Employees shouldn’t judge book by they’re cover but the really nice girl who ended up helping me was a sweet heart. Try to apply for credit but the bank was asking for more documents to verify my identity. I end up buying cash, shouldn’t be that complicated.

The service when they are selling you the ring is really great but they took my ring for resize and they told me it was going to be two weeks for my ring to be ready the day came and my ring wasn’t ready according to them the next day i call and they told me the same thing that my ring wasn’t ready i went back to the store to ask the lady didn’t even wanted to look on the back to see if my ring was there i told her to double check and she did and my ring was just sitting there. She was like here i found it bad service when it comes to repair.

My fiancé purchased my lovely Vera Wang engagement ring here and I absolutely love the design! But now I’m waiting for it to be here since we got it resized in December 26 to be exact and they had told me it’d be ready January 06 and when I called they lied and told us it would be ready by the 8th and the 8th came but no it’ll be ready Tomorrow and now they’re telling it’ll be ready Sunday (tomorrow) or Monday. I read some comments on here and sounds like they give incredibly WRONG return dates. The person who sized me had no clue what they were doing and I’m sure it’s the same employee who had me on hold for more than 10 minutes. FORTUNATELY my soon to be husband is a very patient person and makes me incredibly happy that I won’t let this come between our joy. After all I’m simply happy to be getting married to the most amazing person in the world. But yeah expect your purchases to be ready months later I guess..

I went to Zales Outlet and the staff and Manager was very helpful. I purchased an engagement ring and went back to get my wedding bands. I looked at regular Zales Stores, Kays, Kevins and Daniels but this Zales Outlet had the very best customer service they took time to make sure I got what I wanted and they had the best prices! This is my jewelry store stop! Win win!!!

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!Issue number one: my boyfriend bought me a promise ring for Christmas. A week later we brought it to get it resized. My finger was measured for the correct size. They suggested we get it engraved. We did it. Three days past the date they promised it would be ready we go and pick it up. It’s engraved but not resized. So it will be an additional two weeks until I get my ring back.Issue number two: bought my boyfriend his promise ring the original day we went to get my ring resized. Four weeks later “we can’t find your purchase in our system” excuse me???Eventually it was straightened out but we spent at least 45 minutes waiting.

Though we didnt buy today, there is a good chance we will come back. By far the worst experience ever. I purchased a special order wedding ring in August 2018, the salesperson said 6 to 8 weeks. I was willing to wait, afterall my partner of 10 years and I decided to finally tie the knot and we thought we could wait for our perfect ring set.6 weeks came and went, no call no ring. 8 weeks after the purchase date, I called the store and no one knew anything about my order. They promised the sales person would call us with an update but the call never came. Left several messages for the manager, kept getting the run around.I was told the ring was held up in customs, apparently it was coming from China?! Then, it was held up with the designer, and I was promised a call from the designer. Again, Seriously it was only a special ring size not a whole new design. The designer called and said, it always takes at least 3 months for a custom size. Our wedding came and went still no ring, fed up I called to cancel and magically 4 months later my ring was finally ready. I went to pick up my ring, and the manager had absolutely no compassion, said sorry but with a shrug and annoyed face. He said I cant change the past, I can only apologize. I dont need an apology, all I wanted was for someone to take responsibility for all the lies and time wated. After spending thousands of dollars, I still love my ring but hate the drama Zales put us through. Shame on you!

They can go to hell for all I care 6 years back I bought a engagement ring for my former fiance.They give me the hardest time returning it and treat me like a criminal acting like i was there to rob them or something. And asking me questions is none of their concern. If you going to get a jewelry for your loved ones they are the last people to go to.If youre asking why am I saying this now?I recently went back to that area and the same people still work there.Please be warned you do not want to do business with them.The staff and managers not helpful I repeat not helpful if anybody say otherwise they work for them theyre lying to you this is the worst place do business with.Take it from me they will treat you like a criminal when you get in their door of the store.

My fiancé got me my ring there, we left it for resizing almost a month ago and I still havent heard from them. I call the store and they phone seems to be disconnected. Seems like the only way to get in contact with them is by going there. Very upset!!!
