Only 3 lanes open, Self checkout closed. Lines stretched 20 people back. Also, I understand stocking over night but really could have done a better job than this to allow customers to still shop. I’ve been to Walmart’s that execute better.

Ole Sam is rolling in his grave as his managers cut labor so much there is literally 2 check out lanes and closes the self checkout leaving seriously75 customers hanging in a virtual matrix of yoga pants wearing, why did i agree to have 5 kids, I shouldnt of wore white stretchy pants after chocking down discount stale gas station sushi. Avoid this wal-mart at all costs until the manager there gets fired. She refused to honor a price that came up when the item was scanned. I filed a complaint with customer service and they have no policy stating a product can be refused to sell if on the shelf.

None of the self checkouts accept cash anymore. The only signs are directly on the machines theres no signs to let you know before you get in line. Last time I was there I had an armful of stuff waited in a long line then had to wait in a longer line behind people with 20 plus items that ended up going slower than all the rest of the lanes. This time I had four items and still had to wait in a regular Lane because I wanted to pay cash. At least they could put up a sign before you get in line letting you know they dont accept cash anymore at the self checkouts permanently.

I swear we go here everyday, that the people who greet us at the door already know us lol.. I mean Walmart is Walmart right..But the thing I would suggest is on the self check-out is to put an adult there because there is always young people working in that area and theres times that we need help but they always say they need to call someone else for back up...

Merchandise options and pricing, not awful but not great, i like going when the older gentle is there. With the long white beard. Hes always jolly. No matter what store department he has help me in, such a pleasure to have customer service with a smile, and knowledgeable, 🙂This gentle man and online ordering pick up or deliver, is my reason i did 4 stars, Other wise i would had done 2 stars⭐⭐ in store Check out is no thrill, only 2 lanes open.You ask for help, it takes a long time, and when they do show up lack of knowlege, i have also notice pricing is moved and sometimes is not even the item where is placed. im starting to read all the price labels, so im not over spending on things. Becase i calculate wrong price when i add it to my cart, I like to keep a budget.On the other hand, 😊online ordering and home delivery or pick up customer service is better for me. Always on time, helpful, good interaction. Have my items, right price. And no waiting to long.

Very clean and friendly staff 🤘 From door greeter to check out. How🤔 is it that when I go shopping with a limit, I am very careful and watch what goes into my cart and go to self check out to watch my limit 🤭 but my man goes with me this time and I let him do the food shopping.. with same limit yet... Walk thru putting whatever (good choices tho) and get to checkout and go merely $10 over🙄

Congrats to whoever had the bright idea to shut the doors closest to where everybody parks when it rains. But leaving the doors farthest from where people park open so everyone has to walk in the rain. Now I see why you cant get a union, you cant even figure out how doors work.

BEWARE...Checkout clerk tried to steal a shirt I had paid for. Told Mgr Chris who did nothing. He never questioned her. This store is poorly run. I was told he charges people to stay there parked overnight in their cars/RV. This situation needs to be investigated by Upper management. He was in the back parking lot IMO soliciting vehicles by knocking on their window. One person appeared to hand him money. He went to another vehicle and they left the lot.

Always good interactions with the delivery and or pick up customer service representative. Always on time when delivering to my home and very helpful with shopping for the items I ordered.

Clothing in Womens wear is a shopping nightmare. I buy. Cotton knit pants and women workers do not know what they are doing. Now I have to go there to return. Best deli but fried potatoes full of hard pieces you have to to toss. My kids had bigger pile of inedible fries than edibleFix this, Commerce City.

Went to develop pictures and NONE of the qiosks worked! Had to download the app in order to upload pictures. Was there an hour longer than planned.

Store is always clean, staffed, friendly, stocked and fast to get in and out of. Wish the location on Tower could do an 1/8th as good of a job as this one… seriously? Gotta drove to Commerce City to get to a decent Super Center that’s not 40 min away. Thank you Commerce City!

I go to this Walmart allot because of how close it is to my house lately the customer service has been trash the way they treat people, talk to people, and dont get me started on the fact that there is never an open line i have decided that if I should have to go to Walmart it will not be this one anymore do better please people shouldnt feel mistreated or upset when they leave your establishment

Awesome workers. Vision Centerw/Carmen closed at 6:30 instead of 8 pm no sign no warning called them about it they called me back and were super helpful and friendly and said theyd be there to adjust glasses and rectified it so Ill be back cool.

