Cute ice cream shop with creative and delicious flavors. The staff was also friendly and efficient. Perfect location for grabbing a cone and going for a walk.

Incredible place for ice cream with flavors and colors your brain can’t fully wrap around! They have one of the most fantastically decorated interiors of an ice cream shop you’re ever going to find and their staff were fun and friendly. There was a lot of construction on the street when we went inside, but I think that’s almost over by now. They have black colored ice cream and a few colored walls that are perfect for taking pics of your ice cream and posting about it on social media!

The vegan double chocolate ice cream was impressive, I would like to have seen more topping options. Overall the quality was very good.

Definitely not worth the price you pay for what you get. A little scoop, that for one did not taste like anything. I got the fruity pebbles ice cream, and the only thing I could taste was my topping. Absolutely not worth five dollars.

Another review where I wish I could give 4.5 stars.The ice cream was great and I suppose the food coloring is a neat change-up. But the waffle thingy was excellent. The prices almost don’t match the product, but the fact that you can add a topping at no extra cost made up for it. I can’t remember seeing that before.We’d go again if in the area.

It was some decent ice cream and the waffle was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the fun colors they dye their ice cream. However, they could benefit from adding more flavors to their menu, (theres not much variety) and they could benefit from adding more toppings. I was really shocked to see that they didnt have the basics like chocolate or caramel syrup. Overall it was a good experience, would recommend.

The ice cream puffle cone is warm and delicious and the colored ice cream flavors dont taste like color, just wonderful goodness of flavor and chunks of goodies inside 😍 I had the vegan double chocolate and Cleveland brown ice cream (that was orange and brown with chunks of wonderful fresh brownies) you get to add your own toppings, the first one is free the second and so on are 50 cents more. Highly recommend, Id say the best Ive cream experience Ive had in Columbus. Thick creamy and flavorful

So not worth the hype. The people working were super nice, but my ice cream literally tastes like nothing. I ordered a Scoop of the Fruity Pebbles Ice cream topped with cereal. The ONLY reason it tastes anything remotely close to the cereal was because of the toppings. It was BRIGHT RED (food coloring) and so my entire mouth, lips, and even hand where some had dripped from the cup were red. If you want actual delicious ice cream, this isnt the place. If you want a cool looking IG picture for your followers, you found it.

I was beyond overwhelmed by the colors and flavor that CRMD has to offer. Their staff was extremely helpful in offering their advice on what they recommended. Flavors were delicious and the toppings were the perfect add on.

A fairly new ice cream place in downtown. But they managed to be special and different from other shops in Columbus. Definitely worth a try, and not too expensive.

I honstly cant rate crmd high enough. Ive been here 5 or 6 times now with my partner and we both are obsessed with it. Their ice cream is so dreamy. The flavors are fun, sweet, and absolutely delicious. Not to mention the staff is so kind, amazing covid precautions, and THE BUBBLE CONES 😩are always hot and fresh. Plus if your like me and are lactose (theyre worth trying the full on ice cream if you like the risk) they have incredible sherbert flavors. All in all, youll never fall so hard in love with ice cream/sherbert til you have crmd.

Nothing particularly stand out about this ice cream shop. The interior is quite bleak and the flavor selection is just okay.

Very Kool shop. Previous reviews are funny. The store does not have a bizarre feel. Its modern. Its black and white bold contrast. The music features todays hot hip hop. The price is ok along with the flavor. I prefer cold stone. They have regular spoons. The customer service is great and I love the signage.

LOVED this place as soon as I saw their menu, photos, descriptions of their products, then because I have a new allergy to gluten I called them and asked if they have gluten-free options and they do! I told them that I couldnt find in the descriptions on doordashs app and that I would look online and the dude that answered fully just read me every single option that was gluten-free on their menu and didnt even sound mad about it, which Im pointing out because I fully know how annoying it can be to be in food service/customer service positions especially during a pandemic. I wish I had asked for their name so this place would know how good they are doing their job. Thank you guys so much.

