This is the absolute worst company I have ever done business with. I started using ImageFirst after COVID. I simply had them bring lab coats and scrubs to our office weekly. Literally, 50% of the time my scrubs were never laundered or delivered on a weekly basis. Our business relationship ended when for 4 straight weeks no scrubs were delivered.Apparently, the financial department was never notified that I had terminated our contract due to ImageFirst not executing their end of the agreement. They continued to bill my credit card.Save yourself time, frustration and money. Use another company for your professional laundry needs!

1st sets of sheets were stiff and badly wrinkled. Mike D whose name is on the invoices, I told him about the sheets and he said he would give me credit. That was over months ago. Ive called him and left messages recently, I had a family emergency and called to not deliver the following week. I came back and sheets were delivered as well as sitting in the common area for a week. Ive notified Mike to stop sending red bags, for some reason, 3 red bags are delivered every week! Quite a bit of sheets are smaller than normal and I have some that have large tears in them. Not being able up get ahold of anyone, Im not able to get any credit or satisfactory service.I am and will be discontinuing my business with this company. I highly discourage anyone to use them.

Our medical facility has been a very satisfied customer of Hamilton Linen for at least 10 years. Image First bought and took over operations of Hamilton Linen. Immediately the quality of the linen provided declined. The employee scrubs and patient gowns are so wrinkled and dingy that they are unwearable - they cause our staff to look unprofessional and sloppy. The patient gowns do no instill patient confidence in our medical care and service. The Branch Manager indicates that they are working to fix the problem. If not resolved by end of week, we will be looking for another linen service.

This company took over for Hamilton Linen 2 months ago and I am really disappointed. They cant seem to get the counts correct, they keep switching account representatives and their billing is way more than I have ever paid. I am in the process of looking for another company.

I work for a small plastic surgery office in town and these guys are just awesome! We had to change our pick up and drop off schedule several times and they were always so accommodating. Matt, who does our pick ups and drop offs, is always so pleasant when he comes in! John is always quick to respond to any email I send, dealing with any issues in a polite and professional manner. Highly recommend this company!

Yeah it would be cool if someone could call you back I called twice in a week and havent heard from anyone. This after being recommended to your service...
