Global Meals are a very good company. I have not been with them very long but long enough to know how the meals, the driver, the phone calls, and corresponding back and forth with them is outstanding. I get My meals weekly in the driver comes to the door and knocks on my door is very professional. If I have a problem with my meals I always take a picture and I always send an email and they are very quick to get back with me Ive only had one issue where I open my box and all the food inside was busted open I emailed the manager right away he emailed me right back and I had an extra box the following week and they were very professional and understanding and made things right kudos to global meals.

Am disabled and low income in they helped me with small delicious supplement meals that I receive delivered fresh/ Frozen every 2 weeks it saves me money and going to the store all the time and trying to bring in the groceries by myself..

I get home delivery. Good choices, excellent service.

Im unable to receive my meals due to when they call my phone cant answer there call, they cant here me, so they dont leave the food 🤷

While some meals are tasty, most meat in the meals is tough or overcooked and not very good. I would think that meals for seniors would provide meals with lower sodium.

I tried Global Meals and I quit them. It wasnt because I didnt like the food. I did....too much! It is chock full of tasty starchy fatty delicious sugary delights. and bread bread bread! Bread in sandwiches, cookies rolls sweets etc. I found I was gaining weight and I am already overweight so I had to say no thanks. Now I am thinking of switching back because the service I use now, Clossmans Catering, has really suffered after the Covid virus. Less variety, less taste, more frozen soggy meals. Taste is definitely not the problem with Global. They just need to remember when you are a senior you need less junkfood and more nutrition.

My dad likes the food they bring him, so they’re good in that way BUT you should only use them if you can sit and wait the ENTIRE day for your delivery. They need to hire more drivers or something!! When you call to ask for even a 2 hour ballpark idea of when the delivery is coming they can’t tell you. They tell you it can be there anywhere up to 10pm. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Kind of like our time isn’t as valuable as theirs.

I have a shellfish allergy and I receive at least 1 shrimp meal every other month.

I am so pleased with Global meals. My dad gets the delivery service and enjoys the food. The delivery people are so nice and he enjoys the different variety of food each delivery. Their customer service is excellent

I would like to say thanks to Global Meals for providing services to my elderly mom for many years now. I honestly can say that she loves the food and her meal delivery driver. The options and variety that GM offers are amazing, high quality and delicious.Once again, thank you for all your hard work.

Terrible customer service! They fill the boxes up with frozen juice cups and cakes and pies. The dairy is foreign. The bread is weird.

I have been receiving meals from this provider for a few years and I highly praise them. The quality and scope of their offerings is outstanding.with customer service obviously a high priority.

Global Meals provides home delivered meals to consumers across all of Ohio and the work with multiple funding sources.

Foods been good, but they forgot my delivery today.. Whats up with that? Im amending my opinion, again. There seems to be a lack of communication with this service. I normally get my meals in the afternoon, but they decided to change their minds about the delivery. Now, it comes in the morning. Yes, its a service needed, but I cant sit all day and wait for my delivery. DEFINITELY, well be getting a new provider.

A pleasant experience

Having tried many other services, Global Meals is the best by far. Other places have sent me vacuum packed individual servings. I suspect that was to cut costs, but who has handled my food? It was also thrown into brown paper bags. Global is more professionally packed.Global meals has, what I would call actual food. They often include Michelina frozen dinners, or deep dish Tonys pizza. Brand name stuff. Most everything has been very good. Most.Personally I didnt like the plantains included in some meals. I also didnt like the subs. Hardly any meat, and the cheese is horrible. I gag just thinking about that cheese.Im not too picky, and I know theres gonna be stuff I dont care for, but overall I am very happy with the food.Love the pretzel wrapped hotdog! and the turkey, stuffing and potatoes are really good!! The worst ones are the braised meat with mango stuff, and their subs. Meatloaf sandwich is okay. BBQ pork sandwich is another eh. Not horrible, but not great.I really want to give five stars, but I cant due to delivery. All the other companies that Ive tried are able to deliver to me, on Friday afternoon, with usually a 30min window. Global meals is all over the place. As early as 11:30am, and as late as 3:30-4. Seems like a different driver each time too.Ive had the service for a few months so far. They usually get everything okay. Ive had a few times the driver said they ran out of milk, so he gave me double juice. Thats fine, and I didnt mind, but... why did it happen? How did they run out of something I get every single week?My last delivery was a little strange. They backed up and parked half in my driveway, and half in my neighbors. They sat there for 15 - 20 mins before getting out and walked to the back of the truck. Five min later she knocks on my door and said they must have forgotten my box. She apologized and got back into her truck. Sat for another half hour, then left. Not sure why she had to park for so long. just seemed weird. I got a phone call on Tuesday the following week, and they said I would get my box, along with another box, on my next delivery. Im okay with that. Just happy I wasnt totally reliant on this food.Drivers have all been nice. All polite and professional. Not one complaint. If driver turn over is a problem, Id suggest raising the drivers salary for motivation and longer retention. Maybe bonuses for being on time, etc.Food.. five stars. Administration and customer service... five stars. Delivery... 3.5 stars.edit: Just had to say the wheat bread is fantastic!! I thought it was mislabeled or a mistake because it looks like white sourdough bread. But it really is wheat! and it is really really good!

Not happy with service, first their dinners are too difficult to even open package, you can hardly get plastic off of them. Also, the dinners are basically child size portions, I know lot of seniors eat smaller meals but portion sizes too tiny even for lot of seniors especially if youre only getting one meal a day. Tried their mexican menu and all they give you is one burrito for dinner, I mean really, thats suppose to be the whole dinner! Some of their food isnt even made by them. I dont recommend them.

Amazing, Kind and polite Drivers as well delicious meals.

Their customer service is low rated servicing. They tell you anything to try to appease you when you have a complaint but yet un still the same problems still exist week after week. They always try to say it was miscommunications between the departments or the customers. Check out reviews thruout the web and you will see that several people have the same complaints about the products and services.

Global Meals is a rip off they make money off the despair of others. They send people partial orders or things they didnt ask for while charging the same amount. They will flat out lie to the customer while not really caring if they have food to eat or not.
