$500 fee for an inspection if I havent been in there before or didnt buy the boat from you. Joke.I needed winterizing and shrink wrap. Not an overhaul.Greed.*edit*Nick,Please explain how a 140 point $500 dollar inspection has any value to someone looking for winterizing and shrink wrap?It allows you to make better service recommendations?If I dont pay you $500 can you keep your service recommendations to yourself and just preform the services I ask for?Can we see the mighty 140 point inspection list?

Joan was very nice and came thru for us with a brand new Bimini top for our G25 shipped to Houston on time and correct product. Her communication was outstanding.

Dont care about your business. We loved our Nautique boats and as a direct result of THIS dealership just switched and ordered a brand new Malibu instead. (Tommys is way better if you want to be treated with kindness and like someone actually wants your hard earned money)It started with small things like paying them to detail our boat while it was getting serviced at their dealership and the boat coming back not well detailed. We let it slide since theyre the only Nautique dealership.Then due to covid we had to sell our Nautique which was extremely difficult for us. They told us we could use the $6,000 of commission they took to sell it towards a new boat. We planned to order one when we were able. We contacted them a couple months ago to literally custom order a brand new $200,000 boat and they said it had been too long to apply the commission to the price (by a small threshold) and refused to make an exception or do anything to keep our business. Despite this we were still interested in ordering a new Nautique but they were dismissive and unresponsive. When we mentioned we were going to look at malibus their all around attitudes was that if we didnt order a boat from them someone else would.Id heard bad things about the dealership but you cant avoid them if you want or have a Nautique in Colorado. We tried Omaha and Salt Lake City because Action was so dismissive we were willing to drive that far to buy and service our boat just to avoid them but both dealerships said we HAD to go through Action since it was our local Nautique dealer.Our brand new Malibu M220 hit the lot this week and we couldnt be happier with the service and treatment weve received from the Malibu dealership. Pretty sad when youre spending $200,000 on something and you have to switch products just to get treated well by a dealership. Pretty mind blowing way to do business.

Our boat was stolen under their care. We took it in to get winterized and it was stolen. They have no cameras and didnt notice it was stolen for over a week. Would give them no stars.

STAY AWAY! Sketchy business practice. Charged my credit card twice, and apparently this is a common recurrence according to two different employees at the parts department!

While we have not taken delivery of our new G25 we just ordered...Nick, Logan, and his team were great to work with. Logan spent a whole day going through every inch of several models we were looking at buying. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of Nautique. When we decided to go with the G25, they took us out on one to lake test and go over everything again. So far, very please with the process and could not be happier we chose Action Watersports.

My first boat purchase (ChrisCraft) was a surprise for my husbands birthday last September. I cannot sing enough praises for Nick and his team! From the beginning, they were INCREDIBLE and went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me with the surprise middle-of-the-night delivery of our boat. And it was spit-shined and GORGEOUS, with a big red bow on it when we woke up in the morning! Amazing! But the OUTSTANDING service didnt stop there; it has continued from that point on. Being a novice I have a lot of questions and need a lot of hand-holding help with all involved in boat ownership and maintenance. The team at Action Water Sports has treated me with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE every time. They couldnt be more patient and understanding and continue to to ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and make my experience a POSITIVE one. I wont buy a boat or accessories anywhere else. Action Water Sports gets 100% of my business!

3 stars. 1. because they NEVER cover our boat after working on it. So frustrating. We just picked it up from being winterized and it was filthy with the cover rolled up in the boat. Not cool and not just a one-time occurrence. EVERY. TIME. Even when we ask. 2. We do feel they are good people and for most boat mechanics in CO do a decent job at knowing what they are doing. 3. However a few years ago we had our boat worked on by them when we had a weird electrical issue happening and it was an endless waste of money as they tried to fix it. Even resulting in us having to buy an entire new computer because they couldnt address the mystery electrical issue. Followed by a year later and they told us the new computer wouldnt read the hours on the boat. Cool. And of course no accountability. We will pursue an independent mechanic in the future as Im pretty sure all these guys really care about is new sales.

Awesome experience with everyone so far from Logan at the start to TJ showing us all the features of the boat. The entire staff has been very responsive to all questions and concerns. Will support this business in the future.

