Awesome place to get general tire and wheel stuff done. Used them a few times now and theyve always exceeded my expectations. Fast service while providing quality work. Brought in new rims and tires I ordered online, they had no issue mounting and balancing. Only con with Les Schwab in general is there tire prices are significantly higher than other places.

Zach saved mine and perhaps other lives. I came in because of a rattle when accelerating. Took it to a auto shop and they couldnt find anything. Brought it here and Zach found it to be my tires had a manufacturer defect causing tire separation, which could cause a blowout, the speeds I go could cause serious injury. About two weeks ago, came in with a flat. After a few minutes wait, I was told my tire couldn’t be patched and I would have to order one replacement ( apparently I had enough tread left as to not need a full set on my AWD). Placed the order, put down a thirty dollar deposit and was told the tire would be in the next day. I call the next day around closing to check-in. I was told my tire wasn’t in yet. “No one delivered it or went and picked it up. It would be in the next day“. Next day comes, no one calls me. I call again before closing, tire isn’t there. I pull the tire off my car and take it to a shop in old CC. Guess what, tired was patched by a guy who was an absolute joy to do business with. It holds air and is still going strong. Two weeks later, no one has called me from Les Schwab. They kept my deposit though but, I’m not stressing the money. My thing is, I was told something and given an expectation of delivery on a product and service. They failed the customer. Albeit to say, I’m never returning. I’m telling my friends and neighbors not to as well.

Worse and heartless.I was changing my oil with them for so long. On December 15th 2020 I came to them for oil change. After checking and giving them the key they tried to start the car and saw that the battery is dead. They refused to jump start the car for me. I never see people act like that. Maybe if I was white they would have helped me. Im so desappointed.

Wow what great service. Arrived when they opened had a tire that was flat & needed repair. I was in & out within 25 minutes. No charge complementary service to fix my flat. Eddie was super friendly & I appreciated how quickly my tire repair was.

This review is for an appointment I had in August so it is a little dated. I came in to this location because I had a nail in my tire. I called ahead to make sure that this store was able to work on my Tesla model 3 since I knew that there were some places that did not work on my vehicle, and was assured that they would be able to handle a nail in the tire. I also asked for a tire rotation because I knew I was overdue. When I got to the store everything was normal and they took my vehicle back and began working on it.The first time a team member came back they said that I had unusual wear on my tires and they would not be able to rotate them and they quoted me for 4 new tires on the spot. I began asking a question regarding the tires being rated for the extra load of my heavy electric vehicle and the team member cut me off and told me that the tires were rated to 51 (Im assuming PSI) and they would be fine. I was a little surprised by the cost of the tires, was not convinced that they were actually the correct tires for my vehicle, and I wanted to assess the tire wear myself before agreeing to buy a whole new set, so I declined the new tires.The second time that the team member came back he was visibly annoyed. He was very rude and stated that there was some foam in [my] tires that is ruining our machines and that he was unsure if they would even be able to fix my tire after they had it off my vehicle. I felt like he was saying that I intentionally was trying to break the machine and that I should have known better than to have them try and fix it. He then stated that I was no longer welcome to bring in my vehicle in the future for service. I was shocked and felt personally attacked at this point because I had done everything that I could think of beforehand to make sure that this location would be able to handle the unique aspects of my vehicle. Being accused of trying to break the machine and being told point blank that I was not welcome again was shockingly bad customer service. When I brought in my tire I was unaware of the specifics of the tire having a noise reduction layer but I assumed, since on the phone I was told they could work on the tire, the employees should have known if there were any issues since Les Schwab is a tire store.After getting home, with a fixed tire at least, I did some research on the tire quote I received and found that though the tires were the correct size for my vehicle, they were not rated for the extra weight of my car and were thus not compatible. Also, I found the same tires for $200 less, installed from tire rack. I will not be coming back to this location, or likely Les Schwab, in the future for any of my vehicles.

Keith and the team at Les Schwab were helpful, friendly and informative. They listened to my wants, made suggestions that fit my needs and got me exactly what I wanted. I would certainly reccomend them for your tire and wheel needs!

Not sure if I’ll come here anymore. Customer service has greatly declined over the few years this store has been here. They had my car in the shop for over an hour and a half to just swap out my regular tires to snow tires. My snow tires were already mounted. When I say in the shop I mean from the time the tire tech took the car from its parking spot. I watched the guy change my wheels holy hell he kept leaving my car every couple minutes to go take care of other customers. Hello how about you finish the job you started. I’ve watched about a dozen other employees still do their work while the guy doing my car just kept on leaving. Doesn’t even wear gloves just getting his dirty nasty hands all over my car inside and out. Finally finishes and then helps two other customers before giving me back my car.

Went in to schedule winter tire swap on company vehicle and ordered new wheels for my personal truck. Casey is great to work with, was all done in about 20 minutes or so. 9 am tomorrow for tire swap and Tuesday for new wheels. Easy peasy!!!

