Everything felt less like an ordeal and more like a project between relatives. Arlen Collision answered all of my insurance questions, explained the damage occurred and what it would take to restore my car.Even after dropping my car off Arlen Collision continued to be thorough. They informed me additional damage my insurance adjuster omitted, contacted the adjuster and received additional cost to finish the job.With real time photo updates and professional work I would be happy to go back.