Store will not honor the price as shown on their own app, which even had the item location listed. Was told that I will have to order online to receive the advertised price. How dumb is this? Yes, lets order online, waste someones time to get the item (that I already have in my hand) and then I can receive the correct price.

Its okay. Not awful but not fantastic. The worst part was finding damaged food on the shelves as if the person stocking hadnt noticed the damage. (Opened meat packages, melted ice cream, crushed packages slightly opened)

Walmart is a good place to shop, if you need anything they most likely have it, everything is inexpensive but what do you expect from a place that has clothes, toys, bikes, groceries, and just every day items, but overall a good place to shop if you need anything or you need a snack or food.

My experience as long as I’ve been going to Walmart no one is ever nice, no one ever smiles, no one ever speaks, employees, Managers don’t communicate with each other like they need too especially when they are ALWAYS SHORT ON STAFF, nobody knows anything when you ask a simple question smh. I was in the sports goods section for 35 mins, I wanted to buy a Electric scooter for work and I couldn’t get no help with that, I also press the button for assistance more than once and no one showed up. I did buy a flash light and pepper stray but it’s not the one I ask for but it’s cool though. Walmarts in general needs BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALSO PEOPLE THAT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB AND CUSTOMERS AS WELL and not come too work just for a pay check but this shows me that people who own Walmart don’t care about there customers but you wanna advertise that you do care for the customer and how your here for us smh. Everybody isn’t ment to be around people and you can tell by that. Actions speak louder than words so Walmart need too practice what they Preach especially when we talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE because what I’ve seen Walmart doesn’t practice that so Walmart customer service means nothing to me. The workers are so unprofessional They will cut you off in line will not say excuse me if they ring you up the cashiers they do not speak even if you say Hi they dont say nothing back like they dont like their job. Customer service is closed so you have to go to a checkout and sit in in a long line I would not recommend going here.

Dont go hungry there deli and baked goods at the door are a steal.like rotisserie chickens and chicken wings tenders and fresh loaves of bread. Inexpensive a steal.

Some employees here are helpful and polite but not everyone. This isnt the first incident with Michael but this man shouldnt be at the register cashing people if he doesnt have the skills for it. He was wearing wrap around headphones and completely ignored me while cashing out. He didnt give me a total, he didnt even bag everything for me he just stood there giving me the creepiest look and smirk on his face. When I asked him to help me get someone to help load the 50lb dog food into my car he answered very rude and in a sarcastic tone saying he couldnt and that he was really busy with a line of people. I asked if he could use the line to just call for help and he got even more rude making the rest of the people in line uncomfortable and I even had an elderly woman help load my things into the cart and man offer to load the food into my car. Michael is not trained enough to be in customer care. Im pregnant and kindly asked for help, he made me feel really uncomfortable.

Im a truck driver, I wanted to buy a few items and they will not let you park. So attention all truckers, campers, and RVs, stay away from this walmart at all cost.

Yesterday I came in and you tell corporate was in the building! I say this because they actually had a full staff and more then the usual 3 lanes open. And so many people to help out in the actual store….. then today was completely opposite! I only had to come back to pick up my pictures from the day before, and they couldn’t even find them! It took 30 mins to get them not including the time it took to find someone to help! I asked 3 employees to send someone to photo area. Then they couldn’t even check me out in that area, electronics, or jewelry because supposedly computers were down but I feel it was due to no staff .

Ordered an outdoor patio set. Freight company was horrid. They didn’t show up the day of delivery. You can’t get through on their phone. They don’t call or email or text that they weren’t coming! I cancelled the order! They show up a week later and dump the whole box on the driveway. Again no call or text or doorbell ring NOTHING. The box was totally destroyed. I’m sure it’s all busted bent and/ or broken. I will never shop from Walmart for anything ever again!! Freight company denied everything😡

Went in looking for a charger for the phone was able to get decent quality help from their electronics department was patient and helpful

This store has a small selection of a great variety of products. I found what I needed and Im quite satisfied by the quality of the product I purchased here.

