Very disappointed. The service has declined drastically over the years. The man who either owns or is in charge is always on the phone rather than helping customers. I went to get an engraved bottle and it’s half done. Part of the picture isn’t engraved. When I asked what can you do about this, his reply was thats just how it came out. He continued to laugh and stay on the phone which appeared to be with a friend while the nice younger staff member tried to help. Again VERY disappointed. Would not recommend. What a waste of money.

Literally the worst most disrespectful business on Long Island. Anyone with any morals should avoid this business at all costs. Extremely disgusting behavior. Do not support. Do not recommend. Would give negative stars if possible.

Such a great experience at Long Island wine and spirits! The store is very big with great customer service. I order a bunch of engraved bottles for all my friends for their special events and they love them! Definitely go check this store out!

I purchased an engraved wine bottle. They always do a nice job and are reasonably priced. Its a unique gift.

What a nice and neat place!A wine galore in an ample and organized space.The extension in the wine and spirits selection are striking!The youngster at the register is attentive and very helpful and showed no hesitation in helping me find my Sutter White Merlot when I asked him if they carried it! (which is not a popular 🍷 at all) - BTW, you all should try it!Keep up the great job, folks!

Some of the best prices in the area great selection. Very helpful staff, they do large orders if you as are ordering for party favors, I also got engravings done here as gifts. Very knowledgable staff also if you are on the fence about picking out something they can steer you in the right direction.

Exceptional service , great selection of wines

We visited the store after having a wonderful meal at the sushi restaurant in the same shopping center. then went to get a nice bottle of stags leap Chardonnay which price currently says was on sale for 16.99 Regular Price 19.99 after item was rang up it came out to $23 and change I told the cashier that that sticker said it was on sale for 16.99 , he then asked what we believe was the night manager and said yes to stick ,,it was there but that is an old sale !!! REALLY!!! they did not honor the sale price !!! in my opinion it is very low to do to a consumer , I ended up paying full price for the bottle still walking now knowing that I will leave this great negative feedback about a store whose main concern is to get the extra three dollars from a customer and lose him rather than give me the sale price and keep Me !!!! if they were going to give me a case of this wine for free I would still say to shove it up their behind !!!!

I go to this location often for many years and I have never had a problem. The staff is always eager to help and extremely nice. I bought a bottle of gin there and I was not happy with the flavor. I brought it back thinking there was nothing they could do for me since I opened the bottle. The store manager gave me credit towards another bottle. I was shocked. I will not go anywhere else.

Good prices large selections helpful staff

Very extensive stock of fairly priced alcoholic beverages. Everything from new trendy stuff to high end classics. Friendly staff too. I will be back here again.

Always a great selection

They have great wines with great prices but the customer service sucks. Not one time have I gone in there and they approached me for help not one time. When I went in today I went to go pay and the guy is too busy playing with his cell phone trying to figure out where to plug it instead of taking care of me. Terrible customer service

I was initially hesitant to visit this store, due to the negative review about the staff, but I was looking for a rather difficult to find spirit, and the internet led me here.My first impression was that of a smiling employee, loading a case of wine into a car for a customer. Every person inside was smiling and very helpful. I cannot help but think the negative review was written by a competitor. I highly recommend this place!

Long Island Wine shop offers a large varitye of wines and spirits. You can also custom engrave wine bottles for special occasions. They also hold wine tastings.

The staff and manager may have the worst customer service skills. This is a store that I will never go back to after my situation there yesterday. There are too many other store in the neighborhood that you can get better treatment.
