I had originally posted a negative review with this company because of a number of issues I was having with a reconditioned hot pressure washer I purchased from them. They were good about coming to my business and doing the repairs.But I feel there was a misunderstanding of what I was led to believe had been done to the unit, and when it seemed I was having yet another issue and not hearing back for quite a while about some questions, I posted the original review.The company was very willing to look at the unit again so I brought it to them to be checked out. It was found to be working at peak level and the service technician ran several tests on it while I watched. My concerns were unfounded and I admitted to them I was wrong in thinking it was continuing to have issues.It would be helpful however to get a reprinted or copied manual of this unit so that if something did come up I could look into it on my end before feeling I needed to call them. Hopefully this could be a new policy for sales of reconditioned units.This staff has come forth with integrity and professionalism and I highly recommend them for any pressure washing needs you may have!Jack

This unit runs circles around my old Hotsy unit. H2O set me up with a float tank with Cool Bypass Pump protection which no one else even offered to me.Thanks for helping me out guys!

I was so disappointed in this place. I visited a few months back and I was not impressed. I was waiting for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Ive been painting houses for a few years, and I finally need my machine serviced. I was very inquisitive as to how it ran and what parts it needed. After talking to an impatient parts guy for a few minutes, they got a service guy to answer some of my questions. I wish it had gone smoothly, but he glanced at my machine and said that all the parts were proprietary and they couldnt be found anywhere in the state. I went else where and was told that the AR pump on my machine was very common and they even had the kits to repair it in stock. I just did not like the way H2O made me feel insignificant. I know Im a small business owner, and might not spend thousands of dollars there, but it would be nice not to be talked down to the entire time. I hope they sort out the feeling that of get in get out there.

I own a repair shop here in Denver and have had H2O do a lot of work on a power washer. After 2 visits and about $2500.00 spent this year, my power washer started leaking and I was told that it was the internal seals on the pump that were leaking and even though they had previously replaced the pump, the seals in their pump only had a 3 month warranty. As a repair shop owner, I understand that when something is out of warranty, you cant do a lot about it. I also understand that when my parts suppliers wont stand up and cover a part that failed before it should have, I do, so that my customer doesnt have to pay for a repair that was just done. I didnt ask them to cover all the cost, all I asked for was for them to meet me in the middle. Their response was to suggest that I do the work myself and bring them the pump. I will be going to another company that stands behind their work to have the repairs done.

Horrible service department. I purchased a trailer mounted machine last spring. I had the hot water burner fail in November. I contacted the salesman and told him I wasnt going to bring in until the spring for a warranty repair because the machines typically sit during the winter. After dropping off the machine the service manager will not warranty the repair because I am 1 month out of the 1 year time period. I explained the conversation I had with my salesman and he didnt seem to care. I asked him for what the diagnosis fee was and told him to stop any repairs. I will take it to another vendor in Denver.

For years weve called upon H2O for service and sales of our Landa pressure washers. I called for service on 1 unit Thursday and Kevin B. was up first thing Friday morning, fixed our multiple problems, gave it some overdue TLC, had it running very well, and educated us on a few subtleties. 1 Trip, time well spent.

This company is terrible we bought a very expensive power washer that is less than a year old. We always had issues with the machine but the day the tech came they found absolutely nothing wrong, so we had an oil change done to the machine and they charged over $265 for that we found that to be so high but eventually it was paid, so the machine is broken and they wont come to fix it because we have to pre-pay for them to come???? THIS IS A WARRANTY ISSUE!!!!! and when we spoke to a Regional manager..he basically washed his hands and told me to speak to the owner of H20 Keith that he already relaid the message and nobody is calling us back but the worst part is that Mr Aaron Baker (the regional manager) told me that is not his fault that the machine broke down due to lack of maintenance of our part and that I should read my manual to see how often the oil change needed to be done. I would not recommend anybody buying a machine from this company that does not take care of his warranty issues.

My complaint is primarily with Landa! I had a 7 year old Home Depot 2600 psi pressure washer that I sold to purchase a Landa. First week I had the Landa the pump would take 5 minutes to build pressure, so I took it in under its warranty and was told I dont know how to hook up a hose. I had them show me the proper way to hook it up and they hooked it up like any normal person would! Then they started it and saw what I was talking about right in front of me. I was told that is normal..........???? Long story short I used it yesterday to clean out my livestock trailer and its pressure was very low and it dawned on me that I have had trouble with this thing every time I have used it since week 1. I have had it 5 years and used it about 5 times a year. In my opinion commercial grade equipment should be stronger and more reliable than box store equipment. I always purchase commercial grade, very expensive equipment for a reason but this is the first time Im going back to box store for a pressure washer. If I was purchasing today I would take a good look at Landas competition, I am done with them!

Ripped me off (price) . I like to support local businesses, but when they charge 110% mark up or charge me for the whole pump it makes me sick . I will not recommend this company

We have both bought equipment from H2o as well as have had equipment serviced by H2o we are repeat customers and love the personal service we get when we buy supplies from H2o I have never felt we are being up-sold in fact H2o has gone out of their way to save us money and that is why I will go back and gladly do business with them

They just want a sale dont care about end users need. Sold me the wrong equipment had to go to another dealership to get the right equipment.
