Their behaviour was so good but recently at night i can see two indian boys are working there. They are so arrogant and they dont even care about the customers. They always do what they think its best. This place was one of my favourite place. Expecting previous service from them

Listen to what everyone else’s reviews. I just ordered a couple blizzards only to be gravely disappointed. They didn’t do the iconic DQ flip to demonstrate quality of the blizzard (she just covered the cups with lids. Drove home 2min later to soggy and already melted ice cream. No one likes to pay $7 x2 for lousy ice cream. I do NOT recommend this venue.

Probably the worst Dairy Queen in Vancouver. Dirty restaurant, staff who are noticeably high/under the influence and incredibly bad products. The blizzard I recieved was melted and droopy and when I asked for a replacement, I got the exact same thing. French fries and other foodstuffs litter the floor of the kitchen and the staff either dont have masks on or have them around their chin. This is simply unacceptable during covid19. Although its open until 5AM, its better to not get ice cream than to get it here.

A decent neighbourhood Dairy Queen. They have tables outside where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream on a Summer day. Or just sit and pass the time on a cold winter night. Theres often a long wait for the food items, especially at lunchtime when theyre busy, so be prepared. The restaurant is usually clean, but the customer washroom is accessed from a door outside of the restaurant, off of the parking lot, and its kind of trashed.

Was looking for a log cake but they were all sold out. Got a Peanut Buster Parfait instead. When they handed it to me, it was dripping with chocolate syrup and got all over my hands. They didnt give me any napkins. I had to ask for some... Packaging could be better.

Super awesome that they are essentially open until 5 am and then quickly reopen at 10 am, Can go home from a hard day of work at night and not worry about cooking because im too tired. I can order using skip app after midnight too, and have a blizzard, a loaded stackhouse burger, and a pepsi at my doorstep, once I arrive from work. Super cool !!!!!!!

I thought u were supposed to be able to flip the blizzards upside-down without it falling. Mine was so melted that I almost crushed the cup holding it when they served it to me...

No complaints about the ice cream, its DQ so you know youll like it. Staff was courteous and friendly, order time was short. This wasnt our local location though, we were just passing by, and noted when we entered that it seemed a little run down. DQ, you can definitely up your game at this location! With the state of affairs inside, and litter laying around outside, plus the outdoor seating being right next to the busy street (Kingsway), it unfortunately wouldnt be a location Id make a point of venturing back to.

Limited choice of Birthday cakes when I last visited. Have seen other dq stores with a lot of variety in Birthday cakes.

I usually don’t post reviews but I really had to!! If I cud give zero start I wud to this branch! I love DQ always go to the one close to my place on east Hastings in Kensington square Burnaby and their food quality is amazing! My friends never tried it and they had this presumption about the brand that’s it’s not gonna be good but I convinced them to give it a go! And it was the worst food quality I have ever had. I paid so much for the food I ordered which normally I never do that much always though this restaurant was cheap didn’t take the receipt usually don’t but anyways. The patties were over cooked, so oily felt like the old cooked patties were just re fried in the oil . Pinion rings were so oily my friend tried only one almost threw up they tasted disgusting! And chicken strips were okayish! But over all 0/10 . It was my friends first time tryng DQ and this store made them their last!! Me personally don’t think I wud try DQ again! Recommend everyone plz don’t bother going to this store!!

No dine in service at the moment. There is parking for those who drive and an outdoor sitting area for warmer and sunny days. They take their mask wearing policy seriously.

Smaller older location! Food was okay.. there were a lot of questionable people they were letting take tables up and ended up not having enough tables for actual customers.. they told us the someone was in the bathroom (what was out back) over 20 minutes for them to actually go unlock it for us. When I was the lady to change the sauce from bbq to ranch she literally rolled her eyes at me.. I told her I asked for ranch and not attitude next time I’m fine without.. lesson learned!! Will NOT be returning to this location again.

