Drove to this location from central city to deal with an issue that was created when we first started our account with att. 2 months later after receiving a 2500 bill i drove th my closest location in golden, got told i needed to drive to the location i started my account. Drove another 35 min to commerce city just to see the location is now closed! So frustrating to be getting the run around from everyone working for att.

Make sure the manager is working, otherwise the woman working will be calling to ask the manager questions every few minutes. I understand being new to a job, but if i go out of my way to get somewhere I expect the person to generally know what they are doing.Also, if the manager offers to get an item for you from another store that has an item in stock... Be wary. I went in the day he said hed have it.. Didnt have it. Said he would have it a few days later, didnt have it. Finally got it the day after that. Overall, it may take several days for you to finally receive the item.And if its a phone case they offered to get for you, for a brand new phone, dont make the same mistake I did or you might drop and crack your phone without it being protected! Very disappointed at the lack of proficiency at the job and professionalism. If you say you are going to do something, do it in a timely manner! And be knowledgable about claims if someone comes in about an issue. Ugh. Exhausting.

Hello; we traveled to this particular store hoping to find better customer care then we did at Prairie Center (we found out that particular store is not a dedicated AT&T store-be careful- make the drive to this store)!!!!The manager Ryan was knowledgeable & very helpful and willing to spend the quality time needed to make the switch from our previous carrier (20+ years).He even helped in transferring our information & made sure that all contacts/email & apps made the transition. He also spent time installing cases & screen savers to each phone. Even though it was a 30 month contract we felt comfortable in switching our Loyalties to AT&T! So far everything is going well! Thank You Ryan for your efforts!

I went in today to upgrade my phone and had the pleasure of working with Ryan. He answered all my questions, got me all set up, and assured me on everything I needed to accomplish. The store was clean and he wore a mask the whole time. I even called back twice to ask questions and he answered them without making me feel like I was ridiculous. So happy this it the store I went to and get to continue dealing with!!

Great customer service on Saturdays. Michael went top shelve above and beyond with his customer service. Seen him a few times and hes definitely the one to go to if youre looking to handle some biz. Fast, knowledgeable, courteous and all around awesome! Appreciate said customer service that is seldom found these days.

Every time I come into this store they shatter my expectations. Regarless of the reason for my visit they are attentive and thorough throughout the visit. There are stores closer to me, but I gladly commute to this store because of the friendly staff. Keep up the good work.

Worst customer service i have experienced in a long time. I purchased a charger there a month ago. It stopped working. I tried to return it but their policy is 14 days. The lady was incredibly rude. She didn’t explain anything and was short and snotty with me.So i drove to the store at prairie center and had a completely different experience. They helped me submit a request for a replacement. They were great at explaining the policy and helping me resolve my issue.I will never go to the one off chambers again. The lady working there was beyond rude to me and refused to help me.

Nicole (the manager) is useless and rude. Gabby is the only saving grace for this store. The system crashed in the middle of my upgrade and Nicole told me it wasnt her problem. Seemed to me like re-training in customer service is necessary.

I walked into the store today for service for my SIM card to be replaced. AT&T corporate technical support recommended for the SIMs card to be replaced due to their experience with this particular manufacture of my phone.I explained to Annette Scholtz of this store location on what I have experiencing: not receiving text messages and not receiving audio rings when someone calls. Also, AT&T technical support was advised of an issue surrounding a carrier has disconnected your service message on my phone.Annette immediately stated that the issue is not with my SIM card but my phone. I reiterated to her that AT&T stated that they are aware of the issue and have been suggesting to customers that a replacement SIM card should work. I informed Annette that I have dual SIM cards. She asked if both are on the same network and I stated in the affirmative, but I asked myself why did she ask me such a rudimentary question.Based on her premature diagnosis or stating that the issue was my phone, (upselling opportunity?) I realized that I have to gear up for a possible confrontation as she appeared to be ignorant and displaying a bit of pomposity — like she knows it all! Typical millennium.She requested for my driver license and she stated it will need to be scanned. I told her that this is the first time and that I have never had my drivers license scanned before — that in the past, I provided the employee with my number and security access code, address, and date of birth. The other female employee overheard our conversation and said with an attitude that if other stores have not been scanning my driver license, that they are in violation of a rule. I asked what rule? She stated that it has been in effect and she quoted some mundane rule. She added that she worked for AT&T corporate office for 7 years. I replied, that I have had AT&T for 13 years (unknown to her, which I did not revealed, I use to work for AT&T as a telecom consultant and account executive before she ever learned how to tie her shoe strings and before the deregulation of AT&T -- I was tempted to say this, but I held my peace... I did not have the time with any melodrama; I just wanted to get in and get out).AT&T corporate customer technical support stated that the SIM card associated with my telephone number will need to be replaced. When I asked if there will be a charge, AT&T said their will not be any charge; however, Annette said that there will be a $5 charge. I said, “Bullshit! No!” and walked out. As I walked out of the store, I heard the other female employee started to laugh at me — again, typical adolescent reactions.I will recommend to everyone to avoid this place like the syphilis.

This location doesn’t have any top phones to show you, as well as never any you want in stock to purchase that day. I have been to the store a week before actually going in to buy it. Can’t show me the phone in the box until it is sold but doesn’t have one on display either. I’m so confused on how this store is still open out here. This location could have gotten a sale today with my upgrade I haven’t used in 4 years, I was gonna get some accessories too; oops your bad. They are never busy at this location. I had a Poor customer experience talking with the lady here; this same one I have spoken to before, leans on the phone counters almost falling over while talking to you distracting you from buying the phone or even asking questions. The woman told me that they get phones in stock at random (who says that?!) and as well as she couldn’t get one ordered for me and sent to the store to pick up. She tried to tell me I could get another phone and just keep buying more memory for media on the phone itself; because that’s what she does but couldn’t pull her phone out to show me. Customer experiences at the AT&T stores used to be so much more exciting, engaging, and intriguing. How does she still have a job? She didn’t ask a lot of questions I had to pull teeth to get her to talk to me. Hmm. I’m curious; So why are they still in the neighborhood? I’ve been an att customer for the last 30 years. Seems like the stores should close and we just use online technology.

Worst experience ever, I would do negative stars if possible. Tried to switch carriers to At&t and the service was horrible. The girl was even texting about me coming into the store. It wasnt even last minute. If you arent happy with your job QUIT!