I decided to finally check out CRMD, which was on my list of places to go for quite a while. What finally got me through the door was their collaboration flavor with Belles Bread called Life in Columbus, which actually swirls the cream puff filling in with CRMD chocolate ice cream. But, when I got there, I accidentally ordered the flavor next to it, the Cookie Budder. I was very pleased with the Cookie Budder, but now I must go back to get the limited edition flavor collaboration with Belles Bread. I also experienced CRMD in a collaboration with Basic Biscuits today, where I tried the Nordecke Crew flavor paired with a lemon/lavender biscuit. It was delicious! I really like CRMD because of their unique flavors and their collaborations with other local businesses!

CRMD is one of my favorite ice cream shops- the ice cream and puffle cones are SO GOOD. They have the best coffee flavor I have ever had. CRMD has amazing customer service. My friends and I went one afternoon not knowing they were closed and they opened the shop up just for us!! Highly recommend.

This was a pretty great experience. You have to get the puffle, it was delicious. They serve your choice of ice cream in a warm fluffy waffle cone. It’s perfect, catches all the melting ice cream and leaves you with an awesome soggy waffle yumminess last bite. The inside was edgy and contemporary too, very cool. Will be back 👏🏼

I got the Cleveland Ice cream and it was real good!

I cant say that I would go out of my way to come here regularly, but they did have wonderful service! The coffee ice cream is delicious, and the sorbets are bursting with fruity flavor. I personally loved the puffle, which really balanced the sweet and creamy ice cream. It is much better than the typical crunchy cone. For the price, I prefer the amazing local ice cream shop near my home, but this was worth the experience.

Learned about this place on Instagram. We are from out of town and had to stop by. Glad we did. The ice cream was excellent. The puffle was awesome. The service was wonderful. Seating is at a premium but the ice cream more than makes up for that.

This ice cream was beyond amazing. I mean what genius thought of “Cereal Milk” ice cream. I am really big on good customer service. We called prior to arriving to make sure the place was open and the customer service over the phone was exceptional. We got the “puffy” cone and it was warm which made the ice cream melt a little and I LOVE that. We will be back next time we’re in Columbus.

Ive gone here an almost unhealthy amount of times. I have an obsession with matcha ice cream ever since eating it in Japan. Theres some good store brands of matcha ice cream but none has had the richness OR nostalgic feelings that CRMD ice cream gave me. Ill be honest, I havent tasted the rest of their options. But the friend that I go with says the flavora shes tried were all delicious. Highly recommend.

Tasty ice cream! I tried the Cle Brownie Bites Icecream on a puffle! It was huge and very tasty. Definitely bring your appetite if you’re going to get the puffle.

The staff was super nice and the ice cream was delicious! Would recommend to all of my friends! The Columbus location was nicely decorated and they even had buckeye ice cream that was grey with mini Buckeyes in it. I will be going again :)

Was lucky enough to try their halloween themed Black Puffle Waffle! It was black (from charcoal I assume?) and covered in cinnamon. I got it with Viet Coffee and my friend got strawberry. Both were delicious ♡ will be returning soon to try more of their unique flavors! They also had 6(?) toppings to choose from, but we both chose pocky for the food aesthetic.

Its good, I would say Its definitely worth trying. Depending on how they rotate their flavors will probably determine If I seek to go there again on my own. Flavors were good but the nothing out of the ordinary. If youre looking for a fun experience and youre in that part of town Its a cool little place to pop into. but if youre looking for flavors that are going to knock your socks off then head to Jennis.

I cannot wait to try more flavors this trip. I visited from out of town early March and fell in love with this cool place. Now that I’m back early July it’s actually ice cream weather!

So far one if my faves in Columbus. The cookie dough is to die for. Absolutely how you always want cookie dough to taste and it never does. Nailed it! The blue color is fun too!

AMAZING ICE CREAM! My wife and I stopped in recently and tried the Buckeye and CLE Brownie Bites. Both flavors were unbelievable. The free topping was a nice touch as well. Additionally, we opted for the waffle cone which we highly recommend. Cant wait to go back and try the new flavors!

