Ive been searching online for mattresses for a while now and after seeing all the new things that are coming out I decided to see something in person rather than order online. I was rear-ended twice in two years by drunk drivers so it was really important that I made a good decision so I can attempt to feel better, so I came here and now that you have the back story I can give this man the credit (this will be long) that he deserves.First of all, I walked in and forgot to put on a mask. The way Ron reacted was very professional, in a time where most people would react negatively, he offered a mask but I apologized and grabbed one from my car. As I start looking around and thinking so many different things, how will I decide....Ron started going through everything and its crazy how he answered every question I had before I got to ask it. I decided prior that I wanted to spend $800-$1,000 total even though I dont really have a budget, I just dont have good luck with mattresses and didnt want to make a mistake, however I spent almost twice that amount and made the quickest decision due to Rons ability to explain everything thoroughly, which helped me confidently choose. Since Ive moved to the Northshore Ive been stereotyped and followed around stores consistently and I really appreciate Ron making me feel at home. Ive worked with the public my whole life in restaurants growing up and some people are just different. When you watch the show Undercover boss and see those few times where a boss will have that employee thats so good they will give them an instant raise or promotion, thats the feeling I got with RONALD ALEXANDER...hopefully that stands out. If I would have worn a secret camera on my shirt or something and filmed my experience, it could be used for a training video. This is maybe the third review Ive done in my life. I just have to give this man credit, and Im very grateful. Thats all 🤷‍♂️

I went in looking for a mattress I had seen on their website. The salesman Jon was very helpful and friendly. He found it right away and let me try it. He showed me comparable options as well. I liked the original I found and he rung me up and set up the free delivery very easily. Still waiting on delivery but so long as that goes smoothly id say it was a 5/5 experience.

We bought a mattress and box spring from the store for a basement apartment. The original salesperson Scott was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately we ran into a snag after ordering, and John was incredibly helpful and crafted a solution that worked well and allowed us to still have the proper merchandise in the same timeframe. The salesperson, Charles Staal was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. The mattress we purchased was the 5th attempt to find an acceptable mattress at Macy’s. Four out of the five mattress sagged within one year and the fifth one was unbearably uncomfortable. When we told the Macy’s salesperson that we wanted to return it she proceeded to state that they preferred that we try it for a 120 day period. Unfortunately, we chose not to lose sleep anymore and pay a 15% restocking fee, even though it will not be put into stock again, an an $85 delivery fee. Money well spent since since it led us to Mattress Firm and we are very happy with our new king mattress and adjustable base. The only suggestion I have is that someone make the mattress cover’s lining in a more breathable fabric. The current is lined with a vinyl- like fabric that makes for an uncomfortably hot sleep.

Had bad experiences at others and decided to give one more location a shot. John was super kind and understanding. He helpped out and gave me a better bed and ajustable frame than was offered when i decided to check with online store. He felt bad for other expieriances, listened to problems we had at other stores and fully made sure we had best experiance ever at a mattress store. I would recomend this place to everone anytime.
