I really liked the service. Personnels behavior to the customers were really fine. Their job is very professional and fast, definitely recommend this place.

I came to this store to have the broken screen changed to my LG phone. They told me they were going to order it because they didnt have it, so I decided to leave my phone with them and pay for everything on the same day 152$ and they sent me my receipt by email. They told me they were going to take 3 to 4 days. After 3 days I checked my bank account and saw and they had charged $ 8 more that did not appear on my receipt. Call and ask and someone else answered me and told me that the bank charge me that money, I told him I was fine. A week went by and they didnt call me on my phone. I gave them 2 weeks and they hadnt fixed my phone. I told him then that I wanted my money back. He told me it was fine so when I went to the store he gave me my return receipt. and 2 more weeks passed and that money did not appear. The man came out saying that he had problems with the bank and that he was going to call me. He never called me, I had to be looking for him. until I made the complaint with my bank. and my bank found out that it was a lie, that they did not charge those extra charges. It is the store that did it without the customers permission. Ill never go back to that store thieves

I have been doing business for a long time with them. These guys are real professionals. They have amazing service and customer satisfaction with affordable prices. They changed my Samsung Note 9 and my daughters IPhone XS screen just 1 month ago. They also repaired my Mac laptop. Thank you!

I wish I had read all of the reviews before dropping off my daughters iPad. First of all, I should have been wary about paying in advance. NEVER pay in advance for anything until the job is done right. Unfortunately, I did pay in advance for same-day service to have her screen fixed and, as many of the 1 star reviews can attest, this did not happen, nor did we receive a call about it. Since my daughter is going back to school, I drove back two days later to retrieve the device and get a full refund. It has now been over a week and I still do not see the credit on my statement. I should have known something was up when after inserting my credit card for the refund, he asked me to give it to him so he could put it back into the square card. My guess is that he reversed the refund and has no intention of giving me credit. I have disputed the charge with my company and told them that this guy is a thief and a bad business person. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I came in to get my IPhone fixed towards the end of August. The guy told me it would take 2 hours and to come back. I returned after the 2 hours and my phone looked fine, as I thought. I compared my IPhone 11 pro max to my husbands and they were off. The guy claimed that the screen was oem but it was alot darker compared to my husbands. So fast foward to the end of september my phone started not to work. I come to find out that my battery was swapped out. I kept recieving the notification on September 29th that my battery is not a genuine apple battery and apple cant vertify it

First of all, Ive been waiting for screen 3 buisness days instead next day service as seller said. Second, he replace screen at my S20, now I have a huge gap between screen and body. Third he gave me receipt for $325 and my bank charged me $407. Ive fixed that payment only because I check my credit card expenses. Im sorry but only one star.

Had my sons iPad screen replaced here and a week later, it developed a crack and the touch screen became completely unresponsive. There was no physical damage to the unit. They refused to fix it again and honor their warranty and only offered 20% off replacing again. It seems the majority of their repairs go well, but if you ever have an issue, dont expect any customer service.

Amazing service! I got my phone fixed within a few hours. The staff there was extremely helpful. I had destroyed my Iphone X and lost all hope of fixing it or getting any of my pictures out of it. Izzy the manager at the store reassured me that he would do his best to retrieve everything and truly lived up to his promise. I would recommend this spot to all my friends!

I brought my iPhone here for screen replacement. They replaced the screen, but broke the back. They said theyll order new one, but I dont think they ever did, because every time I call them, they said package is going to be here today, it has been 43 days today. Im done with them. They really dont know what they are doing, seems like technician is junior and breaks parts while trying to fix your phone. I would never go back. Stay away if you dont want them to break new parts of your phone for you.

