finally, the installer did a great job and out looks great. Thank you for a great job. Another note, i did go to another company previously and they were very rude and not helpful at all. That is why I chose FastSigns in Concord.

They did an awesome job. I called on Thursday and needed to have a sign made for an event I was going to on Saturday. They called back and said they could have it done within a few hours and I was able to pick it up the same day. The product was great, very well done and awesome customer service as well. We ordered 2 banners from this company for our nursing facility. The gentleman who helped me had just became the owner a few weeks prior. The customer Service was excellent! They had both banners designed, printed and ready for me to pick them up in less than 24 hours.They were very friendly and so appreciative of my business. Jason and Crystal designed several professional signs for St James Lutheran Church as we prepared to reopen during Covid-19. Jason and his team met with us on site, listened to our needs, and had our signs ready in a few days. I was impressed with their attention to detail, courteous and prompt communication, and quick production.
