Promise 2x/week service as their standard but can barely manage 1. Customer service is quick to make promises and tell you “it’s marked urgent and on the schedule” and then nothing ever comes of it, not even a phone call.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Ever since they bought out s&b porta bowl. We have had nothing but problems. They just took a dumpster off of our work site with no explanation and no one has an answer. Absolutely ridiculous. Been over a week and a half now And no one has an answer and we still have no roll off. Great job keeping customers!!!!

I use these porta paddies a lot and the cleanest and best checked are the United...I have 14 near me but I go to theirs cause even through the vandalism and people having bad bathroom habits they are usually clean..stocked with paper and sanitizer... They have a few bad ones but they better then two other rival companies...I dont work for them just Honest observation from using all of them in my neighborhood...especially parks

I will NEVER use this company again for our annual event! We ordered 7 units to be delivered at 4 different locations. Despite my detailed, written instructions as well as maps of each location, the delivery driver called me for clarification but still proceeded to leave all 7 units in one location. The handwashing station we ordered had no water in it and the dumpster we ordered was never even delivered! Despite many phone calls, they didn’t even bother to call me back. I’m so sad that they acquired the local company we had been using for years, which was great. Looks like I’ll be hunting for a new, local company to support.

Do not clean on schedule and still get charged. We have provided out properties Gare code over 5 times and they use the excuse they dont have it for not cleaning. Awful.

I wish I would have read the reviews before selecting this service. I ordered the porta potty, it was never delivered. Now I have a huge event this weekend with no porta potty.

United Site Services is the most incompetent company Ive had the displeasure of doing business with. They never arrive as scheduled for services, deliveries or pickups. You have to call their call center several times for something to actually happen - Ive had to wait almost a month before a portalet was cleaned after calling daily for weeks. If I could give United Site Services zero stars, I would. Their accounting department is just as bad if not worse than their operations team. Invoices are usually incorrect billed for the wrong jobsite, and for the wrong type of service. They will make no efforts to revise and issue a correct invoice. Stay away from United Site Services if at all possible, but unfortunately, they have bought up most of the smaller companies and essentially have a monopoly on the Front Range.

Porta Potty NOT delivered! Having ordered a porta potty 2 wks ago, for Monday at 8am. It did not arrive. At 9am, noon, and 3p that day, I waited on hold, went through the phone tree, spoke to nice agents who told me someone would call me back and never did. They told me the unit was coming on Monday, then moved it to Tuesday. On Tuesday, when I called them again, I was told that a supervisor was on this and would respond -- no response -- I was told that this would be resolved within 30min-1 hr, no call back, no porta potty. I was later told that they had a partial ticket, not a full ticket on their end, but they were resolving this. I called again at noon and again at 3p, at which point I was told that I would have to start the ordering process all over again -- to which I said cancel my order, and they said theyd call me back to discuss, which of course, they never did. My construction workers were getting furious that they didnt have a porta potty. At 2p on Wed, a truck just showed up with a porta potty, no phone call, no explanation -- horrible. At that point, I had already arranged with ASAP Site Services to drop off a porta potty. Please DO NOT use United! ASAP Site services provided easy access to agents who did what they would say in a timely manner, and got back to me. Please save yourself the grief of United Services.

Where I work use this service and the bathrooms never clean them as they should be and mark that they went to clean them and do not always go, there are days that you can not even enter these bathrooms

Terrible pick up service. I have also dealt with one person who was misleading about covid regulations. Would recommend using any one else if at all possible.

Opened up our closed account with another person without our knowledge. They never called our office to verify the service. I started receiving invoices and (the corporate manager) had to call United Site to see what was going on. Customer Service are always friendly, but they have no responsibility or education. Im not paying for their services when I never authorized it.

If we could give this company a zero rating we would. Since they took over S & B the prices have more than doubled. The service is comparable to all other companies so if you have a choice, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Terrible customer service. I have had several instances where I called in service requests and no one ever showed up. When I called in again, I still had no one show up. If you call in a service request, there is a 50% chance it actually happens so plan for that.

When calling regarding the rental of a port a potty, the customer rep was very helpful in getting started. I was told that I would have to pay the amount on the day I received it, but when I called to have them pick it up 5 months later, they charged me an extra months rental even though I called approximately 2 weeks prior to the due date and when I called their customer service, they told me that its not the way they work and that they charge every 26th even though I wasnt told of this when in the first place. Never going to do business with them. One of the worst that Ive had to do business with. I will make sure to tell anyone to go with a different company instead of them.

If I could give negative stars I would.The service is horrendous.They constantly miss cleaning days .Their Customer service reps are horrible and provide zero help too many times they say they will call right back.They never do and when you call back they say they have no record.Accounts payable are inept

Disorganized, dishonest and corporate words I’d use to describe this place. 4 years ago they made a mistake but charged our company anyways. After calling, they acknowledged the mistake and assured us it would be corrected. Over the years the invoice would get resent to us and we would call, explain and be told the same thing that it would be corrected. Here we are 4 years later and yet again talking to someone new and getting the same run around. 4 years, the loss of us a customer, now a legal fight and a bad review all over $90. Class act place. The sad thing is this company came into the area only a few years ago and started low balling the honest and repeatable companies only to do business like this. There are other options in the area that don’t have 1-800 numbers and have employees who care.

In Denver area, they don’t service units correctly. They left contaminated fluids, and didn’t add any chemicals. Also forgot TP. Calling to complain takes a millennium. I know this because I’ve had to do it three weeks out of the last six weeks.

We got married at a venue where we had to bring everything in. We called Brett Angell at United Site Services to help us figure out how many port-o-lets we would need with our guest count and list of festivities. He was extremely knowledgable and very helpful in all accounts. It was very easy and stress free. Everything was dropped off and picked up on time and without hassle. Thank you very much to United Site Services and Brett for helping out! We really appreciated it!

I’ll never use these guys again. They are a nightmare to deal with. I couldn’t even get a call back from dispatch to get an ETA on when they would be on site.

Reliable and friendly staff. They will always get the job done.
