When I arrive at the AT&T store at the Compton Center I was immediately greet and then assisted by Joel Vasquez. I purchased a new phone and many accessories. This experience was excellent. Paulette really worked to do her best to overcome the challenges that persisted with the acquisition of this new device because of all of the challenges inherited with the massive security breaches on my Samsung 7 device. We got a lot of random error messages and password redirects but in the end...we got connected! Thank you soooo much!

I went in to explore my options because I had just cracked my phone. I was informed that my insurance covered the screen repair or I can also upgrade because I was eligible. I appreciated that the sales rep gave me the option of utilizing my insurance (which I forgot I had), or signing up for a new contract. I opted for the new phone because it was about time for an upgraded device plus the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this location.

Great experience coming to this store. I set my service up with customer service and was having issues activating my devices. I went into this store and they helped me resolve the billing issues I had and properly explained to me how the promotions work. I was not provided this information over the phone so it was welcoming to know that I can always come to this store to assist me with my wireless and internet account. Could not recommend this store enough.

Came in with my bill to have it reviewed because I was not getting the information I needed over the phone. I came into the store and my bill was broken down for me so I can understand what I’m paying for. This store also is following safety guidelines to make sure everybody is safe. Highly recommend this location. I’m fortunate to not live too far from here.

I went the day after Christmas and they were busy! Understandably they had to limit the amount of people in the store at one time, however my wait was only about 5 minutes. I was quickly assisted in setting up my new phone and watch that was gifted to me by my husband. The staff is all very helpful.
