Called Saturday for a windshield replacement, they got me in on Monday. Most reasonable price around, everyone I talked to was amazing and friendly. They went above and beyond by fixing the latches on my back glass that were busted at no extra charge. What an awesome surprise to get my truck back and the back glass that was duct taped in was cleaned and the latches were repaired. I will never go anywhere else!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Forgot to put a piece on, waited till I got 20 minutes away to call and let me know they forgot a piece and to come back. Drove back asked if I could get something for the inconvenience with the response no Im sorry but itll only take two minutes which took closer to 10. Would make sure they double check before I pull off

Wow. What a high level of customer service!! I called AGE to replace my windshield that was cracked top to bottom. Firstly, they offer repair/replacements at YOUR location which was SO HELPFUL since I am on Zoom calls solidly during the week. The first tech, Dennis, came out and quickly replaced the whole windshield. Unfortunately during the replacement part of my rear view mirror was broken due to the mirror being baked in the sun over the years. But Auto Glass Express promised that they would fix the mirror. My car is a 2009 so it was a bit of a challenge to find the mirror parts, but I will say that Brandon & Dave (the 2nd tech) went above and beyond to make sure my mirror was fixed.I really appreciate the kindness and extra effort that went in to making my overall experience an excellent one. I will use AGE again if needed. Super highly recommended!!!!

Had a great installation, nice front office staff and installation tech but I question the quality of the windshield installed. After getting hit by a another rock before the last big storm, the windshield cracked from bottom to top overnight, not giving me a chance to get to it repaired. Never would I had thought that a new windshield would crack from top to bottom overnight after a rock chip but thats what has happened. Again, nice enough staff but I question the quality of the windshield installed.

I cracked my windshield driving to Colorado, and this place had a fast appointment, an investment in helping me, and better pricing than the other places I called.

We had a new windshield installed and afterwards the heads up display was skewed and blurry. They diagnosed it, determined the glass was defective, replaced the glass and re-calibrated the HUD. It looks perfect now.

I had some issues with leaks and over caulking the first 2 windshield install attempts. After receiving impeccable customer service from Christina, and a professional, fast and flawless home installation from Troy. My 2002 Jeep looks fresh out of the factory. I would highly recommend these guys and on a side note; do yourself a favor and request Troy.

The only drawback is it was kinda outta the wy and I had trouble figuring out where to go. But they did it fast, the guy was nice and awesome even though it was hot out, he fixed it quick and got me on my way. Price is right too. If I need glass Id visit them again.

Someone broke into my car and I wanted to get the cheapest price for the best service which normally is difficult to find. I accidentally broke my wifes windshield loading wood into her car. I was referred to Auto Glass Express by a friend. Every place I contacted had stated they had the lowest prices. I received a quote from Auto Glass Express that was lower than anywhere else I could find. Not to mention they were extremely flexible with getting me an appointment the next day. I showed up a few minutes early and was expecting to be there a few hours. My windshield was fixed within an hour. I paid the exact amount I was quoted. Bri helped me out and she was extremely friendly and laid our everything with 100% transparency. Taylor was a fast, knowledgeable, friendly technician with 28 years experience, he even got to my house early and had to wait for me to get home to replace my window but had a smile on his face when I arrived late. We were driving through Denver on vacation, heading to the mountains, when we got hit by a rock on the windshield. The chip was big enough that we were worried it would crack if we kept going. We pulled off the highway and found this glass shop nearby. Initially they said they were booked up because it was 11 on a Saturday and they closed at noon, but then they were so nice to work us in!They had a nice waiting room and everyone was friendly and polite. The repair was quick and easy and a fair price. We were so happy with the service- the issue could have really put a damper on our vacation, but thanks to Auto Glass Express it was no big deal!Thank you!

I called to get a quote and was spoken to in an extremely patronizing way. I was expected to jump through a bunch of hoops in order to have my vehicle serviced. And my quote only included the glass, no quote on labor cost. Frustrating waste of time.

I had some issues with the dealership who cracked my windshield and whether or not they would cover the full cost. This resulted in several phone calls between the dealership and auto glass Express. They even helped me call the dealership to resolve this issue. Kristina was great with helping me through this ordeal. Technician Troy came to my work and replaced the windshield and gave me some good, additional information. Great customer service. Youll have to be patient with them because they are busy but overall great experience.
