So we just moved to Long Island and came to this target and one of the cashiers i think his name is peter he’s very kind and makes people laugh and gave us good advice about the island and told us good places to go and eat!He made our first experience here very caring and welcoming !!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would I was treated like a piece of trash here and online and they advertise items in stock and than waste my time coming and no one can place the order online and no one online can help. This is a joke i have shopped here for 10 years and never seen a worse staff in my life and horrible service from most here.

I have shopped at Target in several states and have found the store in Annapolis to be the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, and has the best selection by far.

Normally, when going to a big box retailer, employees run the other way when customers approach with a question. It’s either that, or they just give you an attitude or ZERO HELP.Not in this case tho. I want you to know what an asset you have in the Commack store. A man named Matt meets the customers at the door, sanitizes the cart and greets all the potential customers with a smile and kindness. He makes one feel comfortable and eager to shop!!!

I recently went to the Target in Commack because it is in close proximity to my work. My cashier, Mike, went above and beyond to help me with my transaction, which was so refreshing considering everything essential workers are going through with the pandemic. Easy online ordering process, easy in store pickup process, clean store, friendly staff, great prices.

Evwn with the pandemic going on Target was fully stocked and they werent packed. The customers and employees were all wearing masks. The employees were helpful with my regular order and my online one too.

Some products very overpriced, others well priced. Stock levels still need improvement. Broken registers. Id order some items online for delivery - certain soups I cannot find in the store, but odds are Ill get the wrong soups, and odds are very high that the cans, poorly packed, will be damaged.

Customer service: I was at Target and needed help finding everything I needed. Three different employees were extremely helpful and I got all my gifts that I needed for Christmas. I did self checkout and the employee there did a step by step tutorial for me! So helpful!

My mom and I were helped by two gentleman today one of the men was Syed. I would like the store to recognize Syed in his above and beyond guest service. He not only managed to fit a couch into our small car, but he never gave up ideas on how to do it. We really appreciate Syed’s help. We only hope there’s more people like him.

During this Pandemic, everyone working in Target and shopping there should be wearing masks. Sorry to say that isnt the case with the Commack, NY store. Policies need to be enforced for public safety during this difficult time we are all going through. No exceptions. If you cant wear a mask, do not enter.

Speed of service and friendliness of guest services. Always use Target for most of my purchases. Employees are always upbeat and friendly! One employee who sticks out is Hilda! She is a bright star and always friendly and does a wonderful job whenever I have encountered her!

The cashier was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. At the beginning of the transaction, I asked the cashier to double bag all items. She scoffed you have pay for bags. I said okay that is fine. As she bagging items she tried to put RAW meat in the same bag as fresh vegetables. I asked NOT to do that and she became irate tossed a handful bags at me and stated bag the order yourself. As a customer, I DO NOT appreciate being marginalized while spending my money!

The drive up pick up service was so easy and quick! Definitely recommend!

Great Target, usually well stocked. Hot or miss with employees who are knowledgeable in helping. Some go above and beyond for the customer, some do bare minimum and are just trying to get through their shift. Dollar Spot is one of the better ones Ive seen.

This store epitomizes long island: tight crowded & slow to get around. Actually they are well stocked and their staff is friendly.Plus there is a starbucks, a CVS and some fast food place.

Nicer than most stores. Overall not great prices, Walmarts prices blow this place away. Overall a solid store, but theres a grouchy lady at the self checkout that got mad at me for paying with some change.

A little bit of a line as expected, (but it was after xmas) and it moved quickly and the young man was polite.

Brian, the overnight guy (I didnt catch his last name) was extremely helpful. I came near closing and could not find the item I was looking for. He helped me search for it in a portable catalog, identify it, and even went to the back of the store to retrieve it for me. The best part was that he followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the product. Excellent customer service. Give this guy a raise!!!!

My experience here is okay-never great but not terrible either. I shop here because I’ve been doing so for over ten years.Pros:There are friendly people working here and overall it’s a decent place to shop.Cons:The store can be rather disorganized at times.The bathroom is almost always filthy.It’s also frustrating when I don’t find the products I’m looking for.Few cash registers are open at one time.Long lines.

My wife or I will hit this place at least once a week for various things. During the holiday seasons they keep the shelves pretty well stocked, so if you get there early you can usually find what your looking for.Now that theyve started stocking standard grocery items, we will stop here for stuff like bananas and chocolate milk for the kids.

I had brought in a coupon for $20 gift card for a purchase of $75 of baby items. I was very careful to be sure the amount purchased equaled $75. I watch my grandkids and am always in need of diapers, formula, etc. When I get to the register, the coupon didnt work. They tried to explain that the lotions (bought in the baby section with a sign labelling them as part of the offer) did not count. The manager came to the register, looked at the aisle and was able to credit $20 to my account. I was very pleased with the prompt customer service, but Target in general loses one star for the deceiving nature of the coupon offer.

I love coming here. My wife always drags me here. I end up going through the whole store like 3x. The prices are good and the workers are friendly.

The staff member and then the manager on duty gave me a hard time and then a run-around regarding bottle returns. They were at first unwilling to take deposit cans back that were bought there but werent being accepted by the automated machine (programming issue, not reading issue). The manager said that they just throw away any returns that they accept at customer service, anyway. They additionally told me that Target doesnt charge a deposit on some items that are clearly marked as requiring one as per state law. They eventually issued the refund, but I was informed that they wouldnt accept returns inside again.

Long line, only 1 employee at customer service. There was a sign that had arrows and separate lines for order pick up and returns. When I asked The associate, Kim, if there was 2 separate lines, she said no. When another associate came by, she asked if anyone was picking up b/c there were 2 separate lines. It would have been faster for me to go grab it off the shelf myself.

