Great little ice cream place... Lots of original treats and flavors Ive never seen before. Very friendly staff too! I got a double scoop for $5.50. Exhausted Parent and @#$! Just Got Real flavors. Amazing! They have soft-serve AND scooping ice cream.

Came for Dole Whip, and was pleasantly surprised by all the other creative flavors

Had a cup of the Exhausted Parent (hint hint the bourbon and espresso flavors were fantastic) while at Budd Dairy today. Amazing ice cream, amazing variety and really capped off a nice visit. Rachel is super friendly and outgoing, plus I love supporting small business.

This is a local treasure for me. The staff are pretty awesome. The ice cream is awesome. The food is great too. Prices are decent. They have contributed free ice cream to local fundraisers and events that I have hosted, so they have a deep desire to create a community in the Hilltop/Westgate area.

I got the Unicorn Sundae, and the marshmallow sauce was so rich and delicious!

Cream and Sugar is an awesome little ice cream shop. Its found in a part of Columbus that some say is a bit rough, but they run a tight ship and theyve been the nicest folks and produce quality novelties. Their flavors are killer, particularly This $**t just got serious. Ill be bringing my family and friends to this place every chance I can.

MilkShakes taste good but the price for the amount of milkshake we get in the cup isnt worth going back for milkshake. Ill go back and try something new.... Just saying......

The staff is beyond friendly and they are quick and helpful with their services! I love how you can pay for icecream in advance for kids (or adults) who cannot afford icecream at that time! A BEAUTIFUL way of giving back to the area and a great way to help teach people to pay it forward! 🥰

First time visiting. I love that I can get iced coffee, ice cream, and a treat for my dog all in the same place. Quite a few flavors and toppings. I will definitely be back!

This place is so classic Westside and a point of pride for the Hilltop! Their flavors are super interesting and tasty, they have a lot of options for different tastes, and the staff is awesome. We cannot recommend Cream and Sugar enough.

Very excited to find this place. The reason we visited was we heard they sell Dole Whip soft serve, like what you find at the fair. This place does not disappoint, it was delicious! If you havent tried it Dole tastes like a pineapple sorbet. For those who are lactose intolerant, its dairy free.We also tried the brownie delight, which is a brownie topped with hot fudge, ice cream and a cherry. Ice cream is smooth and creamy.Two thumbs up on taste. And the employees were so helpful and friendly. Now that we found this place, we will DEFINITELY be coming back.(They also have a drive thru so you dont have to leave your vehicle..even better when you crave ice cream on those days its pouring down rain)

The soft serve was delicious! They also have coneys, BBQ pork and shredded chicken. They have dipped ice cream, sundaes, banana splits,etc. And they take credit cards. I recommend stopping if you are on the hilltop.

Hands down best tasting ice cream around, better then dairy queen and have great pricing on there ice cream. They should definatly be located in a better neighborhood and more of them should be around as well

This tiny black, neon green and white building holds the most amazing frozen delights and yummy foods. You must try this place. Mere words cannot describe the food or the service. This place is made to order, so expect a little wait, but it is more than worth it. Chili dogs are amazing, Dole pineapple whip is out of this world when it is on the menu and the seasonal selections are so worth the trip. Its my go-to for ice cream or chili dogs.The area is in transition, please dont let it deter you from this experience.

This place rocks. They have the best soft serve ice cream I have ever tasted. And if you like coffee, they serve Stauff’s. (You have to try the coffee float.)

The menu looks great plenty of options. The young lady who took care of us did an adequate job. Service was a reasonable time length. Only suggestion I have is if someone has a child with them and the order isnt going to be done all together, make the kids things first. I got my cone before my son got his. I just felt akward eating in front of my kid while he still waiting on his.

Some friends of ours invited us over for dinner and had a couple pints from Cream & Sugar for dessert. Incredible. Some of the best ice cream Ive had. Definitely on par with Jenis, or maybe even better.

Prices to high for area its in and product small for the price.. also hours are crazy. should open at 11am for lunch instead of 2pm. They do have good coffee. so we usually go to United dairy farmers or dairy twist on sullivant ave, to get ice cream and food.

If you think all soft serve is the same, you havent tried this. Head and shoulders better than DQ
