For deliveries, truck drivers ask the guy who answers the phone to make sure please load is good to deliver, sometimes loads are cancel and have problems

Worst location out of all the Americans.They just accused me of trying to return stolen materials because they didn’t lookup our account under our DBA.The kid who came outside said they wouldn’t take the returns because they searched the addresses and couldn’t find a purchase from any of their locations with those addresses.I asked him if he wanted our account number to look them up he said “Nah, that’s not going to change anything. The guys couldn’t find those addresses purchased at any of our locations.”You guys are a joke. I’m pretty sure you just didn’t want to start the forklift one last time on a Friday afternoon.
