Great service for reasonable price. I needed a new 1/2 glass table top. Precision glass gave me much better quote than their competitors and they were patient with me changing dimensions. They also managed to cut this piece of glass down to 1/16 precision. Super friendly guy in the workshop helping me load the glass as well.From my experience I recommend using their services.

I was in need of shower sweeps for the bottom of my doors. i spoke with the receptionist on the phone for directions and general info, of which i got the exact info needed. Josh met me at the door and took my order with all of the needed info. he was very friendly and professional in our conversation. he returned in 10 min. with the finished products. it was my first time there and i will not hesitate to return to them.

Precision Glass is great! We have used them for many years. Nearly all our beautiful furniture have glass tops. Yesterday, Ian and Brad came to clean the glass on our dining room table. The glass is beveled, curved and very heavy. They removed it and cleaned it to a bright sparkle. I highly recommend this business.

Our pup accidentally knocked over our West Elm Floating Suspension Floor mirror and Precision Glass and Shower was able to recreate the mirror, install it into the floating frame, and deliver it back to us in just a few days. I had purchased a shower enclosure from a local chain and after installation it just didn’t meet my expectations. I contacted Precision Glass Shower and Doors, shared my updated vision and from the beginning of estimating to final stage of installation I could not be more impressed! Will use them again when updating second bath for sure.

The initial call, the estimating process, the scheduling and the installation was very precise and as promised. They have a very disciplined back of the house process. The quality of the work was as promised and was excellent. I did not compare prices, so I cannot comment on competitiveness.The installers were friendly and competent.My only comment would be to the owner: there is a disconnect between the crispness of the back of the house services and the more casual execution. The business would gain from more brand consistency.

They provided great assistance with ordering and confirming the glass desktop I needed. Even in the middle of the holidays and a pandemic the order was on time and they were safety conscious when I picked it up. Definitely a vendor I will use again!

Moved into a new home and called to fix a glass shower wall that was falling. Very timely, came the same day. They did a good job so far as I can tell. Just giving 4 stars as I’m not 100 % it won’t fall again (they couldn’t guarantee since they didn’t install it and it is a “weird” set up)

On 2/10 I experienced an uninviting, unhelpful, inpatient and frankly rude customer service/ scheduling personnel. Very sad and unbecoming how this ma’am represented a direct customer experience. Not a good sign of things to come, hopefully this doesn’t permeate into other aspects of the business....

I had a glass table to be repaired. I called and took the table out to the shop. It was fixed in a matter of days, matching the glass exactly. When I realized I couldnt get the glass back in the frames, I called and talked to Josh, who told me to bring the tables out, and they would fix it, which they did. Top notch company!

Just had Ian replace windows with broken seals and he was fantastic! He explained everything he was doing and took his time with the windows. He even shared how to lube the gears to keep them working smoothly and showed me what kind of weatherstripping I needed to purchase to replace the old. Ian was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had 6 windows replaced due to moisture in between the glass. Ian was the tech that came out and measured the windows and then came back and did the removal and install of the new ones. I can’t express enough how professional and personal Ian is. Ian explained how everything was going to be performed. I highly recommend Ian and Precision Glass and Shower they are great to work with.

I required replacement of a broken window that was tinted. When it was discovered that the replacement window was no longer available, the company obtained several samples from other companies for me to match the broken window. The repair was accomplilshed with social distancing and a mask, The tint match was perfect. I was very pleased.

Do not use this company. Find another option.To be honest... they did a good job changing our shower glass trim from brass to brushed nickel. So if you are in a pinch and dont mind the absolute WORST customer service- you can use them.If you value being spoken to politely - do not call them. I have never been treated so rudely.From the awful woman on the phone making appointments, to the estimator to the installation people......every single one was disrespectful and down right nasty.

I highly recommend this company for DIYers. I needed a glass desktop for our second home office. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and clearly explained the various options available. The price was waayyy below other local estimates that I got online. The desktop came in ahead of schedule, and when I went to pick it up, they bent over backwards to make sure I wouldnt damage my purchase during transport. The staff was also very Covid-19 compliant, which put me at ease. My new home office desk looks fantastic!

