Brought my two daughters and the first thing I see is a fly in the ice cream. 🤮 Walked right out. Two young girls working there had the sliding windows open to the ice cream.

Second time we come 15 minutes before closing and doors are closed. Employees just look at us without saying a word and ignore us. I understand closing a bit early but 15 minutes early and not even say anything to us. Very bad customer service.

Here on vacation visited this place, Decent. My ice cream tasted weird . Like bleach.Other than that my sisters & nieces ice cream was fine

I love Baskin-Robbins because it has all the icecream that you love to eat so is a great place to take your children in there for their favorite snack

Visited this spot after not being serviced accordingly across the street at Rite Aid when I was on an ice cream run. Good ice cream, basically what you expect from Baskin Robins

Think they need to be more organized meaning the staff..wait time was horrible.and they where just all behind the counter wondering around like if they where lost.while people where waiting..and I personally think it was just a matter of management . because you shouldnt have to wait so long in line,specially when you have pints of ice cream melting. Not thrilled..first time going there dont think Ill go back..

This place is slow. Only two ppl working here. One lady moves like molasses like shes been in the freezer all day, and they work together on the orders. All bad..

Worst customer service !! Very unprofessional and workers look at you bad and look like if they don’t even want to be there !! I always order the same thing everywhere I go and the girl attending me made the icream order wrong and didn’t give me a lid or spoon even tho I told her it was to go !! The workers were also playing around alot at work ! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Bad service, disappointing, I work in customer service and I think we are clear that even if we have a bad day, clients are not to blame, super terrible and I have gone before, but honestly disappointing employees should their boss see what kind of employees they have.

In a great dental clinic, they are very friendly and professional and are now hiring staff.
