I originally did business with MTBusiness solutions, some how my contract and service is now with Comdoc. It has taken 3 weeks to speak to a person. I have left over 20 voice mail messages including the president of the company. They do not care about their customers. Especially their small ones! I was told by my sales rep, when he finally returned my call I was too small of a customer to care about. Worst customer service EVER!

While Xerox branding holds it own the review is for ComDoc Sales & Customer Support. My only advise is look elsewhere. I have found both their sales & customer support to be dishonest at best with no follow thru regardless the chain of command we have spoken with. We will purchase our new equipment elsewhere in 2020 from a different trusted source.
