For those of us who’re gourmands looking to improve our culinary skills, or at least cook fine meals on a regular, Le Cruset can’t be beat. These pots, hell yes they’re expensive. They’re finely crafted in France and come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY which they have already honored on my older stuff once so far, replacing them with rand new pots at no cost to me. Last month, I went to Le Creuset to get something for my mom. But she think the wok was too heavy and wants me to return the wok. On the receipt it saids unused merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 45 days of purchase when accompanied by original receipt. So I came back this store and return it. The sales person Frank was not a friendly stuff. When I return my item to the store, he gave me some attitude and telling me that he is doing it for a favor. When I checked the return receipt and told him there is some mistake on the dollar amount that he returned. He took back the receipt and fixed it. I return the Round oven, wok and the spatula spoon but he only refund the oven and the wok. So I ask him politely that he didnt refund the spoon. When I checking the receipt he was kind of mad at me, he said cant you see I have customer waiting in line and Im busy? I told him that he forgot to refund the spoon. He said he will do it. Im not the one who keep making mistake to make the wait time long. I dont know why he is being very rude. I will not suggest this store. The stuff is not friendly.

We use to come here and buy alot from this location because it is close to us. We even get to know the manager Frank. However once he realized we also make purchases from other stores. He starts to give us a hard time. He is extremely moody. Apparently, he is quite known for his issue. When we call to look for a specific model and talk to several store rep, his name often came up. Now we rather make the drive to other stores than to deal with him.

I have called for the prices of some items few weeks ago. The store manager sounds really rude and impolite. He told me dont call again, because the item they dont carry. ( What do you mean Again? I just call one time and am asking if they have carry it or not? I wonder why customer can not asking for any question that they have? .......) I guess he may be misunderstood that I am someone else who call again! Well, I wont call him anymore, not even wanted to purchase anything from this store, because of his attitude.

Frank is just as rude, snobby, and condescending as every other review says he is. However, he is also the most knowledgeable Le Crueset salesman on this side of the Atlantic. He spent 15 minutes explaining the difference between the Chinese- made and Portuguese- made pans, as well as the Chinese pans with German coatings. I only spent $200 out-the-door for a French Oven with an MSRP of $370. Im not paying Frank to whisper sweet-nothings into my ear, Im paying him to sell me the best pot money can buy. If youre cooking your carbonade alla flamande in anything other than one of Franks French ovens, youre doing yourself a disservice.

Store manager Frank was very rude! As a fan of le creuset, i always buy their stuff when i travel around the world. Frank is the worst staff ever!1)He asked me what items im looking for , i replied him i wanna look around first. The he criticized me that i didnt tell me what i want. He is ridiculous. I was here to find good deals rather than a particular item.2)Since i dont live here, i have to check the items, Frank was very impatient and said normally guests wont check every items.3)I requested another staff to help me get the items, but frank insisted since i am the manager i will help u, i dont know whats wrong with my service.He made me feel im not welcomed , i wont visit this store again.
