Great helmet selection! They didnt have the exact helmet we wanted, so they ordered it on the spot, to be delivered to our home at no extra charge. We have frequented this location AND website for 4 years now, on a regular basis. Always top notch quality and customer service.

When they closed in nine minutes, they still took us in and hammered out a tire change for us. Greatly appreciate their help! Their supplies are unbelievable. Gear in stock, tires in stock, road gear in stock! You name it they’ve got it lots of helmets awesome deals, really good guys

The staff greeted me when I got into store. I looked around at different things. They are geared for the sports bike and looks like they have good supplies. It’s worth stopping by to check them out.

This was my first time in Cycle Gear, I was very surprised how such a smaller shop had so much useful items in stock. Im a MX guy and Cycle Gear had all the lubricants, filters, tubes/tires and just all the things I need to keep my bike going each weekend of riding. Sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable, which you dont see very often these days. Ill definitely be back and will use Cycle Gear as my go to shop from here in out.

Initially came for helmets but not huge selection of sizes at that time. Knowledgeable staff. Came back for fast tire service where other shops were weeks out. Ordered tires online and brought wheels. Put them on right away! Owen very helpful sharing his riding experience and providing recommendations for gear. Will be back!

Helpful and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and won’t try to sell you something that’s not right for you. I like walking in a being greeted with a smile and have people be sincerely interested in what I’m looking for and willing to help. This will be my preferred shop for all our gear in the future.

I visited the store on 8/6/2021 for the first time and was impressed with how quickly I was greeted and how nice the store looks. I talked with a gentleman for awhile about dismounting my current tires and remounting & balancing those tires onto some new NOS rims I have. The tires have about 1 season on them. He gave me prices for everything and mentioned theyre open until 7pm. He made a point that when bringing in wheels, make sure you get in before 6pm as theyre done mounting tires then. He even recommended spending the $4 a piece on new valve stems. Fast forward to 8/10/2021 and I left work early to tear apart my bike to bring the already mounted wheels and NOS rims in before 6pm. I made it in after 5pm only for them to tell me its too much of a liability to install used tires but theyd glady sell me a new set. I understand if its against policy but I dont appreciate being told in person 4 days earlier that it could be done! Such a giant waste of time and inconvenience to leave work early (to make it in time before 6), to load everything up into my vehicle and then to wrestle them into store just to be turned away!! So much for that wonderful first impression. Now Ill only remember how terrible of an experience my 2nd visit was..

Owen and the guys are really cool. The wait time was far shorter than expected. Ill be a lifetime customer. Prices are better than other local shops and service men and women along with EMS get a little extra love on the prices. Glad to serve Ohio as EMS.

What a great shop - thanks to Owen! We came in to browse helmets but Owens expertise and experience got us more than we hoped for at a reasonable price and went above and beyond to install our communication units and teach us how to use them. We left with everything we needed that day! Shamar was so willing to help us and provide his insight as well. We highly recommend this shop, and Owen in particular - give that man a raise!

I went in for two tires + inner tubes for my 1982 FXB Harley Davidson. They had exactly what I needed in stock. Called on the phone to track them down first. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful with my experience.

My dude Chad is incredibly helpful, and was so patient with a new owner/rider. Answered my questions and made recommendations to fit my needs. Very wide selection of gear that seems to be good for newbies and the experienced alike.

I had a flat on a rear tire while out of town. The service and price I received at this Cycle Gear location was fantastic.

The experience was great. The lady that was attending this location was friendly and ready to answer all the questions I threw at her with her own personal experiences with the gear and pointed out all good options within different price ranges and for different riding styles. Her knowledge was on point and made for a great unbiased opinion. They also had some prices that beat their own website and took it a step further to track down a helmet, which by the way was sold out on their site, in the color and size I liked. Well spent drive.

I went into the store to purchase a new helmet and a a Sena communications system. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped me choose the best helmet for my riding needs, and also installed the Sena system on my new helmet as well as my wife’s helmet. Cycle Gear Service was outstanding! I dropped off my motorcycle tire and they had it ready for pick up within a couple of hours. I use them all the time to swap out my old tires. You can do it yourself but for $25 its really no brainer. Its only $25 though if you buy the tire from them. And yes they will price match.

Great service!Its nice to finally have a store for motorcycle tires, parts, and gear on the west side! The staff is courteous and helpful.I purchased a set of tires from their website and brought in my wheels for installation. I dropped them off at 9:30 or so, and they were ready by noon.I went in on Sunday to purchase a helmet. The store has a nice selection for a variety of budgets. I was able to find the correct fit with the features I wanted. Although they did not have the finish that I wanted in stock, they ordered it and had it shipped out to my house (free shipping) on Wednesday. I also bought a battery. The clerk was super helpful and checked into each of the batteries that fit my bike so that I could make an informed decision. I was able to pick up the battery on Thursday. They even filled the cells with the electrolyte for me at no cost.Cycle Gear will be my first stop for parts and accessories from now on.

Awesome staff that knows how to show customers their options. The helmet selection is vast. Everything from $50 helmets to $600.

They have just about anything you want or need for your motorcycle but the prices are very high.

So far the staff has been extremely knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. While browsing the store i noticed they have a fair amount of product selection and the prices are pretty fair. The store is clean and orderly. I will be using them now that i have been in and see what they have to offer.