Not friendly in the current situation. We had some work done by this company and completed shortly after DeWine’s stay at home order. As owners of a small business we were forced to close and unemployment still had not come through. We have extended many breaks to our customers, like holding on their payment and refunding fees, we have also attempted to keep paying some of our key employees which put is in a bit of a bind financially. We asked for an extension on the payment due. The owner called to tell us that although he had the ability to wait 60 days he was going to put a lean on our house, that is currently in the market, so we could not sell it. I said we were waiting on the PPP loan and the disaster loan and if he could just give us some more time. He would not. We have worked with Several other companies and subcontractors to work together to find reasonable solution to problems. I understand business is business but in these time this place is certainly only out for itself. That would say a lot about they type of company they are.

My 6 year old swinging shower door was not level and hitting the bottom guide of the shower. I read online this is almost always due to the hinge sleeve breaking so I had Precision Glass and Shower give me an estimate. They said I needed to replace the shower door along with the surrounding frame and would be $750-1000. I didnt understand why I would need to replace the shower frame as well on a 6 year old shower in which the hinge is the problem and on youtube people fix it themselves for $60. I asked Precision to take the door apart and show me the broken part but they would not do that. I then asked Precision how much it would be for them to take the door down in my presence so I could watch how they did it and I would try to fix it myself and reinstall it and was told $170 which is like 5-10 minutes of work for them. I thought something was fishy with the entire situation.I called one of their main competitors and I couldnt be happier that I did. They asked me to look up on the building plans which shower was installed, the said its most definitely the plastic sleeve that broke and for $320 they would have somebody come out and install an entire new shower door since it would cost just as much in time for them to fix the original door. 2 people came out a week later with a new shower door and literally 15 minutes later they were done and it works great.I could not be happier.

This will be our last time using precision glass and shower. We have used them multiple times for our new builds and remodels and they could careless about a relationship with their customer. We had an issue with one of the glass panels moving so we called them out (during warranty) and they said all we can do is put caulk and see if that helps. Mind you, my husband has a busy schedule and I have 3 boys/busy schedule myself. I called in again about a week ago saying its the same problem but now Mr. West is saying its not under warranty anymore so please pay us $150 to take care of it. Again, we have spent around 10k with this company over the years and all they look at is their bottom line. I will be checking out Artisan shower (Artisanshower.com) for my future remodels and new builds. if you want to pay more and a black and white policy, go with Precision, otherwise, find someone else. One of the owners of the company (Jeff) came to give an estimate. He was on time for our appointment ( a little early in fact), very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the options for installing a new shower door. I chose the one best suited for my needs. He gave me an installation date and indicated the installer (Justin) would call first. I was called approximately one hour before his arrival. I let him in and went back to work with instructions for him to call me when he was nearly finished and I would go home to pay the balance owed. When I arrived home, the shower looked beautiful. Justin did a great job and left absolutely no mess for me to clean. He was very personable and professional. I highly recommend Precision Glass.

After a miscommunication the manager was able to fix the issue and make it right. I appreciate the follow up and attention to detail and was left happy with the job done.

I had precision glass and shower remodel my bathroom with all new enclosures, glass and fixtures. We went from the 1970s to modern in just a few days. The look is really cool and craftsmanship was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about a new build or remodel for their bathrooms or kitchens.

Called to have someone come and give me a estimate on a commercial front door to be fixed. The guy came in and didnt even say hi or introduce himself. Was really really rude. Worst person on earth. Looks really mean. That’s not the way to conduct business. Would never ever recommend this company to any one even if it’s for free.

“Precision glass and shower” installed windows with $100,000 at Westerville, Ohio. We face problems with their poor installation. We called many times to the company about the issue, but we have not received any call backs from them. The quality of product is good, but a customer service is very bad. We don’t recommend windows installation.