We were in and out quickly, I used the scan it yourself line, which can be quite frustrating in certain stores but Target seems to have there IT systems in check because Ive never had issues scanning my items at any of there stores. I did take notice it was a busy day for them, the cashiers were getting customers out quickly so that was a huge plus. Which is great when youre in a rush.. Isles were organized and clean. We were able to find what we needed quickly with the help of an associate.. I also took notice there were a decent amount of floor associates working, so you dont have to look too hard for help.. I would recommend this location.

The commack store employees are wonderful!

First I stood in line to purchase pizza for several minutes as the customer representative had a good conversation with the fellow employees on line in front of me. Then for a brief moment I thought I was going to be served, but instead, she made her way to the oven. I believe I can now apply to target for a job preparing pizza, because I literally stood there and watched her sliced, based, sprinkled and separated those breadsticks from one but two bake pans. Now even before she started t bgg e second tray of breadsticks, I indicated to her for service, but of course she ignored me to do the second tray. I may not know a lot but I do know this kind of service is unacceptable. This was Target store #1108 with the pizza hut restaurant.

This Target is great! Theres a large selection of products, a grocery department, a Starbucks, and even an optician! The only downside is that theres always a long line to purchase, so more staff working in checkout would be what brings my review to a 5.

The staff members are always polite to customers and the store is typically neat and clean. Ive never had a below average shopping experience.

They have a huge amount of the best selections no matter what it is you are looking for. I can walk in with a 5 item list and easily walk out with $200 less in my bank account. That may be a good thing or bad thing, but for most its considered good. Target is at the top of the list for many people when it comes to shopping.

Unfortunately, this particular visit only gets ONE star from me because of the fact that the website listed the in-store availability of items incorrectly, and made for a huge inconvenience for me. I needed one thing, and made sure to check the website first. It was in stock- 8 avail. , and other similar items- 16, and 5, and ... . That made me confident in taking the trip there since, eitherway, Id leave with what I needed.To have the convenience of a website letting your guests check to see if something is there or not before they arrive just for it to be so far off in whats actually there, makes it a useless feature. Its also extremely aggravating when youre crunched for time.

Every single thing in their clearance section comes up a different price on the target app. Jose at customer service refused to honor the price listed as specific to the store in the target app. Pretty rude about it as well. Shouldnt be doing customer service. Didnt even apologize when corporate explained refusing to honor advertised prices was a violation of state law.Lots of things at this location are priced wrong. Scan anything youre getting in the app and make sure they arent screwing you.

Lots of good deals, and a wide selection of products: from clothing, to produce, household items, toys, school/office supplies, electronics, etc. Always a great place for a quick shopping visit, or why not, go ahead and make this your regular store. Cant go wrong with Target.

The store is nice. Have been going there for many years. The lines do get a bit long at times but otherwise a clean and helpful store.

Always had what I was looking for. The wait on checkout lines is not bad. Seems to have enough staff if you have a question about a product. Prices are good.

This store allows young teenagers to run around in the store play hide and seek, and run into other customers. Also allows other teenagers to build forts with plastic bins. This was brought up to the staff and their response was AP was not on schedule. In other words, come to this location if you want other customers run into you, and have other objects fall on you when management does nothing to gain control of other customers who cant act normal.

Every thing was good except for the horrible service on lane seventeen at 12:00 on a Sunday.

I like this place. But I dont like the guy that helped me this morning when I buy 10 avocados which needs help from attendant. He just put his pin number and tell to look at the screen the items. Look like he doesnt want to do it. I usually got helps from them when I buy the items which need attendant. I suggest that target improve the self check out with the new system so we dont need the attendant like him and we can search by ourselves easily.

Picked out the item I wanted on line, e-mailed when it was ready for pick-up and e-mailed that it was picked up. Outstanding service....

Last Sunday I ordered a table in the Huntington store for pick up in the Commack store. When we arrived at the customer pick up the kids there stated that I would need to wait 2 hours from the time of ordering the item. They didnt check to see if the item was there for me to pick just gave me a kind to bad so sad kind attitude. By the way I could see the table was already there for pick up. I showed them my text on the phone stating it was ready. then they all proceeded to go in the back to look for it. I yelled hello its right there on the side. very bad customer service happy this is not my normal Target store. Sorry Commack customers this store is all yours. Maybe you are used to that kind of service. You should try other stores.

When I was at guest services, the nice young man who helped me was very funny and patient. I was having a moment pulling the card out twice. Maam please leave it it until it beeps. he was funny, turned my whole day around. When the LOD came over to help the next to me she was a nasty condescending person. She had a nice voice. She kept telling the guest to not get nasty with her or use foul language with her . When the guest said I didnt use any foul language with you. Which she most certainly did not. She just kept saying im here to help you out. When the guest said I would like your name the LOD said I can take it off so you can take it with you so you dont forget it and take it with you. She just kept talking to the guest like a common dirt bag when it wasnt warranted. If the guest was being rude or obnoxious I would not have anything to say about it, all the other mangers Ive dealt with or have seen have been great.

This Target is family friendly and has awesome customer service.

Commack Target is the Worst Target in the area. Never have what I’m looking for. The soda aisle is Always a wreck and missing brands that are always in other nearby Targets. Same situation with many other items. Plus recently ALL Targets have too many employees blocking aisles with carts. Employees walk around and don’t get out of customers way. Generally the Commack store is the worst in all categories.

Of course I love Target, but why no mirrors in the cosmetic aisles? And hardly any in clothing departments.