I spent a long time trying to remember a time when I had ice cream that was worse than the ice cream from CRMD. I couldnt. I ordered 3 scoops in a cup, which was $7 ($1 more than 3 scoops from Jenis, mind you). They put all 3 scoops on top of each other in the smallest cup I have ever seen, which meant that even though I ate the ice cream pretty fast, I had to resort to licking it like it a cone. It still ended up melting everywhere and getting all over my hand. The food coloring in the ice cream was so hardcore, it stained my hands and lips. I ended up throwing the remainder of the ice cream in the trash- something I consider to be a cardinal sin. On top of all of this, the staff were not friendly.This was hands down the worst ice cream experience Ive ever had.

Good ice cream. Tried the cereal and milk plus the fruity pebbles. Both were as described. Guy at the counter was helpful. Dont plan on sitting and enjoying your ice cream though. Its pretty much to go only.

I didnt enjoy my experience at CRMD. The staff was not friendly, there wasnt much seating, and the ice cream was just okay. They seemed to invest more in the colors than in the actual flavors. The puffle cone got soggy within a couple minutes of me eating my ice cream. This place is all hype with little follow through. Id suggest investing your $5-$6 of ice cream money somewhere else.

Fun vibe (I appreciated the mid-2000s hip hop playlist!), but space felt kind of empty. There was very little seating (benches for max 6 or 7 people) with no tables. Ice cream was good but not out of this world, although they have some interesting colors/flavors (like black vanilla and milk & cereal)

I had a wonderful experience at CRMD over the weekend. The staff is super friendly and helpful and you can tell they are passionate about their ice cream! The flavors are unlike anything I’ve seen at other shops and the colors are beyond photogenic. The decor is modern and industrial and CRMD is exactly the hip, trendy spot Columbus has been lacking. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Loved the Icecream and it was a nice place! But the only problem was one of the Employees was incredibly rude. I asked him what his favorite flavors were and he basically went on a rant for me asking... sorry I needed some help choosing flavors lol.Didn’t even greet us well either.. seemed annoyed at everyone. I understand people have bad days but he seem like the guy who always acts like that towards customers

Saw a post on Facebook and easily talked my sister into trying it out with me. Loved the flavors of ice cream. You have the opportunity to try the flavors before you buy. I love how the puffer cone is easy to break apart to eat with the ice cream. I thought the prices were very decent for the amount you get. Totally want to go again.

This place is awesome! Super tasty ice cream and sorbet, and the fresh puffles are fluffy and delicious. Portions are big too, definitely get your moneys worth. Owners are really friendly, and they take great care to provide excellent service and high quality products. Highly recommended!

Flavors were exquisite, colours were eye opening, whatever youve tasted elsewhere this place tops it.Staff were so nice, they gave us unlimited samples of every flavor and were not at all peeved even at 12:30am in the morning, staff also now how to communicate especially with the youth. The vibe was incredible.Definitely a must go to in Columbus.

I was really excited when I saw Columbus had an ice cream shop with egg waffle cones. However, they use a Belgian style waffle batter for their “puffle” cones, so sadly it’s not a true egg waffle in texture and taste. The ice cream was decent, but very sweet. A lot of the ice cream has a hefty amount of food coloring in it. I’m a fan of charcoal ice cream, their black vanilla, which includes charcoal, is a bit gritty. The atmosphere was nice, it has an instagram-able vibe with dark charcoal walls.

Staff was extremely professional and friendly. The ice cream was seriously good. Best ice cream in town. The shop was also super nice and well decorated. Highly recommend to stop by crmd and try some of there ice cream.

Took my girls on the opening day and we absolutely loved it! Clean, fun, and friendly environment. I’m a picky eater and literally everything was good! Did I mention the free toppings? So why 4 stars? There’s no real seating. I had 3 sorbet scoops and before I could get to the crosswalk I was drinking it instead of scooping. We want bigger bowls! 1-2 actual tables would be nice too 😉
