Sam the owner was very excited with his grand opening. He seemed extremely enthusiastic to offer help in the store. He offers several deals in the store and will be looking to build his clientele from cigar enthusiasts to vapers, hooka, & pipes. He offers all accessories you could need, candles, odor eliminators, and beverages in store.He even took into consideration his appearance to the public / neighborhood and put tobacco pipes in the rear of the store. The store was clean and large. The selection in the humidor was large, and he has everything set up nicely. His prices beat other local cigar lounges and are spot on with online prices.If you are looking for cigars, juice/ evape, cigarettes, hookah, tobaco pipes check out the store. He was even open until 7 on Sunday according to the hours posted sign.

I had great service while in this shop all of the cigars were top shelf. The glass selection is outstanding. The customer service was amazing and he put everything on hold just to help me as a customer. Best service with a huge selection of e cigs glass and anything for your tobacco needs.

I walked in today and the man was on the phone for 10 minutes I was the only one in the store and I had to wait for him to get off his personal call . I’m a first time vape buyer and this man had absolutely no knowledge on the strength of Nicotine levels . Good thing I did my research before I came in. Then I caught him doubling my tax ( which is 20% on vape products) . He told me it was tobacco tax(meanwhile I’m buying a vaping product which consists of no tobacco) If I didn’t catch him he would’ve walked away charge me 40% tax. After telling me a bunch of fluff that I know is not true about vaping . Literally had no knowledge of the product he was selling me and tried to charge me extra . A JOKE

Do Not Buy Here. Terrible service - bought a $90 and 1 minute after we paid for it the owner was filling it the nozzle broke off and it took 15 mins to find something comparable but He would give us a different device. That night the unit was leaking and defective. We tried to exchange it- The owner took it apart cleaned it and we tested it together and it still leaked but he tried convincing me it was fine. He then offered to return to manufacturer but gaurenteed me they would do nothing and was reluctant to do it because it’s 15 miles away.I have never experienced such terrible customer service in a small business in Commack. Would never go there again !
