Recycling oil today but the rude sales clerk told me I would have to carry my last container back out because they only except 12 quarts per week.I explained that I had purchased all the oil from the store but he said he did not understand the rule but I could not recycle he last three quarts.Went to Auto Zone they enthusiastically helped me. So now after 20 years I will be switching to Auto Zone.

As soon as I walk in the store and walked in the tools section to find a tool to change my brakes I was approached by Dylan the associate he asked if I needed help finding a tool, I said yes is this brake spreader a good tool to change my brakes he said yes, than I ask what other tools do I need to change my brakes successfully, and he said he doesnt know and I ask can you look it up for me in your computer system, he said he could not at that point I knew he was just trying to get me checked out and out the door. I feel like I wasnt helped just rushed out the door

Stopped in to get replacement wiper blades for 3 of our vehicles. The person who assisted me looked them up quickly, helped me get them from the rack, even checked in the back to see if there were more of a particular size I needed (unfortunately they didnt have any more), and checked me out quickly and efficiently.

I came in and got a battery changed. I was helped by a young gentleman by the name of Delonta. He was by far the best and helped me with everything.

I just spent my last dollar with Advance Auto. I have bought many batteries in the past and bought a new one a couple weeks ago. The store manager gave me a 10% discount after I asked. I went in today 11/7 and bought another new battery and I asked for a discount and Bobby said they have no discount. I said that is strange a couple weeks ago I came in and bought a new car battery and was given a 10% discount. I paid for the battery and made up my mind this is my last trip to Advance and will do business with Auto Zone moving forward who is just around the corner.

The staff at this location are extremely helpful. My car broke down in the parking lot and one of the employees spent 30 minutes with me until my car was running. Also ordering online is a breeze and in store pickup is super convenient. Try my best to never go to the other “AA” place.

I was having trouble with my car yesterday and went here to have my battery checked. After checking, concluded I needed a new one. They jump started my car as I sat in it trying to figure out what to do. You see my vehicles battery is in the wheel well! NOT an easy task! All of a sudden, my car just shut off! Now, its raining. So, I ordered online through their store (awesome deal) walked in and I felt pretty defeated. I had no idea how/where to have this battery put in. The nearby places practically wanted my spleen as payment because its a complex installation. All of a sudden, Charles Chuck walked outside to my vehicle, came back in and said he could do it for me. I was incredibly grateful for him! Not only did he take care of everything for me, which was by no means a SIMPLE TASK, he did it in a sporadic heavy rainstorm. He shown what exemplary customer service truly is. Talk about going above and beyond! I cannot thank him enough. He DEFINITELY changed my day for the better. Thank you Charles Hendricks! This will be the place I turn to if I need anything they can provide.

Did not have what I neede

Very helpful with quickly installing a battery that I had purchased on Advanced Autos website. Couldnt give the 5th star because my negative terminal wires were initially pushed backed for battery installation, but found out shortly after that the wires had melted some because they were resting against a hot tube(can clearly see the melted rubber/plastic and damaged my battery wire.Very friendly staff, will be a return customer, but will watch things a little closer next time.

Ive never been to a parts store with less knowledgeable folks. Woman behind the counter wasnt even familiar with how to read sizing measurements on packages. The previous visit the guy had no clue what type of clamp I was looking for based on name. Finally showed him the listing from the webpage. If all you need is a battery sounds like this is the place. Anything else, look for another parts store.

Disappointed in staff. Went in for a wiper blade. The self help machine gave the wrong info. Went back out anbrought mine in to match it. Counter staff accused me of taki g product out of store without paying? Finally did get it figured out on my own which product to buy and reluctantly purchased it. Will never be back at this one.

Central location in respect to neighboring areas. Selection of equipment is very diverse and open. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and understand what youre trying to do and will attempt to provide insight and attention to the problem (if any). Also sell a number of cosmetics items to attach to any car/truck.

Stopped by earlier in the FREEZING cold for help with my battery. Kevin spent quite a while trying to get rid of all the corrosion to see if they could change it out. And it was SO COLD. In the end, because the corrosion was just so bad he said they couldnt change it. Made sure I could start it to leave and suggested what I should do. Just so nice and I felt like he made the right decision. Will definitely go back!!

Our experience with Roger was fanominal. The battery in our car wouldnt turn but we managed to get it jumped and were directed to the closest Auto Parts where we met Roger. He told us what the problem was and effectively fixed it for us so it wouldnt be an issue when we got home.

I shop there regularly, they always have new people and half of them have no idea what to look for or how to help you, the managers are very nice and do everything they can to help, but the employees dont know what theyre doing and dont go out of their way to help customers

I went in today around 2 and was looking to replace my regular headlight bulbs with led lights to make it brighter when i drove at night, i went up to the counter to this old white man with glasses and asked for somehelp and he looked at me and said do you mean HED lights? and i said sure if thats what theyre called and he said do you know how expensive that is? and how much it will cost you and how much wiring well have to go through?? he said that with the nastiest attitude ever and i was just asking a question then he just stared at me and i said ok well thanks and left the store. Terrible experience. was really looking forward to buying the bulbs and doing it myself but people are nasty. Will never go back there or any other Advance Auto store. Ill stick to my Mechanic or Orileys. they know how to talk to people unlike this jerk.

Good shop to get anything small to big for your car

My battery (still under warranty) that I bought at this store about a year ago, was not charged and the associate who helped me not only charged it, but also cleaned the connectors! He was very helpful and I am one very happy customer!
