CNG SIGNS -------------I LOVE HIRING LOCAL, SHOPPING LOCAL ETC but in this case I WAS WRONG and shouldve gone elsewhere. I was really trying to avoid writing this review because I despise it when one bad review affects a business so harshly and can cost them thousands of dollars in the end, but I feel I have to based on how this company behaved and handled my project.I contacted them on April 17th 2019 with pictures of my logo design. They said they could help and gave me a quote on April 24th 2019. We signed a contract and my deposit check was cashed on April 30th 2019. At this time I was given a timeframe of 3 weeks for my building sign to go up. This would mean the sign would go on the building the week of May 25 th 2019. On June 5th 2019 I emailed Stoney (my point of contact) asking what is the expected date for the sign to be up since it was already late. He said it should be up that day and the installers BROKE THE BOTTOM of it at some point during another job. He then stops answering my calls and e-mails. Move on to June 11th 2019 I drive by my location and I notice my business sign on the WRONG BUILDING. I call Stoney and leave a voicemail. I call again the next day and he claims to not have heard my voicemail. He repeatedly states: “ Are you shi**ing me?” when I talk about the sign being on the wrong building. I believe that day or maybe the next is when they finally moved the sign. No call, No apology, No information. The reason we even found out the sign was on the right building was because my partner went by their office to talk to them, and they said the sign is up. I get a call from a person named Mike today June 25th 2019 who gives me a half hearted apology claiming his installer was sick due to cholesterol issues and missed work. I push him for an explanation on the lack of communication and a genuine apology. His response was: The remaining balance is due. Your sign is on the building. You are not even open yet so what is the problem. What Mike fails to realize is that if my sign was up the week of April 25th 2019 it would generate an average of $500/week in exposure advertising.I am a professional. Obviously final payment for the sign is int he mail and I am not really sure why I expected a genuine apology but this company will never get any business from me, and hopefully people read this and get some insight on how they operate before they decide to hire them.I will say they did one thing right they followed the design I gave them and built the sign which looks beautiful. This 3 week project took a total of 7 weeks.
Still nice place to work
