The manager was extremely patient and helpful as I encountered one delay after another, and because of that, he saved me a 2+ hour round trip and a lot of additional headache. Very nice facility too!

Seems to be a clean well run place. Reserved my unit online very early 3am and was moving in by 9Had to upsize my unit as my eyes were bigger than the space. This was done cheerfully and quickly and on the same floor too ! This was wonderful as I am doing this move alone.Thank you so much and I will reccomend you!

Everyone there has been incredibly helpful and answered any questions I had. I needed a storage unit quickly and I’m very glad I picked this one. Also....they let you use a cargo van to move your stuff if needed. This was a life saver for me. Awesome place if you need to find a self storage place in downtown Columbus.

Aaron is amazing, very professional, courteous, he answered all questions, I was able to get a storage unit and do all the paperwork in no time at all. I recommend for sure. 😁

Clean and well lit. Everything is brand new. They also have a Keurig in the office and youre allowed to make a cup of coffee! That was great, I was driving from Columbus to Cleveland with a load of items and needed that little boost!

Customer service efficiency could be improved, as I had to wait outside for another customer to finish at the front desk for ~45 minutes. This could have been avoided if they implemented a simple reservation system, especially because only one customer can be inside at a time. Also, the staff member was not wearing a mask for much of my time inside.

Great place for environmental controlled storage!

This place is VERY clean and efficient. The staff is friendly and competant, the units are easy to access and I feel safe leaving my valuables at this location. I have a third floor unit and I am very satisfied with it. I thought it might be inconvenient having to use the elevator to access the unit, but it is not. The elevators are very large and located near the door. The inside of this building is very clean and climate controlled. It does not smell old or musty or dank. There are no signs of bugs or rodents. I normally would be hesitant to store things like clothing or bedding in a storage facility, but this place is very clean.Security is also a concern when storing things and this place has that covered! You must enter a passcode at three different places before accessing your storage unit. Once at the front gate, again at the door and again at the elevator. I highly reccomend this facility to anybody that is looking to store their stuff somewhere that is clean and secure.

I never knew storage places could be so clean, easily accessible, and easy to access. This place was absolutely amazing!! The staff was always friendly and they made it painless to rent from them.

The facility itself is great. Very clean and super secure. Everyone Ive spoken to has also been extremely nice. But Im super disappointed in the service i received regarding the moving truck they offer. I was originally offered it the morning of Monday the 20th. Someone called and confirmed this with me. When I go to the office to get my unit set up the 18th Im told I dont have it for the morning of the 20th someone else does, but I can get it the afternoon of the 20th. Went in in the afternoon after receiving no indication of what was going on to a very confused lady in the office. She informed me they are not allowed to double book the moving truck and the person shouldnt have done that. She told me she would see about getting me it the next day (Tuesday)because someone had it booked two days in a row which also isnt allowed. She told me she would call me once she got more info. I never received a call! And since the truck was booked through the end of July that just leaves me to figure something out rather quickly. My dad had to drive 2.5 hours to come help me move out. Time and stress was expended that I cant get back due to no fault of my own. I understand this time of the year is busy but this situation could have left any other person in a more difficult position and thats not okay.

The employees are incredibly nice. The process is very simple and easy to understand. The prices are good. Getting in and out of the storage area is simple. The area feels very safe

Very clean, and pretty secure! We only ran into problems when the elevator doors were open too long so they shut down. They sent someone to get things going, so we only had to wait for a bit!

Aaron was friendly, helpful, and professional in our interaction. This was the first time that I have rented storage space and I was impressed by the facility. Excellent experience all the way around. One thing that was irritating but not the fault of Aaron or of Stor--All (directly anyway) was that there are additional charges that the industry has but are not apparent at first. Im sure that the industry has essentially forced them to be a bit misleading in order to be competitive when we are doing price comparisons. If they were the only ones disclosing the following, no one would go there. Be sure to ask ANY company: 1) are the published costs the normal rate or a limited time teaser rate; 2) are there initial or administrative costs; 3) check with your insurance company or you may be required to purchase insurance though the storage company.

I couldn’t have more good things to say about this place, and I haven’t even moved in yet. I should say I’m a first time storage unit renter and because of that I did extensive research on units all over Columbus. I spent hours reading reviews, and checking out prices. The moment I found this gem there wasn’t even a question about which company to choose. Genuinely the reviews and the pictures alone sell the place. First I was able to easily see their availability on their website and reserve a unit, I then called just to make sure there weren’t any surprises and I spoke with Aaron the assistant manager and he was absolutely fantastic answered every question I had and even went above and beyond and suggested questions I should be asking since I’m new at this. They called me back a few days later to make sure everything was going well and I would be in on my move in day. Today was my move in day and the minute I walked into the office I knew I made the right choice. Andy the Manager was at the desk and he was an absolute delight to work with. You can 100% tell he prides himself on his customer service because it shows. He was extremely helpful and kind. You can tell he really goes out of his way to take care of his customers. I was extremely impressed with the tour of the building everything is squeaky clean and beautiful ( how many times have you heard that about a storage unit). The security is amazing, they have a keypad at the gate, the door, AND the elevator so you only have access to the floor your unit is on. The unit itself was spotless and genuinely felt like I was in an upscale office building that was designed as a loft. I cannot believe I’m getting this kind of quality for such a good price. By the end of this experience I was genuinely sad that I wasn’t planning to use this facility indefinitely. I have zero concerns about how the move in will go and feel completely at ease thanks to Andy and this company. I can’t wait to come back and post more reviews about my amazing experience working with them.
