She loves this store. Happy wife, happy life.I buy gift cards here, and online. I wish there were other places more convenient to buy them. The sales staff is great for gifting ideas.We did have an order fall through the cracks. Customer service communication via phone was lacking. After multiple communications, it took store facetime with a store owner to resolve this. She loves the continually changing merchandise.I recently looked in her shopping bag. I was surprised to see all the extra swag, they throw in the bag. They always hook me up with some nice gift wrapping at Christmas.I was in another Easton retailer that sells Brighton. The selection was smaller, and slightly older.

I went to the coach store to look around and I ended up purchase a purses and the manager was so helpful and nice I will be back and I want to buy a my next bag from the manager