Ive been coming here for a few months, had decent service so far. Today was another story. Appointment at 2pm for an oil change, let them know that we had another appointment with the car at 4pm, 30 minutes away, so needed to be out of there by 330pm at the latest. Specifically said that if the car couldnt be done by 330, just let us know and wed bring it in another day. At 315 they assured it would be done by 330. Car wasnt done until almost 350, which meant we missed the other appointment at 4pm. They offered a half hearted apology, excuses, and nothing else. I understand that business gets crazy sometimes, and things take longer than expected. But the lack of communication, the flatly inaccurate communication, and the complete lack of any effort to make it right are inexcusable. Ill be taking my car elsewhere in the future, and Id encourage others to do the same.

We arrived from the airport and within five minutes blew a tire on our rental car. With wait times being over two hours just to get a car, we were terrified of being stranded for hours waiting on assistance. We called Les Schwab and even though it was five minutes to closing time, they agreed to help us. They had us fully patched and back on the road within 20 minutes with GREAT customer service! Cant thank you guys enough for taking care of us. As two Minnesotans, we know Minnesota Nice and youre it! ;)

Dont come here. Tires costed $600 with 60k mile warranty; which was reasonable enough. But then they found something wrong thatd cost $900 all together to fix and if I didnt, itd void my warranty they talked me into.........so if you enjoy being scammed, then this might be the place for you:)

Poor customer service, and over priced. Needed a new tire which they didn’t have in stock and would take over a week to get. Was told I may be able to get it online and get it sooner, which I did. Took the tire and rim back and they were going to charge $50 to mount 1 tire. Seems a little excessive for a 10 minute job. They also quoted me $470 for a refurbished rim, which I bought elsewhere for $215. Buyer beware, get price quote first.In all fairness the guy with the blonde hair was very helpful. The guy with the dark hair needs a little customer service training.

Customer service needs to improve. I had to take the car to another appointment 2 hours after the appointment I booked for an oil change, but was unable to make it to the next one because they had so many walk-ins during my appointment. I could tell that it was busy when I checked in so I let them know about the next appointment. I politely requested to be rescheduled if it would take longer than 45 minutes but was told that wouldn’t be necessary. After 45 minutes, I requested an update on when the car would be ready – 15 minutes later they informed me they would need another 20 minutes (it took longer). The entire appointment took nearly 2 hours, and although they apologized when I told them I missed my next appointment, I don’t think they realized that all I needed was honest progress reporting while I waited. Casey was the only one who didn’t seem to avoid me after I requested updates. The lobby was large but still not comfortable to wait in during a pandemic when other customers who were regularly coughing and removing their masks were allowed to stay inside. Won’t be back.

The service for tires was good, however when the new tires were put on there was 4 different psi in each tire rangeing from 40 to 32. The correct pressure was 33.

GREAT service. I had a slow leak that looked like side-wall rupture - was expecting a big replacement bill for 4 tires (BMW). They told me they could take me right away. I waited outside on the curb for about 15 minutes when the Manager came out and handed me my keys. NO CHARGE!! They patched my leak and inspected all tires. The dudes in the service bay would not accept a tip. IM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

Came in for the wheel alignment. Quick service and response, good job on that. The guy got us in made me feel like he was trying to hustle me. He quickly told us the price and rush me to sign on the screen, said that this is to allow Les Schwab to work on my car. However, we didnt see any service agreement. We came back to get the car and he brought a list of parts to replace which included the tie rod. It was rusted and needed to cut apart to be able to align, he said. The price jacked up to $200. Instead, we went to a different competitor auto care center which finished up aligning all 4 wheels without any extra charges.

Always bad attitude. I only go as I am forced by my company, I would rather use Christian bros across the street.They always make it a hassle, almost like your bothering them.

Outstanding. They take great care of us anytime we go in. Have had the brakes done on my car, and a complete set of wheels on my wifes car. Went in today with a nail puncture. Walked in without appointment and they had me out at no cost in under an hour even though they were busy. They are now our go to for tires and brakes!

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Took our blown out tire, explained to the tech that the spare was also bad and we just needed a used tire to get us going for a couple of days. Tech gave us a used tire that was just a little bigger. He recommend us not to drive it for a long period of time but will get us going and off the side of the road. Did I mention at NO CHARGE!!! We got a quote for all new 4 tires and the price was really good. You better believe definitely going to get my tires there. Best customer service for sure! Really genuine tire techs that care for the CUSTOMER not the sale! Thank you again!

Les Schwab employees provide exceptional customer service throughout the service interaction. They are a little on the high end for price, but they stand behind their work. I hvae had my tires, brakes and tire pressure monitoring system replaced here. Today I got a flat from a nail in the road while driving down highway 7 into brighton. Les schwab fixed the flat, put the repaired tire back on, and replaced my spare, all included as part of the cost for my tire purchase over a year ago.

