I love this store. it has improved a lot the last couple of years. Customer Service was great. I was greeted as i walked in. i went in a couple weeks ago on a busy Wednesday evening day and yet the girls were very calm, fast, and in a very cheerful mood. They answered my questions to the best of their Knowledge. Guided me through my Purchase and even took time to help me set all my accounts back up. i did over hear there was an issue with a payment but the girl went an extra mile and helped couple make payment through their phone. 100% will come back and recommend this store.

Horrible service went in to buy a new phone for my dad and I didnt realize they charged me for a phone case that I didnt request I thought the case was free with phone purchase since some stores do that, called back after I got home to ask why they charge me for a case I didnt request and they said it comes included with the phone, but no where in the store do they have a sign posted letting customers know that in order to get a phone you MUST purchase an accessory and she still laughed over the phone saying I wasnt able to get a refund!!! Ridiculous her name was Cecilia.. and shes the so called store manager

I went in yesterday and purchased new service. I got a free phone with great service and was in and out in about 25 minutes. Maybe less. The supervisor (forgot her name) was extremely efficient and went the extra mile for me. Thanks Metro PCS-Commerce. I am impressed!

Do not come here they were extremely rude to my parents when they went to activate a phone for me. Just avoid this store over all. I wouldnt even do my payment here.

I went yesterday to switch over to Metro PCS. The young man who helped me tried to slam my transaction. I was planning to get 4x100. Plus activation and taxes. I was expecting to spebd about $260. When I asked how much it would be. The young man told about $560. He said I had to buy the sim cards $20 EACH. Plus activation, plus $180 in taxes plus $200 in accessories that the owner wants for transaction. Otherwise they will not give the promotion. What kind of legal business is this? I drove about 1 mile away. I went to Metro pcs corporate. Same transaction, 3 iphones one stylo 4. $160 out of the door. Do I need to say more??

Horrible store. Charged me $80 for accessories I did not need or want without me realizing. After I went back and talked to the manager he refused to give me a refund.

The girls their are cute and friendly, will definitely come back and will highly recommend this metro pcs

Says they open at 9am, Im standing at the door now and its closed! Its already 9am and no signs of anyone!!!

They are very slow it took 1 hour to attend me even though there were few people dont recommend this place if your in a hury.

Whatever there is, if there is a lot of respect and kindness, they help you 100%, they tell you that it is the best thing for you so that you do not pay a lot and have the best all very kind and very professional. I really congratulate you. Thank you
