Probably lost our business for good, shoes not in stocks cant order, but we can go up to Amish boot shop and they have lots in stocks, Amish man was very helpful

Great experience at New Balance Columbus-Polaris, I was served by the Assistant Manager - Jaylyn who knew his products extremely well. He took time and care to ask good questions to help find the right shoe for me. The experience felt personal, unhurried and I walked out with a pair of shoes that fit and feel great. I highly recommend going to this store where you get personal service which is hard to find these days.

After receiving a leg brace I was advised to buy new balance shoes with a roll bar in the heal. Keep in mind this is a very scary time for me, I had major reconstruction surgery on my foot and leg. So its easy to say I was nervous, but the wonderful lady working at the Polaris store made the process so easy and comforting. She made me feel like this was no big deal. She knew exactly what I needed and even knew about my disease, which most people and Drs dont even know about. While talking I started to tear up, she instantly patted my foot while tying up my new shoe and plastic leg brace. She encouraged me that everything was going to be ok. I will forever be grateful for the wonderful experience in a scary time in my life. Thank you so much. I will only go there from now on.

Customer for life.Over time (now 51 yrs) my feet have begun to require more than whatever fits well and looks good. For a few years now the staff at this store have helped me find the most comfort in non-formal shoes Ive probably ever had.

So disappointed today. They had no selection of kids shoes. I always get the 860. I always come here because they size your feet. Then they take your shoes off and put on the new pair lace them up and let you walk around to decide if you like them. The kid working today just handed me the shoes and waited for me to put it on Myself. I got up and walked out. I guess I need to find a new shoe store.

I have a bit of serious Foot Discomfort stemming from my Military Service. Shoes therefore are Critical! The Manager on duty was Extremely Courteous & Helpful. I explained what I hoped to find Style wise & Mobility issues Walking. Tried on Several Style & quickly found the Most Stable & Comfortable athletic type footwear Ive experienced in years! Outstanding Store & Caring thoughtful Customer Service

Worst customer service ever. Waited over 30 minutes just to get acknowledged. If the store was busy I could understand but the only two salespeople in the store were both helping the same two customers in the store. I have gotten better service at Roadrunner Sports and Fleet Feet, and the staff there was definitely more knowledgeable about the products they were selling.

I really like this store. Wes remembered that he had helped me before (over 6 months ago) and helped me find a perfect fit. When I wasnt immediately sure what I wanted, he showed me other options that could be special ordered and offered to see if another NB store carried a certain style in my size. He got the sale, I got a pair of very comfortable shoesfor 1/2 off, and Im a very happy customer. I will be back!

Extremely rude customer service. I will not be shopping at this location again. They can keep their shoes. Never met such a jerk. She is not customer service oriented.

They close prior to 7 pm sometimes. I arrived prior to 7 and their doors were locked.

Sales done RIGHT !!My wife , my daughter and I went in to exchange a pair of shoes and were PLEASNTLY surprised. Surprised because our initial visit was absolutely horrible. The sales rep who dealt with us previously was rude at best. We were in the store 30 mins. before anyone even said hello or Be right with you. We only went back because we believe in New Balance as a company.Todays visit was quite the opposite. Our sales rep Lyndon was RIGHT THERE !This young lady knows her stuff. She was very polite and quite knowledged in ALL models available. No pushy UPSALE like we experienced in our prior visit and she was incredible answering all of our nine year old daughters multiple questions. She is a true asset to the store and a pleasure to deal with. Will continue to shop this location and use Lyndon as our personal sales representative.

Excellent customer service. Lyndon helped me figure out that i was wearing the wrong size shoe, then made sure i got the correct size and was comfortable in them. 👍

Worst customer service I have ever had. Based on the reviews the other people seem good, but who ever was closing in September 25th was the worst. So rude on the phone and in person. All I wanted to do was exchange a pair of shoes and she just said rude comments to me the entire time. Do not shop here if she is working.