The worse experience I ever had while having my phones screen fixed. They ruin both of my phones and they try to said that the phones were old and that they had nothing to do with the phones not working and made me pay more.They broke the internal wifi antennas, the mother board of the phones and my two front cameras stop working as well as the phones were frozen all the times. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service

I tried to get my phone fixed and he tried to scam me. He had to order parts for me because it was a special order and said it would take a week max for the parts. I waited a week and I called up a few times and he kept delaying saying it’s going to take longer. (Not to mention he made me pay over $300 dollars upfront just for the glass and charging port). Whatever that’s fine, I waited another week and came in the store and he then told me it would be in on THURS (it was a monday) and he would call me because that’s the tracking day. So I wait for the call, nothing, I call up multiple times after that and he wouldn’t return my calls. Another week goes by and it’s almost a month at this point and I just had to go through the credit card company to cancel the payment at this point. I still never received a call even when I cancelled the charge when this was 2months ago. Terrible service. DO NOT RECCOMEND!

I brought my iPad here with a new screen I bought myself, he broke my screens and couldnt fix the iPad. He told me he will order iPad screen and fix my iPad. It took him exactly 63 days. I called him everyday, after 63 days, I think he gave up and ordered it, dont think he ordered it before, he was just hoping I will go away on my own or something. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Had cracks on the glass backside of my phone so I dropped it off one afternoon to the owner and he told me that the phone would be ready the next morning. I called the next morning and was told that the phone was not ready yet and it would be ready that afternoon and they would call me, never received a call so I called that afternoon and was told that the phone was not ready yet and would be ready that evening and they would call me, I never received a call so I went there that evening and was told the phone was not ready yet and would be ready the next morning and I would get a call the next morning… as you can probably guess by now I never received a call. I went there to check on the status of my phone and come to find out that they fixed the glass BUT broke the camera light on my phone. With hesitation I did get a full refund...In essence instead of resolving a minor issue they created a major problem, kept my phone for over 48 hours without letting me know when it would be returned to me and the owner was beyond unprofessional…I now have to go buy a new phone, do yourself a favor and just go to your original phone vendor for repairs…UPDATE, just realized they also replaced the glass on the front screen of my phone which I DID NOT TELL THEM TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! This new front screen glass is dirty and has dark spots all over and all four corners have a darken shade now. Also the new glass has a terrible odor, this place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Last thing this place should be called is “I fix screens”…

I called up because I have the Samsung s8 plus and the back of the phone cracked, so I wanted to replace the back. I fix screen ordered the part on Tuesday and I was able to get my phone fixed on Saturday. So happy because my phone looks new. I was able to wait and their prices and services are great. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place trust me. I dropped the phone off on March 7th. And paid in full. Was told it would be done in 3 days. Three days past and it wasnt done. Everytime I inquired about the phone he said it would be done tomorrow. Here we are on the 20th. He said he was going to call me during the day I got no call I want there after work he said its not ready itll be ready later. They close at 8 I called at 7:15 he said yes it will be ready I said great Im coming up. I got there at 7:45 the place is locked up and nobodys there. Nothing but constant lies.

This company is increasing their price prices during a state of emergency knowing that many children are being homeschooled and are on their tablets more than usual. What was an iPad broken screen fix that costed around $60.00 a few months ago was today over $100.00. Shame on them knowing some of the community is not working and knowing this is an essential tool to do our children’s hw at this time is embarrassing for this business to say the least. Will never return their again. This is $10.00 in material on eBay that would ship to the house within the week but they are price gauging just like increasing the price of plywood and water during a hurricane. They are an embarrassment to the community and avoid them at all costs!

Absolutely terrible experience. DO NOT get your phone fixed here -- YOU WILL REGRET IT. Paid $150+ to get my screen repaired and it came back with half the touch screen not working and white spots everywhere. The phone was in worse condition after I had it fixed somehow. If you want to save money and think this is a good option THINK AGAIN, these people are scammers, and if you bring the phone back they say that YOU caused the damage somehow. PLEASE save your money, dont get scammed. They used aftermarket iPhone parts that were lower quality and didnt install the screen correctly. Go to a professional place with actual training.

I went into the store because my wife had an old smartphone she didnt want to trade in and I couldnt find a battery for it. The owner informed me that replacing the battery would probably crack the screen because of the way it was set up and suggested I buy a new phone that he found for me on ebay because the cost of the battery and screen would have been very high. So, he didnt get the very profitable sale, solved my problem and made me and my wife very happy. He showed that he is an honorable and trustworthy person and I will give him my business next time I have a need as he is the type of person and business we should all support.