Worst experience, very rude service. I bought cake from DQ (around 11.30AM), at Kingsway, Vancouver but cake was melted so quickly even I put in Freezer. I asked one of employee (Around 6:10PM-6:20 PM to refund or exchange cake, but employee was very rude and aggressive. I asked his manger phone number to speak about it but he did not provide. I even asked the employee name but he was refused to give. However, we gave our phone number and asked to contact manager. But we did not hear any response from them. Food was made to order and the times this location is open are convenient for those who are not used to conventional hours 10:30am to 5:30 am And the service was very professional and friendly I will order from this location again in the future.

Good service. Polite staff. Convenient location if your just gonna grab and go but in a bit of a shady area of Kingsway. So make sure to lock your vehicles. Also they seem to have weird hours of service and no public washroom regardless if you are a paying customer. So if ya gotta tinkle, dont stop here unless u wanna on a dumpster outback with the local riffraff.

First time at this DQ, will not be returning.I ordered an Oreo blizzard and thought it was weird that they didnt do the flip thing and there was a lid on it - but I thought, maybe its a covid measure. Well when I took the lid off it was clear that this was a mistake and someone had put it in the freezer for the next order. Blizzard was hard. I had just came from Safeway, if I wanted Oreo ice cream out of the tub, I would have bought it there. Slight taste of frost bite.The first red flag should have been the 50% off frostbite ice cream cakes in the freezer, that had ice structures forming on the tops of the cakes with the images and text no longer visible/legible.Needless to say, it was a disappointment, with another DQ within 5 mins driving distance, Im never going to come back here.

Employees dont know how to respect customers. We bought a cake, and notice that it was melting so quickly. We asked refund or exchange but one of the employees show a rude attitude. (That guy doing a shift on July 24, afternoon, he denied to tell his name and even his manager name). Here we can understand why that employee denied giving his name and his managers name. Very RUDE. Ive never had a problem with the service at Dairy Queen, however on the evening of June 26th,, 2021, at 7:00, there were two males in the parking lot. One guy was 5 feet 9 inches tall, black hair, a mix of Asian and Middle Eastern, wearing a red t-shirt with Russian hammer and sickle on the upper left chest. He is a very rude, all-around-ignorant person I have ever met in my life. He has no intelligence. Ive seen him before. Do not associate with him!

I am absolutely appalled about the treatment to my friend who apprenticist me. He taught me a trade, good friend and mentor. Hes is older, disabled but gentile man. He needed to use the bathroom. He was told bathroom was out of order. I had to drive him to use the facilities. This is absolutely disgusting. Will not be returning. Worst part my 9 year old son was with me as we had to pick him up a new mechanical bed to help him. This is not the world I want my son to be apart of. Years of service at this location gone forever. Covid is not an excuse to be a hurtful or mean person.

The manager guy is very friendly and has a smile on his face and you can tell even though he wears a mask. Just a good experience overall. Its nice that they are open till 5 a.m. even though we would never visit at this time.

Its a Dairy Queen, so no real expectations. The big plus to this location is that their service window is open extra late night but only for desserts, which is a great little service for the summer.

This is an OLD Dairy Queen location, and it shows! But hey, DQ is DQ no matter how vintage the structure is.

Quick and kind but I got 2 small blizzards and paid for extra cheesecake in both and we both had less than a regular amount. Its just a shame because they raised prices so much that if we pay an extra dollar or however amount for more stuff we expect it to be filled!

Its DQ! Whats to hate!? My favorite Blizzard right now is simply Oreo with the Reese sauce on top. Not mixed in! A little hack is to order the Mint Oreo and sub out mint sauce for peanut butter sauce. If you just order Oreo with Reese sauce youll get dinged for extra topping! 😉

Chili dog delightful, bun super soft, toppings not over the top. Strawberry shake delish: made from their famous ice cream. Felt like a kid again!

This location is my favorite location and really know how to make there milkshakes thick and its always quick and friendly.

