They have great service and honest. I had a loose connection on my bike thought I needed a new battery they found the problem that made my day didnt have to buy a battery that day. when I did need a battery I went back and bought a new one.

Hello everyone..this is what happened to me..as I was leaving the gas station my car wouldnt start..it was the battery...so I drove to Liberty Battery..my car stopped again a few feet from the building..in the middle of the street..people behind me sat on their car horns..🙄..anyway I got out my car told the guy behind the counter what happened..he and another employee pushed my car to the alley behind the building..I was told my battery was no good..one of the two employees replaced my no good one with another one..I drove back around to the front of the building..paid $50.00 and was on my way..I thank My Heavenly Father(The Most High) for those two gentlemen..they were nice, professional individuals..trust and believe if I ever need car batteries..Ill be back..😁

Took a battery that was thought to be dead for trade in. Fully prepared to buy a replacement battery for my Mustang, but the guy that help me told me the post needed to be cleaned and didnt even try to sell me something I didnt need.

I purchased a used battery here , car gave me electric problems and very weak power (problems I didnt have prior to purchase) , so I was suggested a alternator sins battery was ok . Punched there alternator and problems still exist now everything electric dose not work on car when battery is drained , my car die on me in front of there shop in middle of street and when I asked to borrow a jump pack rite behind them they said they couldnt assist me , this place ok if you are in desperate time , not for quality parts do not recommend.

They sold me a used battery for 50 dollars. I thought I got a great deal, WRONG. 2 days later I’m on the side of the road the battery is completely dead. Im trying to jump start it, nothing. These ppl are CROOKSUpdate. When I was able to get my car to them a couple days later they exchanged it with no problem, they do give a warranty so even though the batteries aren’t great they’ll fix itUpdate it’s been officially one month & the battery is completely dead, won’t even charge so I just got one from autozone. Don’t even waste your time here just pay the extra money for a good one.

Do not purchase a battery from this place, I purchased one battery n August of 2017,I kept falling the tow truck for a jump, the tow truck driver stated it must b the starter checked it on a test nd it wasnt my starter, almost 3 months went by, this battery was used with a year warranty, so, I had to bribe that battery back nd I purchased a new battery from same place, same problems, battery no good, Pep Boys checked it out nd it was the new battery from Liberty Battery, u had to purchase a new battery from Pep Boys, $169.00!!, now, my first no good battery was under warrenty until next month, What w she wont answer the phone, to give me my money back for the no good battery...DONT PURCHASE A BATTERY FROM HERE!!!! BEWARE!!! SHES A RIP OFF N COMPTON!!! like we stupid, nd desperate folks out here, thats bull!!! I reported her to the BBB!!
