Great friendly service. An awesome selection of new and slightly used equipment. John Deere amd Hitachi heavy equipment available. Parts department is well informed, friendly, and helpful. Like a toy store for grown ups to wants to get major work done and the biggest strongest tools available to man.
Regular customer we deliver equipment to. Theyre remodeling their office areas in this facility currently which creates a bit of confusion, but theyre always good people to deal with and we come here often bringing in new equipment.
SERVICE DEPT. IS HORRIBLE.!!!RAN OUR CREDIT CARD WITH OUT SEEING A BILL OR DETAILS! WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION!TOOK 6 WEEKS TO GET OUR MACHINE BACK FROM NORMAL SERVICE.BROUGHT IN MACHINE GOT IT BACK DID NOT BACK UP! WARRANTY WE BOUGHT JUST HAPPENED TO COVER NOTHING THAT WENT WRONG! REFUSED TO PAY BILL DUE HYDRAULIC SEAL GOING WITH UNDER 700 HOURS. WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY . I THEN BECAME A CASH ONLY CUSTOMER. NO ONE WOULD EXPLAIN WHY THIS WAS NOT COVERED . IVE BOUGHT THREE MACHINES, SOLD TWO, NOW GOING TO SELL THE THIRD...SALES DEPT. IS GREAT BUT WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER MACHINE AGAIN FROM HONNEN. IF YOU CANT SERVICE THE MACHINE AFTER PURCHASE ... YOU SHOULDNT SELL THE MACHINE! FUNNY HOW MOST OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FROM EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT.