Had a brake job done, unfortunately had to bring it back. Explained that the way brake went mush after a week. Nick checked out and explained how one of the washers did compress to form the seal needed. Replaced the necessary parts ,topped off the fluids and got me on my way. Always GREAT service!! So happy with my experience here. After coming back from the dealership and they told my my brakes were all at 1MM and wanted 700 to change just the pads. I came here they did a FREE inspection and only the rear needed done and I told them my dilemma on funds and they did all they could to get the brakes done under that. I can not express enough gratitude for their compassion and help with getting my car back on the road safely under my budget. Came with a three year warranty too so can’t beat that. Took our SUV in about 7 months ago for brake issues. They fixed the brakes but a few months ago the same problem showed up. Took the car back in and they said it was a problem with one of the parts (rotor I think.) They replaced everything free of charge and guaranteed the repair again. Brakes are working great and I will use them again and recommend them. They stand behind their repairs.

Brought our daughters car in and my husbands truck. We needed my daughters car aligned and brakes checked, the crew at Les Schwab took care of her car right away. Husbands truck needed new rims and tires. Alex found that the rack and pinion was loose and not attached. Alex fixed that problem and test fitted a wheel to see if we liked it. I have been loyal customer since I was 17 years old. (24 years beginning in Oregon before they finally establish in Colorado). I have always love Les Schwab for their excellence. They have always been very meticulous on any work on my cars. I never fail get the best service and my car come out in excellent shape after every repair. Sometime I face very costly repairing but with the professionalism they have offered to me worth every penny because I never get disappointed with the quality. They oftentimes take care of my car promptly when I am in need of help. They even provide roadside assistance if I ever get a flat tire with the tire I bought from Les Schwab during business hour. I will not look at other shop ever again, I did once go to Firestone not long ago because I had an emergency on Sunday but never again. Whenever my firestone tires is ready to retire I am going back to Les Schwab and get their best. Lesson learned.

Had a road trip to make and discovered I did not have a lug nut key to change a flat. Couldn’t find one in town to buy without special order. One of the techs not only rotated my tires for free but gave me his lug key. Wow that’s great service beyond!

Since they moved into my neighborhood I was hesitant about taking any of my vehicles somewhere other than Discount Tire. Took a chance and I will never look back. Customer Service and attention to detail along with care of wheels/tires/brakes is great. They even wash the inside of your rim :) While your there for new tires/service theyll check your alignment with a great laser guided machine and ensure your purchase stays true down the road. I was very impressed and this is coming from a guy with a creature of habit of not changing much. Worth checking out.

Super pleased. I took my car in this morning. Pulled up and a guy came running out. Got my car in right away. The alignment was shown to be messed up and they told me I needed to go to dealer due to the way my car is built. They looked at it for free and didnt sell me on anything. They gave me a print out and suggested I take that to dealer so I dont get ripped off with extras. I really appreciate how fast and nice they were. Nice business to have in our neighborhood.

I go to the Les Schwab in Commerce City for all my tire and brake needs and have never been disappointed. Today I popped in to get my tires rotated and they were kind enough to install a new light for my turn signal - all at no charge. Not only is the service excellent, but the people are friendly. Just moved to Reunion and was hoping this tire shop was going to be convenient... Not convenient what so ever, it really seems to be short staffed. So to start I own 4 vehicles and am very meticulous about my tires. I buy all my tires from here even bought my sister her tires from here. The first time I came to this location they needed my car for the full day just to do new tires, I dropped off in the am and wasnt able to pick up until 5:30... Not convenient. Second time I brought my sons car for a balance and rotation. 3hrs, not convenient. Now I am here for just 1 lug nut. JUST 1 I tell you. Over an hour wait... This is ridiculous les Schwab. Im a business owner my self and we thrive on customer service and the customer service here sucks, plain and simple. Four registers and not one person up front. The location in the highlands doesnt even give you a chance to get out of your car to greet you. Over here you have to find someone to help you. I do not recommend this place. Sorry for the long response but sitting here over an hour for 1 lug nut is ridiculous. I will not return to this location which really sucks because I am Less than a half of mile away from it.

I am from Missouri just visiting for a couple weeks. Last night I got a screw in my tire, when I brought my car in the met me in the parking lot, fixed my tire, made sure all my other tires had the proper air, filled my spare and for NO COST!!!! Amazing people! Super kind! I asked if I could give him if I could give him a tip he said no. Please build one of these in Springfield Missouri it would be the only place Ill go!!!! My son took his car in for alignment . Gave him the run around that their busy and bring it in the morning. Well Saturday their at 8 sharp first people. Called at 11 to find out whats going on. it will be done in 1 to 2 hours.get their at 1.30 car is out side.go inside they havent done anything. Very very up set will not go to this place again. Also they didnt come out to the car running like the commercials.

They arent kidding when they say doing the right thing since 1952. I generally feel like Im getting taken advantage of when visiting any sort of vehicle service center. I was worried of this going into it, but I have to say I dont need to be. They explain what all issues are with the vehicle. My service was wonderful!!

I think the biggest thing that sets Les Schwab from other companies is their service. Yesterday I stopped by for some windshield wipers and the guy who helped me out was incredibly helpful. He sold me what I needed and put them on my car before I left. Weve been fans of Les Schwab before we moved back to Colorado from the PNW.

I landed at DIA after a long Business trip to find a flat tire because of a nail. I was able to get to Les Schwab Tire and was greeted as I drove up and they took amazing care of me even though it was nearing closing time.
