Its very clean and organized place. But the customer service needs to improve, or at least the training new employees part does. Long story short we needed to purchase the shoes at that wss to pick up at another and the team member was very slow I understand he is probably new and training but we were there maybe like 25 minutes just waiting to get the transaction complete.

We want to get shoes for fathers day. I found some really pretty pair of vans. They had black and white squares. I liked them and decided to get them, except it didnt fit me so I had to return it. But anyways, WSS has amazing shoes. :)

Worst service every i was the only one in there and the one guy that was working bouncing a basketball instead of helping me then when I ask for a shoe size he pretty much told me if you dont see it we dont have it didnt even go to see if they have any in the back

I got some Adidas for myself and some Filas for my daughter... I paid 29.98 for my Adidas when the MSRP was 89.99... Yup Im in love with my purchase!! And the staff was real friendly too... Plus plus!!

While I didnt end up buying anything I was treated with respect. I had a little chat with the security guard and he was very cool.God I miss that shoe store smell. This was the cleanest WSS Ive ever been to.

All the customer service reps are polite. They ask you do you need help before you need help😂 The security guards are polite too. Its a shoe store so nothing I can really review but they got a great selection for cheaper than the mall. The store was clean and organized. Join the WSS reward program to save money.

I went to visit the store to buy some White Convers and this guy named Bryan is the Rudest employee or manager at this store. My ask for help and he told him Im busy employee around up in a cricle and talking. My son asked they continue talking.until I seen that they werent helping that when I step in I told them if can get some help? No customer service what ever except a young lady with glasses she help me. When returning to the register the rude man name Bryan seen I was going to the register and did not said Ill call a cashier for you no! He just out of the counter a Left. I said that is rude. Beyond point. Rude. Like coming to this place but need more customers service to be at point..
