I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate for a motorcycle ASAP. As far as I can tell they sell their bikes for thousands over blue book value. For several we looked at it would be almost the same price to buy a new model as what they were charging for 7 year old model with 15,000 miles.We were also told that the list price is as low as they will go.

Sold me a bike with 2 bad tires, 2 broken headlights and a completely trashed Carburetor. Was told that the bike was completely serviced but they definitely lied. The bike was dumping gas out and They most certainly knew this bike has major issues and was looking for a quick sale. I very strongly recommend if you ever buy a bike from these people either you or someone that knows a lot about bikes check it Out. Ill never buy another bike from them again!!

Bought two motorcycles from them in the past year best customer service I’ve dealt with. The second bike I bought from them had problems with it come up and they are taking care of it as we speak free of charge great people to deal with. Would definitely recommend them to other people!

Looking to buy a bike, cash in hand. Unfortunately even though both tires were clearly under the safe tread depth they would not do anything about it. Buyer beware they will knowingly sell unsafe bikes and not care less. Do not trust this place!

I had an all around great experience purchasing my new bike from Integrity Cycles. My salesman Chris was phenomenal and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. He didnt shoot my credit app through multiple banks without touching base with me first. He made sure that we were comfy with the process every step of the way. You could tell Chris has been at this for a while because it was such a painless process. Give them a chance, you wont regret it.

After combing through 247 ads on CycleTrader and hundreds more on Craigs List, I found the rare combination of a good used bike at a good price. Integrity was easy to talk to about the bike, easy to deal with, and went out of their way to make sure the bike was in excellent condition for my ride home. There are lots of used motorcycle shops around, lots who promise great bikes and great service, but those who deliver like Integrity Cycles are few and far between. Im loving my Deuce!

Just purchased a 2007 Honda shadow spirit 1100 that was located in the Newark location. the folks at Integrity had the bike brought to the Dering location the next day and it was in beautiful condition. As a female rider starting out, some places make you feel as such with high pressure sales, OR worse yet, they dont take you seriously. Integrity was the friendliest place i visited on my list. No high pressure sales, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and even made recommendations of bikes to start out with that he didnt even have. Top notch place!

I went here looking for a bike. No one came out to even see if there were customers in the showroom who needed help. Finally after 25 minutes a man came in and asked if Id been helped. He was knowledgeable and courteous. They wanted $1,00 more than retail on a bike and we couldnt come to an agreement on price. I found the same bike at another shop the next day with half the miles for $1,300 less than Integrity was selling. In an economy like this and customers having so many avenues to get products dealers have to negotiate with customers because we can get the product anywhere.

Ive been dealing with Chris at Integrity Cycles since 2008; Ive purchased 2 bikes from him and have had several others serviced by Jon in the service department. Nothing but good things to say. Chris always lets my wife and I have our run of the place, allowing test rides whenever we want. Ive never felt like he was trying to sell me a bike, we basically just bs back and forth about the pros and cons of various models and thats it. No pressure selling at this place, which goes a long way with me. They have more bikes than anywhere in central Ohio so you can really make an informed decision about the purchase. Ive never had a problem with anything Ive bought there, but Im confident that if I did I could just call them up and it would get taken care of. Highly recommend!

Do not live by their name!!Made a visit to purchase a new bike. Told the salesman where I wanted to be with a payment.They call the next day to tell me they cant get to my number but can get close. We decide to go make the purchase. When we get in and the salesman puts the numbers together he realizes HE mad a mistake. Payments went up $20/m. Their attitude was oops I screwed up, take it or leave it. Have never been treated this way when purchasing a bike, car or home.Name change is needed!!!!

In August 2013 I found a 2012 low mileage Spyder RT at Maxx Integrity Motorcycles, just a few scratches I thought. Upon deciding to purchase it, my salesman told me Maxx doesn’t negotiate prices. The cycle was relatively high priced vs. the same 2013 model new; against my best judgment I accepted the deal.Six weeks later CanAm announced the 2014 model. Interestingly, the 2014 Spyder has a 115 hp I3 vs. 100 hp V2, 40 % greater torque and 6 speeds vs. 5, greatly increased mileage rating, larger brakes, driver floorboards, larger front wheels, etc. With CanAm special limited time promotional offer discount, I could have purchased the equivalent 2014 model, new for $250 less than I paid for my 2012 cycle from Maxx. The first owner of my cycle has purchased it new in November 2012 after the new 2013 models were introduced. I hope he got a better deal than I did.Maxx did order a replacement antenna for the damaged one on my cycle but they didnt have tools to install it. Since Maxx had only one key, I had to purchase a new second key for $57 from CanAm. Further, upon my visit to a CanAm dealership, I discovered the damaged glove box lock on my cycle had been broken by a previous owner forcing it closed and couldn’t be fixed through adjustments as Maxx advised. Major repair work is required for this damage and is not covered by CanAms warrantee as Maxx had advised.My advice, Maxx Integrity Motorcycles may be a good business to buy used bikes from since they have a great variety yet customers should research their intended purchases unlike I did before closing the deal.

Did not purchase a bike from here, but have been here a few times and got great customer service. I purchased a bike and hauled it in a cargo van. We did not have a ramp to get it out, I called Integrity and they helped us get it out. Very friendly people.
