This is the only pawn shop I use I love the guys they are so helpful an nice I have bought so many things feom Heck even pawn some stuff they alwaya give me a fare price on everything..

Yea rude is about accurate. Tried both locations and it was the same story for both. Had a death in the family and a lot of tools that I will not be taking there. Must be nice not to need the businesses.

Terribly rude.To the owner,Why dont you just stop apologizing for your miserable, rude and ignorant staff. Take some responsibility and be accountable for and to your business. All these problems are your fault because you let them get away with it. Be honest, you dont give a hoot about customers. Not everyone who walks into your shop is in terrible need of cash, but it would be nice if we could be fairly treated with some kind of a fairly acceptable deal to both parties. I know you need to make a huge profit, but your staff goes way beyond thievery and at the end of the day, those are your policies as the owner. Ive tried to do business with you guys 3 times on my way from Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton to the German Village where I live. One time the employee was on his cell phone. So after 8 minutes or so, I just walked out. The last two times I brought in yellow and white gold and silver to sell. I knew what it was going for. I did not expect anywhere near that. I took a few pieces out of my box, laid it on the counter and was met with such rudeness and a ridiculous price that I just walked out. The people who you rip off cant complain because you ripped them off for their computers and now they dont have a voice to share the miserable experience from your shop. I now deal with craigslist and e-bay where all is fair and no one has a crappy attitude. You dont deserve to be in the business.

Have called before for information, greeted rudely on the telephone and in person. Many items are not for sale because they want them? Why display things that arent for sell and seriously, what is with the attitude from the employees? Will not be going back.

I was treated very poorly and at one point made fun of by a heavy set fella in here. The insult left me feeling a bit humiliated and I kind of wanted to punch the guy. Anyway, I kept my composure and went about my day! You cant treat people like scum and expect to run a successful buisness! I just wish I was wearing a camera when coming in here because that was as unprofessional as it gets! P.S. I am NOT speaking about the buy/sell of this place.. Just the employee/customer relations!
