Great prices huge selection of produce and a very clean store. Wish they had more people at the registers. What I dont need is 2 people telling me which one of the 2 lanes to check out on. If they each.took a register then there would not be such a huge line moving at a snails pace. Madness

Always clean and pretty well stocked! I like to come here in the evenings because I work late, and their hours accommodate me. The workers have always said, “hi” or been pleasant towards me and my sister. I usually come here to buy grocery or toiletry essentials, and occasionally find cool items I’ve never seen before! Sometimes the produce isn’t as fresh as it could be, but otherwise, I have yet to have a bad experience at this store!

Didnt really get to shop and see what all was there. Grabbed t.p.🧻and razors 🪒 right b4 they closed. But one thing I did love is they carry disc golf items.

Experienced with DoorDash groceries. It get more difficult to shop here because the most of items are not in stocked on shelves. They need to have more speedy stock up items.

They have good household needs. Items needed to repair appliances. Good one stop shop. Cleaning Items. Etc.

The store was very tidy,, clean and very well organized. All employees were very polite and helpful however, Kassi C. stood out and easily exceeded my expectations. Very helpful, knowledgeable and a standard of customer service excellence that all employees and management should strive to match.

I work for Meijer but at another Meijer store,Ive been wanting to shop here was nice to shop employees was friendly and helpful. I didnt get to see Johanna Harper though, she use to be my store director at store 143 I really miss her.

Horrible! I normally shop here and have a good experience but today was awful. The Store Manager Chris Holstorm was so rude about the return policy he went off about it. He literally said I don’t know what to tell you! You should have of paid attention to the policy bub! My husband asked can I have corporates number. The manager replied with you can go online and get it. My husband said well can I get your name. The man just took off walking and ignored him with an attitude. The lovely young lady behind the register said I am so sorry . Here is all the information you need .

Where is the variety of merchandise? Limited product availability and large sized packaged versus the traditional portions. This complemented by the absence of cashiers to aid with checkout during after evening rush hour (after work) is the new norm. One benefit of the long lines is the time allows me to second guess items and remove them from my cart.

This store is really nice since it was refreshed a little over a year ago. The layout is nice, with plenty of items in every department. I will shop here again.

Found this little treasure on our shopping trip to Meijer on Hamilton Road. I have never seen these before and they are delicious. Meijer always has a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Im born and raised in Columbus . We know Meijers here . This is by far the best central Ohio location. I may be biased because I loathe the East Broad location and they removed the Nrk location. I digress this store embodies everything you want Meijer Thrifty Acres to be.

Plenty of reasons to love Meijer but they always fall short of delivering an easy or economically easy to shop experience. Constant price monitoring is needed or youll be overcharged. Today I observe carts in a line marked sanitized that were coming in from the rain. A few customers have their face masks off. The essential employees always seem collectively frustrated & exhausted beyond other big box stores during this challenging time. That only happens from mismanagement but I imagine they probably are also frustrated and exhausted. Another great reason to shop small when you can.

Their entire system went down in the middle of the day on Saturday; what a massive fail of IT. No one could checkout, the service desk was closed, and even the lottery machine was broken. Employees were apathetic to the whole ordeal. Disappointing and frustrating experience.

Went to buy a product listed online as available at store. None on shelf and could not find any staff. Stood in line at customer service ony to have to wait 10 more minutes for a surly rude man to show up who offered no assistance. I asked questions and he rolled his eyes and said that there was nothing he could do. Went back to customer service to be told despite 2 display models they had none and they would never get the item. I was able to order it online so well see. Dont expect help at this store.

It has a large variety of goods but is slightly confusing to figure out where the thing you want is and the employees dont speak good english

Took longer to check out than to shop. Only one lane open, clerk in training, customer in front took an extraordinary long time and then could not find his credit card and Meijer rep made no effort to assist only to say at 9 am more lanes would open which did not relieve the problem at hand. Store is inefficient , unlike Kroger and Giant Eagle, which assists their customers. Meijer does not seem to care

I have found Meijer meat counter to be very accommodating. The butchers are friendly and offer superb customer service! The prices arent bad either!

My go-to store for groceries. Great fresh produce, a pharmacy, a liquor store, and small nursery! Oh and about 5 minutes from home!

Love Meijer. Only 3 stars b/c they need to get back to 24 hrs already. I do appreciate that theyre open til midnight but for the people who work 2nd shift 24 hrs would be much more convenient. I get off @ 11pm & by the time I get to Meijer its about 11:30 & the employees say customers must be checked out @ the register before 12 b/c the registers automatically shut down @ 12 so that leaves me approximately 20 mins to do my grocery shopping. I used to do all my grocery shopping here but b/c the hours I cannot. Thank God for Amazon Fresh! I have been using them to deliver my groceries & they are a life saver! I would start shopping @ Meijer again if they would at least extend their hours a little but until then Ill be using Amazon Fresh.

If you’re the next person at cashier’s line with one item (dog food) and clock hits at 12am (closing time) staff wouldn’t let you check out or pay cash. Incredibly disappointing!Old guy behind me in line begging to buy 1 box of strawberry

An ok place to buy non-grocery stuff. Their dairy is routinely bad well before its best by date, and I dont think Ive ever bought even a single avocado that wasnt bruised to hell and/or totally disgusting.

Hate it when they change all the aisles. It took much longer to shop. The shop and scan app stopped working in the produce department. It doubled my entries when it started back up. The lady in the shop and scan aisle was very helpful and friendly.

Very happy that they were open early for me. Also really enjoyed the 15 minute parking places. I needed to run in and grab one thing and get out so this was nice. Appreciated how nice Meijer is looking lately, its been a while for me. It was clean and sweet up heat to make things easy to find, which helped me immensely. Thanks!

Reynoldsburg: Almost like they are proud of being understaffed. Only two lanes open. If Amazon is your question, waiting 30 minutes to check out isnt your answer.Gahanna: decided to stop going to Reynoldsburg because it hasnt improved at all spite countless reoccurring complaints. Much happier with the exception of one thing, in the span of 6 month I have bought milk only to discover it was spoiled on three occasions.

Every other week theyre out of the 10 packs of Dr. Zevia. Youd think theyd keep track of sales and stock up on fast moving items. I buy 4 packs a week... at least.

Despite not having several items that I was looking for- every employee I asked looked and took their time to check if there was any in the back. And for that I am highly appreciative!

Used to go to Meijer in my hometown all the time but not anymore in this area. My sister has a medical condition and can not and does not have to wear a mask and we had several workers who very impolitely and very angry yelling at us the whole time.We did not but our groceries and will not be back! Kindness is still very important to maintain guests

When I go to a grocery store I try to get in and out as quickly as possible. Every time I go to this Meijer I have to waste time looking for something, because it has been moved. Hate to ask any of the employees for help, because I swear they are all in a severe state of depression even the greeters. I worked in retail management nearly all my life (now retired) and I would never allow things like this to happen in my stores. Management needs to get their employees upbeat and motivated!!! Time for a new manager.I only shop at this store because they almost always have a great selection of products and at a reasonable price.