My husband and I just recently purchased a G23 from Action Water Sports and the process of doing so has been an absolute pleasure. My husband has been looking for a new boat specifically for surfing, and the guys definitely helped us find the exactly what was best for us. TJ took us out for demos of a couple different boats and was absolutely amazing. He has been incredibly informative and thorough, he is such a pleasure and his knowledge is extremely impressive. The experience of purchasing our boat would not have been as delightful if it were not for our time with TJ. I wouldn’t be nearly as confident towing my surfing husband if it weren’t for TJ and his awesome tricks and tips! As a female coming into a business by myself to look at boats to potentially purchase I could not have felt more un-comfortable! Ive liked Nautique as a brand but the management at this location acts like they could really care less about your business. Extremely odd to me!Conceited, smug, pompous, egotistical and snobbish are a few words I would use to describe my experience!FYI-If someone is coming in to look at boats in the $150,000 price range they can probably afford to purchase a boat anywhere.

Im a Colorado resident and grew up water skiing in this beautiful state. My family has probably owned over 20 different Nautiques over the years. I also competitively ski in all the Colorado water ski tournaments and go to Nationals every year to compete against the best skiers in the world. Guys like Nick at Action Watersports Colorado are why this sport is dying. He puts money and making a profit over helping promote and support Colorado water skiing. All he cares about is selling $150k plus wakeboard boats and supporting that part of the industry. I know a lot of people who have bought boats from AWC and they all say it was the worst experience ever. Im the Colorado Nautique PROMO ski boat representative and dealing with Nick has been nothing short of a nightmare (AWC doesnt participate in the program but they do help out with delivery and selling the PROMO boats). He doesnt answer or return calls and is too busy with whatever it is hes doing to care. Nick doesnt care about you or your feelings, all he cares about is your wallet and how to make the most profit. His customer service is nonexistent and honestly the worst Ive ever seen in my life. save yourself a lot of pain and suffering, buyer beware!

These guys are a joke of a company. I took my boat in for a detailing in the spring and after 3 weeks it still hadn’t been touched. I spoke to the friend that referred me, that also took in a boat for service and he said they took 2 months on his boat. I called and spoke to the owner Nick, and he told me that their detail guy, who was paid in weed, quit a month ago and they were looking for new people. Are you kidding me? Why didn’t they tell me they had no one to work on my boat? So I went to pick up my boat, and I kid you not, the entire area smelled of weed. I couldn’t get the marijuana smell out of my boat and off of my cover for a couple of months. I’m wondering how these guys could get any work done with that much skunk in the air – wow. I miss Great Lakes?! At least those guys had outstanding customer service. I won’t be going back. #boatsmellslikeweed

From scheduling to completion they do the best winterizations and oil changes. TJ started the process before it was unhitched from the truck due to a storm that was approaching. He had me back home and boat put away all in the same 4 hour window. Love my Nautique and the crew at Action Watersports. Best in the business!

They went above and beyond and customer service was exceptional. Matt, Nick, and TJ were amazing and very professional. They stayed after hours to try and get my boat done before I left for vacation. I would highly recommend them. They have gained a customer for life!

If you need anything boat / surf /ski / wake board you need to see the guys at Action Water Sports! I had a 2003 Moomba and these guys did not look down on my old boat and totally took care of me. TJ is awesome with the gear in the shop. I went in looking for a new wake board and surf board and TJ was super helpful and never tried to oversell and help me pick out the right gear for my crew. Nick is a really great guy has been very honest and helpful. So if you need gear, service or a new boat this is the place to go. It came time for me to get a new boat and didnt even look anywhere else but Action Water Sports! Thank you Nick and TJ and all your staff for being so good to me, my family and crew!

Purchased a Supra from the AZ store February 2016 boat finally arrived in May 2016. Sales staff was great, ownership is greedy and unprofessional! BUYERS BEWARE you will get scammed! Skiers Choice Supra manufacturer has dropped them as a dealer, other manufactures indicated they wont do business with them ever again. Its only a matter of time before theyre out of business! DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF DOING BUSINESS HERE!

Action Watersports is my favorite boat dealership in Colorado. I have had nothing but good experiences with the people there and the customer service. T.j. Fushimi, one of their employees, is one of the nicest kids youll ever meet. If you walk into the store he will welcome you in like family and be eager to help find what you need. The Action Water Sports guys have been amazing to work with. I have now purchased three boats through their operation and I couldn’t be happier. Nick has always been straightforward with me and given me a fair and honest deal on both buying and selling my boats. TJ and Matt are extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all things boat. They helped me with my boat lift at my house when it wasn’t working and got my stereo installed and tuned up on my boat last year so well that after one day of use my HOA asked me to turn off my tower speakers for the season. Total waste of money but the stereo rocked for that day! My boats are always serviced on time as well. Such a treat when all I want to be is on the water. I get a new Nautique every year and I won’t be buying my boats from anywhere else. Thanks guys.

Almost got run off the road by one of their trucks multiple times. The driver was weaving in and out of traffic and really endangering other cars around him. I will be calling the business to file a complaint as well as a complaint with the local police. This kind of safety is not acceptable