Last week I was frustrated when my phone died and I wasnt able to use my mobile coupon after I had driven out of my way to get to the location. The staff said they were not able to offer the mobile deal I was trying to access without scanning the coupon. It was frustrating but I accepted it since my phone had died.One week later I go to the New West location and discover that they can use my phone number to register the coupon and my points.Seems like service is lacking at this location overall based on the reviews Im reading.

Food is always made fresh but we found hair once in our burger. Im not sure if theyre wearing hair nets but it was there. Convenient location to get too thats why everyone goes. Called to inquiry about a specific item, told it was there. Placed the order on skip, only for them to call and say they didn’t have it. 15 minutes after processing payment I now wait 3-5 days for my refund.

Customer service is very bad and the employee is very rude they don’t even know how to treat the customers .Ordered ice cream cake and while I am driving to my house it is melting down and they don’t even mention on tags .While I came back and said to them about this problem straight away they said they can’t give me refund or a new cake instead of this and they don’t even follow the customers instructions.Avoid this store as it will simply ruin your day!!

The person who served us first went outside to deliver a cake while touching the door and went straight to prepare my order. I could see him touching the inside of the cup lid and closing the blizzard cup. Im glad he made my order again but it seems like we have to remind them to wash their hands.

You can order inside but currently you cannot dine in. I went in not knowing what I wanted. The gentleman assisting me thoroughly answered by questions and I was very happy with my order.

They didnt make the cake in time for me to pick it up in the morning, but they did do a fantastic job making I cake that the birthday boy was super happy with. All I gave them was a picture and a vague description and they made a cake better than I could have imagined it.

Value Meal = Substandard Food. Ordered the $7 cheese burger value meal. The burger tasted rubbery and flavorless. It was hot like it was microwaved. Trying to save on food costs by reheating food maybe?Fries were definitely under portioned. No ketchup offered or put into bag. Sundae was good. I usually enjoy DQ food but not at this location.

I don’t know who trains the staff here, but customer service is non existing here. I tried a bee blizzard and frankly, it tasted horrible. I asked them to change it for me, and the lady who took my order shook her head, pointed at the menu and said “well we can’t change it. That’s what you ordered”I just looked at her in disbelief (I work in customer service) and said “so, you guys don’t care that I don’t like it?” And she just shook her head and said “no” - I’m speechless.Next time maybe try a “I’m sorry you don’t like the blizzard you chose, unfortunately we are not able to change it for you, since this is what your ordered”Just wow.

Love this place go there a lot to get my favorite Blizzard. They always take care of me.

The dirtiest DQ ever! Garbarge every on the floors, no social distance at all, no hand sanitizer. The plastic spoons are served with no coverings. The staff are very rude. The food droppings are all over the floor in the kitchen area and it’s not clean! They don’t wash the counter after each person. The girls don’t wear hair nets along with the guys.The patio is covered in garbage and the rats are all over the place! This is the nastiest DQ in town I won’t be back here!

Always quick and friendly service even if on minimal staff. Also bring your meal to your table when dining in which is a nice personal touch which no other fast food establishment that I know of does. Burgers are average but chicken strips are always fresh. If you order a meal with dessert they will let you bring your receipt back at the end to pick up your ice cream so it doesn’t melt. Great choice if you’re feeling glutinous on little time. Parking on site and in street. Accepts cash, debit and credit.

Ive experienced poor service in this location. Got served a burger missing ingredients, told they will make a new one, waited for nearly 30min only to find out that they gave our burger to another customer and forgot about us. It was 10pm and only few customers in the store. All the patience was rewarded with poor attitude.

Love Dairy Queen and this location is good. Smaller than most but friendly staff and clean inside and out. No issues with anything and recommend.

This location has consistently disappointed in terms of quality and customer service. Do yourself a favour and go to a different Dairy Queen unless you like your food made by people who are clearly dreaming of not being there.

Most unhelpful supervisory staff I have ever had the displeasure to talk to. Two stars for the simple fact that they answered the phone during Covid and he didnt yell on the phone.
