I can highly recommend RMP. Our building was faced with the total failure and rebuild of our back-up generator. Only the OEM was willing to provide a quote for the repair and it was expensive. Other shops were reluctant to take on such a project. We were fortunate when RMP contacted us when they learned of our situation. They diagnosed the problem promptly at no charge and provided a quote that was significantly less expensive. A key saving was in the rigging. The other quote included a third-party rigger to remove the damaged engine at a cost of several $000. RMP’s technicians were able to do the removal and reinstall themselves. The rebuild was completed within a couple of days of receipt of the key parts, started up, load tested and on budget. We enjoyed dealing with Matt and Brandy Ayriss and the highly experienced team that handled the installation. We have selected RMP to maintain our unit going forward.

We experienced a catastrophic engine failure on our Cummins backup generator engine at our condominium mid-rise in Denver. We had to order a new engine block from Cummins, which arrived from India. We were given a quote by Cummins to repair the engine and the other components. We luckily happened upon Rocky Mountain Powertrain, and because they have a full machine shop and they specialize in rebuilds, they were able to use new engine block and get our generator back up and running for HALF the cost quoted to us by Cummins. Matt & Brandy Ayriss and the others on the team were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely reliable, which is something that was sorely lacking from Cummins. We will now use Rocky Mountain Powertrain to service, inspect, and maintain our generator in the future. I highly recommend this company.Laura Genovese, General Manager/Executive Concierge

This place is the real deal. They service our Big Lady a 1996 International Box Truck. It is critical that she stays reliable and the guys at Rocky Mountain Power Train make that happen with no stress. Great people to work with!