I found a wallet and tried to get ahold of the operator to let her know in case the person called looking for it. I was on hold for almost 15 minutes and even had to call back. No one seemed to care about this. No one seemed to care about this persons property nor did anyone ever pick up the phone. The operator was completely rude acting like I was the one being annoying when all I did was find a wallet and tried to turn it in. Ridiculous. I really hope that person was able to go back to the store and retrieve their property but no one at that store seemed to care. Its not the operator and not the cashier. Hopefully they never lose anything and get treated the same way. Obviously no sense of urgency when a wallet has been found and turned in

As per usual for a post covid grocery store, there are very few check-out lanes and the self check out is card only. The cashiers are well trained and quick, as well as very friendly.

There were RVs, Trucks, and cars parking overnight. More people will be living in cars on parking lots like this in the near future.

I placed an order in the photo department they said my order will be done within an hour I called to see if it was ready I never received a text an email customer service does not even answer the phones I do not recommend to get your pictures done at this Walmart it’s best at WalgreensThey do not have enough cashiers open the people are real slow at checking out people they need to do a better job not even the manager is even there half of the time

I like this Walmart. The way they display items, and the way they advertise is right in your face. Their fresh produce always looks ready to eat. When you first walk in it smells good and on top of there cleanliness all the employees actually have customer service. Im just saying from my opinion this Walmart definitely knows how to model for the rest of its branches. One of my favorite locations hands down.

Hate that this is the closest Wal-Mart to me. Never any carts at the door, long lines, rude staff... Its a nightmare every time I have to go in here. Its gotten so bad that I just go spend more money at King Soopers to avoid the headache.

This Walmart NEVER has enough cashiers! Today I ran in for 3 items & the self check was stupid full! There was only 2 other regular lanes open & both lines were ridiculous! I stood in the self check & there was @ least 12 people ahead of me. So frustrating

The associates are very helpful, and understanding, even the pharmacy associates are kind.

I recently had had surgery on my foot and needed an electric chair to do some shopping and get my prescriptions at the Walmart pharmacy. I was on one able to pick up my prescriptions since I an ID was required. None of the associates would help me look for a mobile cart that I could use to go to the store they wanted me to walk from one entrance to the other looking for one or out in the parking lot. They also told me when I did locate two at one entrance that both of them were broke but yet they were plugged in. So according to them out of the eight electric cards that they have for disabled people none of them were available or working. So then I made it to the pharmacy and extreme pain probably causing damage to the surgery to my foot I already had. Got to the checkout stand self-checkout and the registrar was on was not working even though it was open the associate wanted me to take the receipt for the items I had scanned and stand in line at another cashier to pay for the items which meant walking back to the store and then standing a line out of the two aisles they only had open for all the customers in the store. The customer service at this store has a lot to be desired because if I was completely disabled I would not been able to shop in their store I think its a shame that they are too lazy or cant take the time to make sure that they let the cards work because of all of them are broke they should be having them serviced if damage is done to my leg I will be turning in the cost of the damages my medical cost to Walmart for them to cover it

This is the worst Walmart! They never have carts in store and no one seems to care I have left 3 times because of this! They have so many young people standing around joking instead of sending them to go get carts! People here are so rude and give you attitude when asking a question not to mention that their shelves are always empty! I would think that they would have it together!!!

My husband was with our son an ran in for a few things and a plastic bin with wheels for our kids toys right be for closing he was followed around and asked 3 times by different employees to open the container befor he even made it to the register if it was me id be mad after the first time what msg is that sending my kid i understand you trying to prevent theft or be safe but it could be handled a better way.

I try to avoid this location at night when its closer to the closing time as they will have 2 lanes open and no self check out so the lines are extremely long and more slow.

They have a great Mexican candy display up front. They were out of sparkling water and didnt sell any canned water though :/

This Walmart is a trip, it seems to me like nothing but little kids work at this location. With that said everyone seems to be doing nothing ( Walmart employees) the shelf are always empty, the greeters always have a frown on their face, to me it puts off a negative vibe. I dont like Walmart as it is, if i had other choices at 930pm is much rather use them but where i live its the only place open when Im off work besides gas stations and kings Soopers.

Walmart is always a thin line in experience. Some trips are great and others meh.I will say this though, across the board it does not matter; you can be in the same isle as Walmart employee very clearly needing assistance and more often than not the employee will ignore you, cop an attitude or jus completely walk the other direction.

They need to do better on their customer service the customer service is very poor and I feel that they need to be it needs to be better than what it is they need to have two employees working in customer service I think they need a better their service as far as concerned
