They always have a reasonable price for repairs and do great work

Purchased trimmer spring of 2021. Took in for warranty work on 8/19/21. Sat there until 10/13/21. Said cable on back order. Called manufacturer and they had cables available and ready to ship. Complete fail on their part. Charged me $26.88 to get it back in the condition I left it.

Seemed family oriented, very fast with the service, great customer service. Was up front with all pricing and work that needed to be done. Good pricing as well. Will be my go to for lawn care equipment repair!!!

I have been taking equipment here for service for at least 10 years. They are always very knowledgeable and professional. Customer service is outstanding and they always do a great job. Just stopped in to get a new primer for my snow blower and before I could finish saying the model number, they handed me the part. Great place to get mower/Chainsaw blades sharpened as well. I typically don’t write a post but I was going to drop my lawnmower off and the gentleman that was working He asked me what the problem was and took a quick look at the lawnmower. Told me that it just needed a slight adjustment with the turn of the screw and sent me on my way. He did not charge me for advice and he was honest about that he could still take a look at it but thought it would be unnecessary. Hard to find honest people. Thank you for doing the right thing

Customer service was exceptional. I stopped in with a broken trimmer and two employees immediately both started working on it. It was fixed and I was out the door in under 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Como Mower and will be using them again for my service and sales needs.

Pros:-Repair was done within said timeframes- staff was nice, professional, listened well, provided good advice- no parts/service was provided that wasn’t requested/wasn’t needed.-mower runs like newCons:-An oil change that was performed, approximately 20% too much oil was put into the mower. I have changed oil in 10+ mowers in my life, and also read the manual to confirm I was checking it appropriately (flat ground, not screwing the cap/dipstick all the way back in. Mosy customers wouldn’t catch this, it can cause significant engine problems down the line. This is a careless, serious mistakeWould I go back? Probably. Would I be a little worried about the work being performed after that? Absolutely

Como mower is an amazing shop. The employees are helpful and friendly. I own Whole Tree Care by Trappers Tree Service Columbus Ohio and have gone to Como Mower for part, advice and service several times and they have earned my trust time and time again. Recently I was having problems with my 35hp Briggs & Stratton Vanguard where it wouldnt idle down.. I would start it and it would rev so high that it would just bounce off the rev limiter.. almost like it WANTED to blow itself up. When I searched Google for a Briggs & Stratton service center, I was so happy that I saw them listed!! I called ahead and asked when would be a convenient time to stop in.. they told me to show up 2 days later at 9am and they would take a quick look. The engine is on our stump grinder so its big, heavy and cumbersome to move without knowing that there is a good chance for a reward for the effort.... this time, with Como, I had a good sense that the outcome would be favorable. Sure enough... they said oh.. look here... do this..., and they fixed it on the spot in 10 minutes and showed me how to fix it should it happening again. Now, it is a busy shop and they do their best to help everyone. I patiently waited my turn and was nice to them (you always get more bees with honey, right?). I wouldnt expect that level of service always.... I am happy to wait my turn and know they would handle my service well regardless.So, 3 cheers for Como Mower!!! and anyone who says any different might have been a little too grumpy to see people that day... (in my humble opinion).All my best to you all at Como... I will see you again soon!

This place is a joke. Just the other day they sold me an echo edger / trimmer that turned out to be a piece of junk. And today, I pulled the start cord out of a 32 Scag, something that would literally take one minute to fix, and was told to bring it in on Tuesday. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great service

They were unwilling to pick my Toro snowblower up for needed service, though they had no problem delivering it to me when I purchased it. They claimed to me when I requested service that they do not offer pickup or delivery in winter months, though they had no problem delivering it to me when purchased in the middle of December. They have lost me as a long-time customer due to this.
