Called on a used vehicle, and made plans to go see it today. There was the requisite back and forth, but light on traditional car buying games. Jeanelle came by and offered us water, and I met Daniel who was working the deal desk. He made a good offer on my trade, and we made the deal. When we got back to finance, we were done within 5 minutes. This was an amazingly easy deal, and truly friendly people. I have confidence that I’ll be heading back here for my next vehicle, when that time comes. As an aside, to show you the character of these folks, a fellow walked into the dealership because his car had a flat around the block. Randy got out his jack from his personal vehicle (never used!) and lent it to this stranger to see it could help the stranger get his tire swapped. Amazing! Do yourself a favor and check them out!

I had great customer service from Gabe! He and Armando helped to get me into a nice truck with low mileage, and made it quick and easy. I did not feel pressured, as I have with many other lots. Gabe even came in on a scheduled day off to make sure some minor defects were resolved. Very pleased with the service here.

Stay away from this dealership! They lure you in with deceptive fliers, and even when you call the number they tell you youre a guaranteed winner, but when you get there they have to explain to you what the wording on the flier actually means, and it definitely means something other than what you initially read. How can they expect to sell more vehicles using deceptive methods when these methods only produce more hate toward car dealerships like this one??????

Great customer service, friendly people go above and beyond! While performing a routine oil change the mechanic found twine rapped around my cv axle that would have caused damage if not removed. He took the time to remove it, inspect the axle for damage and let me know what he found. I had a problem with my rear wiper casing that was scratching my windshield. Ricky looked at it and was able to sand the outer cover to where it appears not to be rubbing the rear window anymore. Thank you so much for all your help! I think that solved the problem so I didnt have to buy a new wiper housing. The Service staff is always pleasant and helpful. JanetUPDATE: 4/1/21 I went to the dealership Service Dept again and Ricky tried to loosen the broken antenna piece but after working with it quite a while it wouldnt budge so he sent me to their Body Shop. Mike looked at it and sent his repairman, Jason, out to see if he could help. He was able to drill it, then used an easy out tool and was able to get the broken piece of antenna out of the base without my having to have anything replaced. I am so thankful! Of all the people Ive talked to over the last year or so they were the only ones that were even willing to try! Im waiting on the new antenna and will find out next week if it will work. The Service Dept and Body Shop personnel at the Commerce dealership are very caring and such a blessing. Thank you so much Lord for people that still care about their customers and try to go the extra mile and help however they can.

Traded in my car to this location in 2020. Im not from Texas and dont know all the laws regarding car registration so this may be a little bit my fault, but I did not remove my plates from the car and didnt know I needed to. They did not remove my plates and sold this car with my plates still on them and Im getting bills from New Jersey and New York tollways. You would think a dealership would be responsible enough to remove the plates before they do anything with a car that theyve taken in as a trade in, or at least inform an uneducated buyer that they need to do so. I will not be paying these tolls and I kind of hope the car gets impounded in whatever state its in now, it wont be my problem. I will not be using this dealership for any further business.

I had purchased a 2020 Silverado but it was too high from the ground for my wife to get into at 75 yrs old so I had to return it and trade it back to the dealer for a 2021 Equinox and she can now get into it with ease and even drive it herself. We managed to get the costs down to afford it more reasonably and the dealer did a great job of taking care of all the details. Thanks guys

Stay away from this dealership. If you do buy a vehicle from them make sure you check the vin # yourself for any previous damage. They will not be honest with you. Then when you call them to discuss their dishonesty they say we will have Mike call you back. That call never happens... They will say and do anything to get a sale.

I hands down would not hesitate to buy from them again. I worked with Doug to purchase a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, he was quick, knowledgeable, fair with pricing and extremely understanding. Any questions or requests i had were address and taken care of. I can be very demanding with needing all the details and he came through!
